Super comfortable beds. Standard sized room, with a great view of the bastille! Very stunning. Great location and just what we needed for 4 nights in Paris. There are heaps of bikes around to travel between areas - we couldn’t have hoped for a better area.

At check out we wanted to store our luggage for half an hour to get a coffee and we were directed to some lockers to pay for luggage storage at a 24 hour rate, after explaining the logic and short timeframe we were able to convince the staff to just look after the bags - but it was disappointing to be charged to store luggage given how much we had already spent on the room.

The Staff was amazing, everyone we spoke to was very helpful. The location is great, there are trains and buses nearby, bars, restaurants, etc. Internet was good!

The room is ok and the bathroom is the smallest I have ever seen in my life, making it difficult to get into the shower due to its tiny size. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The beds were not made, wet towels were left in the bathroom, the floor was not cleaned... The breakfast had a lot of options but everything tasted like it was processed. The coffee from the machine tasted bad and the juices were only artificial. Not good either.

We liked that there is a driveway out front that we could pull into and offload our luggage at the reception desk and then go turn our rental car in at Gare de Lyon. We also liked the proximity to Notre Dame, which we had last scen in 2018 before it burned. We walked to it on the way back to the hotel after dropping off the rental car. We were only in Paris two nights, so that was a nearby bonus. We were in Paris to meet friends for lunch at a restaurant fairly far away, and what we did not like was the traffic, of course, but that's not your fsult.

Everything was fine, nothing to dislike.

Location is great, staff was super is nice and enjoyed eating at the restaurant.

We were near the elevator and it makes a lot of noise. Also, our first day there, there was significant noise due to construction activity to the stairs located next to our room and it was unbearable- woke us up early in the morning. I asked staff about it; they acknowledged the noise but wasn’t apologetic. I wished they would have warned us so we weren’t woken up abruptly.

Very well situated, in Bastille area wich is very crowded in the evening - lots of restaurants. Close to metro station 10 minutes. Clean, all facilities, elevator, terrace. Very nice and kind staff.

Attention to pickpocket especially in the evening. Staff recomandation is to report immediately..

Our room was clean and functional. It was definitely small - though we expected that for Paris. The twin beds were smaller than the average twin and we kept seperating them for a little personal space and every day they had been pushed back together. There wasn't quite space for 2 people to open up their luggage - but we made due. Bathroom door didn't have a lock - but it wasn't a deal breaker. A little more space would have gone a long way - but for the price, we were content.

Small beds. Limited space for luggage.

The location was great. The place was really clean. Walking distance to an outdoor market with many vendor options for food, fresh produce, fresh meats, seafood, and even clothing and gift items. Not within the tourist area, so the area is not heavily populated but conveniently located nearby. There was a holiday for two days during our stay, so having access to hotel meals was convenient when restaurants were closed was a good option. There is a small convenience store around the corner.

Rooms are very small. Bathrooms are even smaller. We are a family of four, and there are no adjoining room options, so families larger than two would be separated. However, the hotel did accommodate my request to have both my rooms next to one another. AC unit did work, and my son and I had to sleep with the window open.

The hotel has a great vibe with lots of plants and a sleek aesthetic. Breakfast was good with a continental buffet and some warm foods. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the cleanliness was great.

The room is quite small, although that is probably reflected in the price. The bathroom doesn't have a window - there is a frosted porthole (you can't open it). There was no safe, iron, ironing board or any tea/coffee making facilities in the room, these things would make for a more comfortable stay but aren't essential.

Room was clean and pleasant. We went out for breakfast to a wonderful bakery next door called Ten Belles. Location was excellent- we walked everywhere. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel and in the bastille area. Its a short walk to le Marais, the river, Ile St Louis etc Underground car park was very convenient and safe with lots of spaces

The AC was not available because it was April, but it was 26 degrees so the room was very hot at night. We had to open the window for ventilation, but it was a little noisy outside as you could hear everyone eating outdoors until quite late. Shower room was very small but OK for a short stay.

Design is nice, room was cozy and looks like the hotel was recently renovated. The blanket was warm and heavy. The cleaning was provided on daily basis. Very nice staff at the reception desk, very helpful.

Very small rooms. It was pretty cold in a room in January although we switched the AC on. A clear instruction is needed for the fresh eggs at breakfast: 1st day we smashed an egg thinking it was boiled (no). Second day we boiled eggs for 3-6-10 min but after 3rd minute someone else took our eggs as he thought they were free for all. A lot of awkward moments were caused by this eggs process every day😄Please, either have them cooked or make a note: Please, cook and set your own timer. No vegetables at breakfast. One day there was a little mouse running across the hall. The breakfast hall is nearby the entrance from the street so it could get inside easily. We didn’t pay attention to it.
