The location. I was upgraded upon arrival which was great. The staff are friendly and courteous and extremely helpful. The amenities that were left in my room, a very nice touch. The Hamman is a great facility to have and the gym is well equipped and quiet.

The accommodation assistant on Wednesday morning 21st February was quite rude. I had declined a cleaning service on the other mornings by putting a dnd (do not disturb) on the door but wanted it on that day Wednesday and she was quite disgruntled. Mumbling and unpleasant. I was leaving the room to go to the hamman and she was not a bit friendly or polite, pretty much telling me to hurry up and leave. Also there are some renovations on the floor above me and the drilling and tapping in the morning was annoying. A heads up at check-in would have been nice. All the other staff were pleasant. Especially the restaurant supervisor on the morning of my checkout, she was very nice and offered me a cup of coffee while I waited for my driver.

The friendly and attentive attitude of the staff together with hotel’s location in the historical center of Paris and its beautiful interior decoration fascinated me. The courtyard garden was beautiful even in gray, rainy days of January. Delicous breakfast and dinner!

The renovation work next to my room was unpleasant. It was not a good idea to put a black carpet in the lift because it is impossible to keep it clean with so much traffic.

Fantastic stay. Location is perfect right at Place Des Vosges. Easy to get anywhere and walking distance to lots of restaurants and attractions. The facilities and staff are outstanding. Rooms were well appointed and very cozy with lots of attention to detail. Beds were very comfortable.

Fantastic hotel. Good location with some really nice shopping and restaurants in the streets around it. Staff were super, super helpful and nice. The concierge in particular was excellent and recommended (and got tables at short notice at) some really good restaurants all over town, saving us from the tourist traps. He also saved our evening on my wife's birthday when we had a problem with a restaurant (that we had booked) and found us a table somewhere amazing on about 30 mins notice.

Room was a bit small but that is Paris!

Breakfast sitting very comfortable & coffees arrived quickly. Honesty bar had a nice selection of wines. Very congenial option for cocktail time. Concierge was very helpful. Would have been nice if hotel had reached out bout making restaurant reservations in advance. I did leave a note in response to an email from Sophie, the hotel manager, but no response.

The bathroom amenities were not generous. I used one of the body lotions on the first day but it wasn’t replaced in the days following. Would have expected more from the hotel.

Casual comfort in all public parts of the hotel - staff were attentive & outstandingly good.

Dreadful noise in our room due to 'refurbishments' ! Our complaints were dealt with quickly & we were compensated generously.

The staff were delightful. Nothing was too much trouble and I appreciated their level of attentiveness. Location was ideal for Le Marais and to reach other parts of Paris. The outside terrace is quaint and relaxing a superb space to unwind after a busy day and a wonderful way in which to start your day

Not really. Elevator is on the small side but not much can be done about that!

I liked the workers there. They’re very nice and helpful. For example, I got sunburn and they gave me some cream to make it better. They’re also very polite and reliable. The location was amazing, hard to beat. Safe neighborhood and easy access to subway and other transportation as well as foods.

Breakfast is nice but I think it lacks choices. It’s 100% European (which is ok because France is in Europe) but having for example Asian food as well is kinda mandatory for this price in my opinion. The old fashioned rooms are decent, but I’d like them to be more modern (shower instead of bathtub, etc) while respecting the traditional parisien style.

Its unique- truly hotel could only be in Paris. Staff was lovely and very helpful. We enjoyed breakfast and savoring our cappuccino & croissants. Drinks and late night dessert in the garden was also a treat.

Lighting in bedrooms is pretty dim but otherwise no complaints at all.

The hotel is dreamy. The location is perfect. On the Place des Voges but set back with a quiet beautiful courtyard before entering. The decor is cozy and warm. Staff was wonderful. It’s not big but that’s much of its charm and intimacy.

For Paris the rooms are decent size. For the price they could be a touch bigger, but they are comfortable and have great details like towel warmer, robes, coffee maker, mini bar
