The room was clean and pretty spacious by Parisian standards. A small elevator is available to help you and your baggage get up to your room. Outside there are many boutiques, restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies. A 1-minute walk to the Saint-Paul metro makes it easy to get around town. On the days I didn’t feel like heavily site seeing around the city, there was plenty to do and explore right outside the door. The central location made for a very restful stay as I didn’t feel rushed, and inside it is very quiet. The room also has blackout curtains so it’s easy to get some sleep when needed. The staff and housekeeper I interacted with were all very nice! You can come and go as you please, without having to check in the key at the reception like some other hotels in Paris I’ve been to. I would recommend this place to others!

The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. The room was cleaned to perfection everyday. There was coffee making facilities and often chocolates and sweets available to the guests in the hotel foyer. It is located close to Rue de Rivoli which a main road leading to many of the attractions in Paris this made walking to my destinations easier.

The dark walls in the room and the shower door that opened inwards. If you dropped anything on the very colourful carpet it was lost forever. 😂

I will be a returning customer here in the future. Everything about this hotel was exceptional. Location is very safe, just across from the metro station, so very easy to get around to the popular monuments from here. The general area is great restraunts nearby stay open late however the hotel is tucked in a quiet street so you get the best of both. Room was very clean and spacious, appreciated the elevator for luggage. Staff was exceptional everyone was so friendly and made us feel very welcomed, greeted us everytime and even helped us with transporation accomodations the day we checked out & held our luggage for us till we returned to pick it up in the late afternoon for our flight.

Nothing to not like everything was exceptional.

Really enjoyed our stay and time in Paris. Room was small and simple but perfect for 2! We had the simple deluxe with a view of the “garden”. We didn’t spend much time in the room anyway but was very clean and stocked with Rituals toiletries and a kettle with basic tea/coffee. We arrived early in the morning but was only able to check in at 2.30pm, they did offer to store our luggage at reception. We skipped the hotel breakfast add on (very basic cereal etc)- we wanted the option to explore local cuisines and Great location. We walked lots! Hotel is very close to St Paul’s station and the trains are very easy to navigate. As a gluten free traveller I was amazed at the selection of GF restaurants and bakeries in Paris. A favourite of ours was Copains - 10 min walk from the hotel!

The rooms are quite compact. I didn’t like how you had to pay to use the Nespresso machine in the hotel. Breakfast was very basic

Hey, this is Marais, folks, for me, the best location in the city. Super nice, bike friendly, not noisy, things to do, nice restaurants around. The hotel is simple but also simply nice. The rooms are small, buteverything is rather new/renovated. The yard is quiet, so you can sleep very well. Super friendly staff. Nice building and street as well. I will return

Only thing were my noisy neighbours on the floor in the morning - that morning where I could have slept in (which, for me is 8:00), the neighbours were up at 6:30 and noisy. Nothing ado with the hotel, they are super!

The location is really good, near the metro and in the middle of the city. Although the room is small, it is enough for a normal stay. The best of the hotel is the staff, they are amazing helpful, and kind. They were very kind, everywhere. Special mention about the reception guy named 'Given' and the girl from Peru in the breakfast area. We were welcome with a few gifts from the Olympic games which was not expected and were very kind.

Breakfast has almost no option other than bread. If I had to pay extra I would be disappointed, the last day I didn't even go there. They could improve it with a few more options. Another part I didn't like was the mini fridge, even though it has a few gifts, it has no cold function, it is almost a cupboard only. We bought a few beverages which we could not drink.

Great location near metro and walking distance to sights such as Pompidou centre and Picasso museum, comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. Was great to be able to leave my bags there after checkout as I had a late flight.

I don't think I'd have paid for breakfast if it wasn't already included in my booking. Breakfast was a mix of basic hot items, meat & cheeses, cereal and fruit. It was absolutely fine to start the day but there are plenty of places for more varied breakfast options nearby.

To begin with, everything functioned marvelously—the elevator, the A/C, the refrigerator, the shower, the towel warmer, the TV, the water pressure. The mattresses were fantastic as was the luxurious bedding. Our room was cleaned daily and we received plenty of clean, soft towels. The staff was friendly and accommodating, eager to help whenever anything was required. Breakfast was fine, though we only went down to the quaint little dining room once (hey, it’s Le Marais—you go out for croissant and coffee crème!) The location was fantastic and, really, we could not have been happier. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Paris.

The rooms are small as is typical for French hotels. Also, it isn’t cheap (as is typical for all decent French hotels). That’s it, the entire list of negatives.

The location is excellent, very central to everything, staff is friendly and helpful, the room was pretty clean and comfortable and especially for the price in contrast to others you get really good value. Also the room we got was very silent, I didn't hear any neighbors nor any outside noise. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

For some reason the hotelroom was really warm, I tried to change the temperature with the AC control, which normally I have no problems with but it seems nothing worked. But either way it was comfortable enough for me. Also depending on what you want, the bathroom was really warm, and only at the end I figured out the heating element can be changed to not be so warm. Its true the room is somewhat small, but I think in comparison to other hotels in the same price class, its actually good. It was big enough to be comfortable. I had the cheapest room possible, so no real complaint.

Very friendly staff, a very quiet and comfortable room, excellent location in a nice neighbourhood, just two minutes away from the metro station (but also many things were accessible on foot). The cleaning service was superb, leaving the room in immaculate state. Thank you everyone at the hotel who made our state so comfortable!

The breakfast lacked a bit of variety but that wasn't really a problem for us.
