Location of the apartment is fabulous. Within the heart of the Marais it is surrounded by cafes, restaurants and shops. There is a boulangerie right across the street and if needed a Monoprix a very short walk away. The instructions to enter the apartment were concise and accurate and we had no trouble accessing the building. Yes we had three flights of narrow stairs but we expected that in Paris and apart form taking up the luggage initially it was not a problem for us. We had a couple of issues but they were addressed promptly by Checkmyguest and the host. There is some street noise but the windows are double glazed and I always travel with earplugs regardless! Would highly recommend this property for a short term stay.

I had in my confirmation description that this apartment had air conditioning which wasn't the case. This was probably not the fault of the property but more so incorrect on the Booking.com website. Luckily the weather was mild and we opened the windows for fresh air. There was an iron but no ironing board.

The location was excellent. The room was beautiful and clean

The advertisement said that there would be an elevator. On site, there was no elevator present.

Fantastic central location in the marais. A small Parisian walk up on the third floor, cramped for a family of four but to be expected for such a central location and seeing as we were only there 2 nights it wasn't a problem. Had most things necessary like iron and fan.

They could've been more transparent about the 500 Euro deposit that's required before they give you the door code. It's hidden in the small print of booking.com - despite staying in dozens of similar apartments like this over the years this is the first time I've encountered it. You'll see similar people surprised if you read through the reviews.

clean and modern and was well located between hotel de ville and St. Paul’s cathedral and both these metro stations. easy to walk to everything. good shower pressure and temperature

It is smaller than what the photos depict however it is Paris and most apartments are small. Pillows were more like flat cushions than pillows. 4 flights of narrow steps to get to the apartment. No dishwashing detergent or tea towels- minimal kitchen supplies to use.

The location of the apartment is excellent, right at the heart of Marais, close to all you need for a stay in Paris. We stayed in the last floor apartment and it was really nice, well equiped, good size, beds comfy.

Communication and coordination between staff and cleaning lady definitely to be improved: at check-in the apartment was not ready as the cleaning lady was still cleaning and we waited 1h45 to get in, this apparently since the cleaning lady wasn’t told our check-in time (standard one for this apartment..). however as compensation we were offered late check-out. On the departure date staff called us saying that the cleaning lady couldn’t find the keys, whice we left in the keybox as requested by staff. What a saga…

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were excellent at communicating, and the access instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location was absolutely perfect—walking distance to fantastic restaurants and bars, with convenient access to the Seine hop-on-hop-off stops and just a short walk to Notre Dame. The apartment was spacious, which was a huge plus, and the washing machine was a game-changer since we were traveling with our toddler. The kitchen was also well-equipped. We truly hope to be back soon!

Location. The two bathrooms. The bath. The big and fluffy towels! The extra duvet. The heaters in every room. I liked that they responded quickly. And the price is ok.

The pictures in the ad aren’t all from the the same apt, which is also way smaller in real life. The sofa is not suitable for sleeping. So 4 people is max! The dishwasher wasn’t emptied. We had to clean other people’s mess. We couldn’t find tablets for the dishwasher. There was not enough toilet paper. Although there was a decent solution offered- I don’t want to buy Toiletpaper on a short trip in paris. 4 floors lifting suitcases without help is a drag.

Lovely, cozy apartment in the city center. It's very convenient that there are two bathrooms, one of which even has a separate toilet. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a comfortable sofa for evening relaxation, fast internet, a washing machine, and even a dryer. Very satisfied!

Wonder location--every easy to go to all major attractions. Clear instruction was sent a day ahead of time. I collected the keys without problem. Updated apartment, the bed is really comfortable (not the sofa bed in the living room--which is expected). The host was pretty easy to reach--he sent someone to fix the coffee machine as soon as he was informed.

The hot water ran out quickly. After taking a cold shower for all three of us on a really chilly day, we were told that hot water had a reservoir--if water turns cold, we have to wait until it's heated up again. As a result, we have to space out our showers every night--sometimes my husband had to shower after midnight. Not sure it's a problem with all apartment in Paris. Not very quiet--we live on the 3rd floor, still woken up several times in the middle of the night. We had to wear earplugs to sleep.

The apartment is in an excellent central location. It is spacious and ideal for a family of four. There's a bakery and an ice cream shop just opposite, both of which were very popular with all the family.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the air-conditioning, and it was very hot during our stay so we had to leave windows open at night which meant it was quite noisy.
