My room was upgraded from a single to a double on arrival without me asking which was nice. My room was very comfortable and clean and had everything I needed. The location is excellent being within walking distance of Notre Dame the river and Hotel de Ville. The Louvre is also within walking distance. There are plenty of places around to eat and drink and being a solo female traveller I felt very safe. I would be happy to book into the hotel again.

Being a city hotel it was rather noisy if I left the window open at night which was a shame as it was rather warm at the time of my visit but that didn't detract from the enjoyment of my visit to Paris and the hotel at all. I was very happy with my stay.

Location, cleanness and the staff’s courtesy in welcoming. It’s a perfect location for those who like to spend a good Parisian evening in the heart of Paris.

The unavoidable constant street noice from neighboring pubs and cafés till 03:00 in the morning, which requires a double window or any other forms of sound insulation for the front façade.

We stayed this bank holiday weekend, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We didn’t have to carry our stroller upstairs it was safely stored away downstairs which was convenient. The room was very clean and there was no noise from outside, the blackout curtains were great and the bed was very comfortable which meant we all got a great nights sleep. Check in and out was a smooth process. We had breakfast which is an add on for only 11 euros each which accommodated for my little one too. It is in a very cute location in the cellar which we liked. I would definitely return next time we stay in Paris, thank you for making our babies first holiday a memorable one :)

Fantastic location, had a room overlooking the courtyard so was quiet. Small room but pretty standard for Paris. As there’s no restaurant it can’t be classed as more than 3 stars (French rules I think) but the room was definitely more than 3 star and very clean, comfortable bed and good shower. Staff were all really friendly and accepted patiently my attempts to speak French! Will definitely stay here next time I’m in Paris.

Paper cups in room for coffee/tea but that’s the only thing really. Bathroom small and wouldn’t have liked to have used it if I was any bigger than I am (size 16 UK/12 US)!

The BEST hotel of my stay. Location was perfection, felt like real Paris, much less touristy but minutes walk to Lourve and Notre Dame and then grabbed a Hop on Hop off bus ticket for everywhere else (which had Notre Dame and Lourve stops). Super friendly and helpful staff and very lovely clean spacious rooms

Coming from Australia, the bathrooms are very small but that's just an FYI not a complaint.

We had a great experience at this hotel! We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed, the room is small but it was enough to open two suitcases and the central and convenient location is worth it in our eyes. Located in the heart of the Marais, near many restaurants, shops and bars, right on Rivoli Boulevard and near bus stops and also a few minutes' walk to the Hotel de Ville metro station. We would definitely come back.

The ceilings are a bit low and there is no air conditioning, worth considering if you come in the summer.

Location was great, rooms nice and clean, staff were very friendly and greeted us each time we went to Reception and spoke English, felt very safe, was good having tea and coffee facilities in room, would stay here again.

Room was small but comfortable, lucky we had backpacks instead of suitcases. Had to leave our keys with Reception every time we left the property, but understand this is common.

The location is wonderful, an easy 20 walk from the Châtelet RER and close to Notre Dame and Le Marais/Place des Vosges. The room was small and simple but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but great water pressure in the shower. It was perfect for a one night stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good value for Paris.

The WIFI is very slow. There is no air conditioning which didn’t affect us in May, but I imagine it would be very hot during the summer. The hair dryer is not very powerful.

This Hotel was in such a fantastic location for us. 5 mins from the Metro. So many bars and restaurants within spitting distance. We only stayed for 2 nights and both nights we slept great. The room was clean and peaceful. The reception staff were so friendly and approachable. I would most definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thank you for a fabulous first trip to Paris!

There is nothing we disliked about this hotel.

Loved everything about this hotel. After an incredibly rude taxi driver it was nice to be greeted by such friendly people at this hotel. Rooms are comfortable and the location is everything. There are Metro stations close by and Notre Dame is a short walk away. Would stay here again.

Nothing really but a fridge in the room would be handy. I like to buy extra tea for the room but had to but long life milk. That was the only criticism.
