Very comfortable and creatively designed room. Very nice amenities. Loved the quality of the sheets. Delicious and generous breakfast (included). Great unique design and decorative touches throughout the floor. You find yourself tucked literally on the first floor of a building in your own safe and extremely quiet artsy environment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay- nice to come ‘home’ after the noisy and bustling Marais district and all the day’s wanderings.

The hotel is literally on the first floor of a building, and the ground floor/entrance/stairwell could use a little freshening up- with better lighting, fresh carpet and paint. But since the hotel is in its own delightful cocoon, this was a minor hindrance.

First of all, the location and the staff were both absolutely wonderful. Also, the breakfast is well worth the extra charge. It was coffee, juice, fruit, croissants, bread and a charcuterie platter. There is an expresso machine & water in the kitchen all day and we could help ourselves - perfect! The room was a decent size, but a little "worn around the edges".

Like all of Paris, the room was expensive for what it was.

Love the room, the breakfast, the location, the staff. There are books and magazines everywhere. They leave jars of treats out for guests to help themselves to. There’s a kitchen with a fridge you can use for tea or storing beer, cheese, etc.

Totally minor things: the steep windy staircase to get in and out from the street to the hotel. That there’s no privacy in the shower area as it’s open/ clear glass. A sliding door that shot would be nice.

A perfect hotel! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Considering the general standard of hotels in Paris, the price is very reasonable, and the room is quite spacious, beautifully decorated, and brand new. The location is very central, in the nicest area of Paris. The staff are very sweet and polite. The breakfast was simple but more than enough and very tasty. I truly enjoyed my stay.

I would highly recommend this lovely small hotel. The room is charming, clean and contains everything needed. Breakfast was included and served in a shared lounge area. A beautifully presented and extensive continental breakfast meant we could set off for a days sightseeing feeling full. We had arrived late in Paris one evening and the clear instructions meant we could easily find our room using codes to enter. The location is perfect for the Metro, the Louvre, exploring Le Marais.

Steep stairs, small room (but that is to be expected in Paris). There was quite some dust in the room

Loved the French-ness of the place. Felt like an authentic French apartment, with hotel-like touches. Great location. Breakfast was generous! Also love that it's a keyless location!

Nitpicking here, but the pillows were a little too soft for my liking.

Perfect in every way possible. Always greeted with great service starting in the morning. Came back from our adventures to a very clean bedroom. Breakfast was served with a healthy balanced diet and great coffee or tea.

Beautiful, clean, tastefully decorated room. Lovely shower and vanity area. Very comfortable bed, with lovely bedding. Room was spotlessly clean. There are some comments from others on price. Le Marais is an expensive area to stay, so taking that into account and the prices of other properties, this was very agreeable. Lovely breakfast of bread, cheese, ham, fruit, yoghurt and orange juice. Gift of bag and booklet on shops and restaurants was a lovely touch. Great location for travelling to and from Charles e Gaulle in the heart of Paris

We arrived very late, due to transport chaos travelling from airport. It was very dark when we arrived and we could not find a light to navigate the passageway from the entrance to the next door, nor could we find a light to climb the spiral staircase. We saw the first step when entering the room, but not the second step within the room, which caused problems. If your new to the property and not aware of location of light switches this is tricky. Perhaps a light with a sensor would work well.

Great location! nice little cozy hotel, the room and entrance design are really nice, the place is clean and the room is not small! Very private feeling. Good value for money. Breakfast was included in the price and just outside the room, the jams and bread were nice. It was nice to sit and have a small thing to eat before going out to the city.

The coffee was not good. The croissants and pain au chocolats were average at most. We ate very small breakfasts and then had coffee and morning pastries in boulangeries.
