Brilliant location. Loved being able to walk straight out onto the many bars, restaurants, the Seine just 2 mins away (We went swimming in the Seine which was a highlight). Really helpful staff who went above and beyond when we had questions about various museums. Nice quiet room that was also lovely and cool for the very high August temperatures.

The shower in our ensuite bathroom in room 2 was a bit cramped - if you were taller than 6ft it would be a bit of a squeeze but that is only a minor point and I found the pillows hard but my daughter was fine with them - so that's subjective!

The street was a narrow, pretty much dead street which is in The Marais, at the edge, next to Centre Pompidou; a benefit is that it is pretty quiet at night if sleep is important to you. There is a lot to do and see within a short walk with many great neighborhoods including Notre Dame, Les Halles, the Latin Quarter and, of course, The Marais itself. The hotel is charming and the underground stone breakfast room is dungeon-like but a very cool place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Rooms are well appointed, small by American standards but not by euro-standards. The staff could not have been much friendlier: We plan to stay there again.

The breakfast was very inexpensive but not especially great, especially in the city that is home to French cuisine. This is a boutique hotel, so there are not many amenities, but that did not matter much to us.

This hotel is simple and easy-completely no frills but the location is incredible for a few days soaking up the local color of Le Marais. Walkable to everything. Clean and comfortable, the staff was courteous. Really this hotel was a fantastic find and exactly what I needed for this trip! Thank you!

Decor is a bit outdated and my shower had a half wall that meant the entire bathroom flooded when I took a shower, even if I angled the shower head in the other direction.

Excellent location, tucked away behind a bustling street with restaurants, patisseries, metro. A building of character, sympathetically decorated and with modern lift, keys etc. The reception desk was manned 24 hours and very friendly, helpful and English-speaking. The room was cosy and quiet, well heated. The breakfast room is attractive and comfortable and the service prompt. In all, a great base from which to explore a fascinating neighbourhood, as well as being 2 minute walk from the Pompidou Centre

The shower worked fine but the bath plug was not working - we assumed this was to save water

The location is perfect for access to everything in the city. The front desk staff were personable and more than willing to accommodate any of our requests. The furnishings and room size were adequate for our needs. We did not have breakfast at the property since there are so many options available within close proximity to the hotel. We have recommended the property to other relatives and friends.

Good location on a quiet street. Wonderful check in service from gentleman on Saturday. Very comfortable pillows, bed and nice quality of towels and toiletries.

Unusually small room and bathroom...I am 5'6" and 135 lbs., and if I were much taller/heavier, I would have struggled with functioning well in the bathroom! Very heavy bedroom door. Also, the automatic glass entrance door to the property opens to the outside and does not stop if you are in the way. While entering one of my 4 days, I got a nasty cut on my arm from not moving fast enough:-((

The location is excellent. the hotel is right in the centre of everything and close to a metro for simple navigation. Also, the place itself is clean and well-appointed.

the beds were very uncomfortable. In particular, the pillows were very thin and of bad quality and difficult to get comfortable (and I was sleeping alone - a couple would be really uncomfortable sharing these two threadbare pillow between them).

Helpful staff, great location and comfy facilities. We extended our stay due to the good experience we had staying at this quaint hotel and upgraded to a more spacious room (worth the price for more Parisian space). The staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient. It's within metres of the best eateries and walking streets in Le Marais.

The initial room we booked was really quite small for us and dated in terms of facilities but the bigger room we moved to was modern, super comfy and so spacious.

Location, location, location. Price wise, it’s really worth it for being close to everything

It’s a much older hotel with tiny hallways and a sketchy little elevator. Each floors elevator halls are also very little and dark. But the room sizes are pretty good, and the windows give a sense of ventilation and makes you forget the tiny corridors and access routes.

Best location for this trip, cleaned and cozy room, and all I expected in the room were all available. Especially the A/C worked properly. I liked it there all. I would stay again.

I was amazed with the shower booth that had no door to close, despite of a small space. I had to be careful not to make a flood in the bath room. It was ok though.
