Living like local in own high quality apartment the very center of Paris. Walking distance to Notre Dame, Luvre (just a few bus stops if you do not like 12 min walk). Morning bakery with French croissants, pastries, cafes, Carrefour supermarket, fresh HQ fruit shops - all nearby, metro stations for line 11 and 1, a few more minutes Pompidou with RER line direct to Disneyland or close to Notre Dame direct RER train to Versailles, bus 69 brings you direct to Louvre pyramid and then continues to Eiffel tower, if you want to view the city traveling a bit slower compared to metro. Moulen-Rouge cabaret, Montmartre, Champs-Élysées all just a few metro or bus stops, within half-hour. Absolute family holiday hit. Washing machine, microwave, refriger., dishes, towels... made it like at home.

The privilege to visit own toilets while walking between Paris center attractions has its cost. Still, less expensive than nearby hotels offering astronomical 3 bedroom prices. If you leave windows open at night you will hear the tourists enjoying Paris center, this city never sleeps, but that is positive also - streets well lighted, some cafes still open - we felt safe to return after midnight. Hint: if you are sensitive to sounds, close the windows and leave central air conditioner on, its silent and it mixes air across apartment. Or leave the room doors open. For people with difficulties to climb to 2nd floor other accommodation is needed but for kids the old wood staircase was just charming.

Apartment very nicely decorated, furnished and equipped. Chocolates a nice touch. Exceptionally clean. Great location with lots of eating places and shops close by.

There needs to be clear instructions for the heating system. The wall controls are unlike anything in the UK. The weather was warm for October but did get a bit chilly in the evenings, even so. There were also a few niggles such as a bedroom door handle coming off (reported), having to buy washing up liquid. Also a fair part of wardrobe space in one bedroom being taken up by the hot water cylinder which the company needs to consider when they are renovating other properties.

The apartment is spacious and very clean. One of the bathrooms was very large. There is natural light in all of the rooms. When you step outside, the neighborhood is bustling with cafes and shops.

One bedroom has a sink and shower but the toilet is quite far away down the hall. The pillows seem ancient, and we were given heavy duvets in June. If you have balance problems, watch out for the worn staircase. A small thing, but there were no napkins or paper towels at all and they would have been helpful.

the location was great in heart of the wonderful Marias area plenty of shops and restaurants and close to several metros. we could walk everywhere from here to explore the beautiful city. the apartment was very clean and beds were comfortable and showers were large and modern. the kitchen was well stocked and appreciated the coffee maker. the living area was large and comfortable with room to relax after long walks around the city. our host was very accommodating as we arrived earlier than check in and responded quickly to any questions I had prior to our stay.

I booked apartments in Paris several times, and all were very good, but this one was probably the best.

Everything was good. Just to mention something one should mind (not a minus per se): - there is no lift, so if you have a stroller, that can be a (small problem); - the apartment has a code lock (which I understand the reason for), but we once had a small adventure when the lock glitched and had to be reset (note that the managers are available online, and managed to get us inside quickly).

Excellent location. Wonderful apartment- did not need heating or air con so can’t speak to those. Super responsive staff even though there were some communication challenges with use of multiple methods (text, WhatsApp, proprietary chat and booking.com messages) on top of each other.

Not the top floor so naturally some sounds from the apartment above - but nothing disruptive.

The location can't be beat. The apartment was on the 2nd floor which was an easy walk up - even with luggage. We were met by a staff member to show how the doors worked, etc. The staff reached out on Whatsapp to check in and find out if we needed anything. The apartment was beautiful.

We had to buy Paper Towels - which would have been nice to have included.

We absolutely loved our stay at Edgar Suites and didn't want to leave. Very comfortable beds, pillows & lounge area, well equipped kitchen, beautiful lamp lighting and overall design of the apartment, fluffy towels, great location with everything just outside your door - but also very quiet for sleeping. I would live there if I could!

The only improvement we would make it is to add some full length mirrors to the apartment, and a blanket for the couch but these are tiny things.

Steep third floor walk-up could challenge some

Perfect location, in heart of shops and restaurants of the Marais, close to underground, and at the same time tucked away from the street so super quiet. 3 decent double rooms, good functional facilities. So easy to check on and out with Edgar Suites!

Nothing really. Maybe an ability to request a welcome pack with some basics like milk etc but not a problem as shops all around.
