The staff was incredible! So warm and welcoming. The building has a incredible old world vibe with beautiful details, cozy lounge room, parisian balcony, stone archways. Bathrooms was wonderful too with a nice bathtub and shower.

The bed was a little "too big" for the room, it blocked the window/way out to the balcony and so you had to sort of climb awkwardly to get out. And ofc, with it being an old building some areas (like the shower) were more for shorter people and my 6"3 partner had to slouch a bit.

The room temperature was always perfect. Great to be able to open the windows & shut to seal out the street noise completely.

The walls were thin which we just discovered on our second to last night when we heard the guests in the next room. The design room is a little too spare of amenities one might expect for a longer stay more than 2-3 nights (reading light is not the brightest more of mood lighting )

The location is 100% in the middle of the cute neighbourhood Marais. The room was small but cosy, the staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. VERY comfortable beds.

We were on the 5th floor facing the street, in the evening you could hear some sounds from the bars in on the street but not too much, however in the morning with glass, backing trucks etc it woke us up arund 7. So if you need a quiet room perhaps ask for that when making the booking. But who wants to sleep in when in Paris anyway....

The hotel is very conveniently located and is in a very charming and vibrant area of Paris. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel’s decor has real character and is soothing and relaxing. All sorts of small amenities are available for free in the room or upon request.

While the room was clean, a little more attention could have been given to details such as the tiles in the shower, wood panels in the bathroom and upholstery. The rooms are a bit small and the minibar is expensive.

The cosy boutique feel of this hotel mixed with it’s cool Parisian high end luxe interior is what brought me back to stay for a second time at Bourg Tibourg. The scented candles at reception and soft sound of the water fountain in the courtyard give a spa like atmosphere. The beds are so comfortable and rooms are a reasonable size by Paris standards. Location is the best in Le Marais in my opinion… with restaurants and shops all around but also so close to the Siene river which I love to walk to just for the view. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, they made a reservation in advance for us at a restaurant that is very difficult to get a booking at. We can highly recommend staying at Bourg Tibourg.

The garden courtyard is beautiful.

The wall opposite the bed was a little flat compared to the rest of the room. Just painted yellow with a border at the top. I think maybe wallpaper or repeating the opposite wall across would bring the wall up to the room’s level. I could do with a little less furniture in the room, maybe ditch the ottoman. I was able to out things in the closet to get a bit more space.

The room and hotel was lovely, and just the type of decor and look you'd want in a Parisian accommodation. It's also located in one of the best and walkable neighborhoods, Le Marais. The staff was friendly and helpful, and kept our luggage stored before check-in.

The room size was about standard for a central Paris hotel. However, there was extra furniture (a small desk) in the room that made the space in the room smaller. Very minor, but should be noted.

We loved the ambiance and decor of this hotel! From the minute you step into the lobby, you're immersed in an elegant, old-world setting married with today's modern amenities. All of your senses are engaged immediately, as you are surrounded by color, texture and the aroma of a lovely-smelling candle burning in the lounge. We loved the lower level grotto-like library, as well. The garden setting is charming. The staff, always very helpful and friendly.

My only complaint is the room we stayed in was very small. However, this was to be expected somewhat, in a house-like boutique hotel. The charm and elegance were worth it though, since we didn't spend much time in our room. If you're traveling with a lot of luggage and extra large suitcases, you should book a larger room.

Great location and the staff made us feel very welcome. Attractive decor and a bit quirky. We asked for local restaurant suggestions which worked out very well - we ate at 2 of them and they were just the sort of places we like.

The room was small but you can see this before you book and this is often the case in Paris. The lift was slow to arrive.

Love this little charming hotel. The staff was fantastic. Room was comfortable and clean. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job! We were upgraded to a suite which was a pleasant surprise!

The sound proofing was a little poor. We could hear noises from the people next and above us
