The large overhead light fixture wouldn’t turn on, despite there being three buttons in the room to turn it on. The two sconces next to the bed turned on once just briefly, then never again. Needless to say it was very dark in the room and I had a lot of unpacking/ repacking that had to wait until light in the morning which affected my schedule.

Excellent stay at this perfect location for exploring the city. A small walk away from Notre Dame, with plenty places nearby for food and drinks. We would stay again! The room was just what we needed, a comfortable bed, a spacious shower and I informative and friendly hosts too. Thank you for having us 😊 Paris was incredible.

Location is excellent. The studio is very compact but has everything including a washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker and wee electric jug. Nice bathroom. There is a closet and also storage by lifting up the bed. There is a small lift for taking luggage to the first floor which was great.

Everything was good for such a central location in the Marais.

The service was great, they let us keep our bags in their house after we checked out. The room was very nice and clean, comfortable bed and the kitchen in the cupboard was really cool and useful! Would definitely stay again.

The hosts provided free water, juices and mini cake treats. Very generous of them. Nice quaint neighbourhood.

Apartment was a little hard to locate esp after jet lag. Google Maps was confusing and I had to ask passers-by for assistance using broken basic French. Luckily, they were friendly and pointed out the street number - which is very easy to miss (after jet lag). Also, it's very noisy in the morning. Luckily, I was so tired from my London trip that I slept through it and didn't pay attention. Would bring ear buds next time. * Be careful around homeless people in tents along walk from Pont Marie metro station to the apartment

Just right all round. We had arrived at 6:30am after 25 hour flight from Australia. When I asked André if we could leave bags there before checking in after 2pm, he organised for studio to be cleaned very early as previous guests had left at 5:30am. We were then able to check in 4hours early at 10am, and rest and shower. It made such a positive impact for our subsequent delightful stay in Paris. Thoughtful flexibility was much appreciated.

Very well organised considering the space available Excellent location. Area was safe for single female travelling alone. Clean I did not need a key Easy to enter the property I felt safe I like the fact there was hand sanitizer for people pressing the door release. I live the windows, could be kept open to ventilate the room. I was responded to every time I had a question about the room!

I did not find the safe for my passport I could not work out the main light! The light on the 1st floor landing was mot working so there was a risk of falling. There was a switch on next to the door do not touch but it was confusing which switch not to touch.

Great central location - not far to the metro and many landmarks, and there are lots of bars/restaurants annd shops in the area. The room was small (typical for Paris) but very stylish and I was surprised how many features had been included, like the walk-in shower, the kitchenette and the under-bed storage. The bed was very comfortable and with s suitcase, I really appreciated the lift!

The air-con seems to be centrally controlled so it got a little warm but with the windows open it can get a bit noisy. Wouldn't put me off returning though!

For a short stay in Paris this was the perfect accommodation!! Pristinely clean, modern furnishings and everything I needed at the ready, including a washing machine/dryer and a coffee machine!! Super location right in the thick of things, with cafes and restaurants a literal stones throw away! Felt very safe a a female solo traveller in the very secure apartment/building. Great communication from the hosts. Would highly recommend!!

Little noisy during the night with windows shut, but a small trace off for such a great location! Small space but all very compact. Perfect for travelling on my own though

Location was good as were the facilities. Excellent security. Comfortable beds. Easy to communicate with the owner, although speaking French was a bonus.

There appeared to be an issue with the air conditioning, which remained unresolved despite the technician coming to fix it. Resorted to opening the bathroom window as the temperature was 30 degrees+
