A characterful, cosy room. Really well equipped and comfortable. Very good shower. Very quiet, considering its fabulous central location. Close to several metro stations. A great breakfast, served in the room - plenty of choice, everything fresh, and good coffee. Welcoming, friendly staff on hand 24 hours a day.

As many have mentioned, there is no lift, but that isn't possible because the building is historic and listed. We're in our 50s and our room was on the top floor, and it was fine!

Absolutely amazing accommodation in a fantastic location. The room took our breath away — it had a beautiful view of the street. Breakfast delivered straight to the room? Brilliant idea. We threw the window wide open, enjoyed all the delicious treats, and soaked in the relaxing atmosphere the hotel offers. My partner was celebrating his birthday, and we arranged a surprise in the room with Jérémy from the reception — champagne and balloons. It was perfect. Truly a beautiful place. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

There is nothing to dislike! :)

Perfectly located in the 4th arrangement. Walking distance to everything. Train or bus to Eiffel Tower though. Heaps of restaurants and cafes around. Was able to order breakfast to the room at a specific time. Good variety and price was reasonable. Room was clean and a decent size for Paris with a great view of the surrounding streets. Not too loud at night but being right above bars and restaurants so there was a little bit of noise. Staff were all super friendly. Helped us carry our bags to our room as there is no elevator. 24/7 reception was also handy.

Only thing was that the Wifi was poor. Cutting in and out. Was advised had been playing up while we were there.

A charming period property packed with character. Very friendly staff (particular mention for Miguel who was so pleasant during our check in). The facilities are great, fantastic air con which was needed as temperatures exceeded 30 degrees celsius and a well stocked mini bar. Perfect location in a very busy square in Le Marais (the windows must be triple glazed as we slept like logs). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat!

Nothing - we knew there was no lift when we booked and staff are more than happy to help with luggage.

First of all the location is perfect, in the middle of Le Marais neighbourhood, surrounded by good restarurants, bars, bakeries and even shopping. everything is within short walking distance. Even the louvre is just 15 minute walk away. The hotel its is a small boutique hotel, the room is small but very cosy and welcoming. They served breakfast to the room (you fill a form at night with what you want and when you want it), a good selection of breads and pasteries, cheese meats and coffee. The staff was great and very helpful. I would definetly recommend this place, amazing value for money. Its 7 minute walk from the train station so getting here from CDG was easy.

The downside is no elevator, and when you are at the top flour thats 4 flights of stairs to climb, after all i didnt mind it so much.

Our stay in room 200 at Le Presbytère was delightful. The room was spacious, charming, and full of character, featuring two large windows with splendid views. The beds were extremely comfortable, and despite the building's historical significance, the rooms were modern with plenty of character and equipped with all the necessary gadgets for charging our 21st-century devices. Although I primarily used my phone's 5G allowance, the hotel's WiFi was more than adequate. The bathroom and shower were exceptionally large for a Parisian hotel, very modern, and comfortable. The room was warm and impeccably clean. Special thanks to the housekeeping team; every evening we returned to find our room spotless. It's important to note that this hotel doesn't have a lift due to the building's nature, which is clearly stated on their website and Booking.com. Anyone complaining about this is simply ignoring the clear information provided. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and personable, always willing to help with luggage. I look forward to staying at Le Presbytère again and will definitely choose the same room upon my next visit to Paris.

Nothing I didn’t like

Beautiful hotel, small and cozy but beautifully arranged and maintained. The staff are very welcoming and the breakfast delivered to the bed is amazing. Location is pretty good to walk from or catch the metro. Also having the ability to book shuttles from and to the airport makes for ease of mind for the trip (although it is more expensive than app riders)

Our room was pretty small and since we carried two checked luggages, it made the space management a bit awkward. Some homeless people roam around the entrance area but we didnt feel unsafe since theres also alot of tourists/locals around.

Room was exceptionally spacious for Paris city centre. We loved the old world feel of this very unique property. The top room (400) is perfect for a family of 4-5. The location is ideal with many restaurants nearby and the staff very friendly and helpful. They do offer a room service breakfast but as there is a bakery and a grocery just steps away we just picked up our own each morning.

The controls for the heated towel rails did not work but this wasn't an issue for us as the room was nice and warm. The staff was so helpful I am sure they would have fixed this had we mentioned it. Please note that if staying on a Friday or Saturday night, due to the convenient location, there can be some noise from the street. We noticed it but it did not bother us enough to keep us awake. Other nights we stayed, it was very quiet. We were on the upper floor so there was a lot of stairs (no elevator) but we knew this in advance. When we travel in Europe we take backpacks instead of suitcases because this is common for a lot of properties.

We had such an amazing stay! It was for my boyfriend's birthday and the hotel went above and beyond to make it feel special. The staff were lovely, room was super comfortable (and a good size by Paris standards), and super clean. We were there during a particularly hot Olympics, but the aircon in the room was great. It's right in the heart of Le Marais so could have also been noisy, but we didn't hear anything and slept amazingly.

Honestly no complaints. It is central Le Marais which means there are some bars around, but we knew the area well before staying so expected this and we couldn't hear any noise from our room.

This hotel has a great location - I was able to walk to all the places I wanted to go - Louvre, St.Germain, Place de la Concorde etc. The staff were very pleasant and helpful especially Miguel & Jeremy. The rooms are handsomely decorated and the bathrooms were exceptional! - all was well - my only issues were the lack of carpets occasionally made it noisy when upstairs guests moved chairs and a very few times the internet was not up to par which is frustrating.

Occasional lack of Internet connection!
