The location was great. The Chatalet metro station is right there. So very convenient I only had to walk around the corner to see the Eiffel Tower. Convenient to restaurants and bars. Walking distance to notre dame and the Louvre I travelled as a single woman and felt safe

They were doing some renovations which were a bit noisy in the morning - but I get it needs to be done. The carpet was very much in need of replacing I’m sure in another week or so that will be all done

Location, location, location - absolutely perfect. The Metro station was a few metres from the door and the hotel was located in such a central part of Paris. Breakfast was perfectly adequate; room was just right for one person and clean. On the whole, the staff members were great - a special mention to Aymeric who was the first staff member I met - he was friendly, welcoming and very helpful with recommendations and advice.

They advertised fast wi-fi - it was hopeless, losing connectivity every minute. I was assured that the week after I left, they were upgrading the whole system.

Amazing property in the heart of Paris. Recently renovated and still undergoing some renovations and this meant the rooms were brand new and amazing. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size for 2 big suitcases. It was an amazing location in walking distance to so many tourist sites in the city. The staff were lovely and it even had an elevator which is perfect for heavy luggage!! Had 2 fans in the room which helped keep cool on the hot summer nights as well.

Shower was very small in one room and shower with the bath in another room was difficult to get out of, so be wary if you are tall or struggle with movement

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It's in the first arrondissement so it's centrally located between the Louvre and Notre Dame. And it's very near a major metro station so it's very easy to get to other parts of the city. It's surrounded by restaurants and bars so there's a good nightlife scene, but you don't hear much of it if you have your windows closed. I will probably stay at this hotel every time I go to Paris.

This time around our bathroom was a bit small but it wasn't a dealbreaker. We understand that putting a modern hotel in a very old building means they sometimes have to work with what space they have.

I did not take a package with breakfast - not a meal I eat - so not worth the money. I already knew where the hotel was - which was why I booked it. Like many central Paris hotels - it seems a bit small & disappointing when you first go in - BUT - I had a lovely big room with a large bed, plenty of room to walk round. Excellent facilities in the room. Much better than many I have encountered in central Paris. The room was very clean and well decorated. Really big safe - you could get whatever you want in to it. Plenty of hangers in the ward robe. It was very quiet. I was worried about bars in the street just next door to the hotel, but I heard no noise from them. The staff were just so helpful. I was with a friend who had travel problems - the staff went out of their way to help. I will definitely use this hotel again.

I have no adverse comments really.

The hotel is in the perfect location, easy access to so many key locations in Paris. The staff was so helpful and friendly, very customer service orientied. We had one of the larger rooms and it was so comfortable for the two of us. Location allowed us to go shopping and drop off our purchases and easily head out to another location. Very easy access to the main Metro station which made getting to the airport in the morning a breeze.

They only thing that was a little distracting with the metro - trains you could hear in passing. I didn't really notice it at first, and actually once you feel asleep or were distracted you really didn't notice it. Just a slight hum anyways...

The location is outstanding!! Very central with metro links a short walk away. Shops around the corner, cafes, sights, it was absolutely amazing being in the heart of the city.

The photos make the place look a lot bigger and more elegant than it is. It's basic accommodation. There weren't any extra pillows in the room. We arrived a week before the Olympics and weren't told that the entire area, including where our hotel was, was completely closed off with police access only. This made arrival really stressful as we couldn't get anywhere near our hotel until a policeman took pity on us and let us through the barricade. A little heads up would have been nice. When we did arrive though the staff were really helpful and friendly.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful and friendly. Suggested places to watch the fireworks on 14 July. Fantastic location, close to Rue de Rivoli and the Seine, Notre Dame etc. Windows shut out any noise at night. Beds were very comfy. Front desk staff gave us extra coat hangers/suitcase stand, they couldn’t do enough to help. I’d definitely stay here again.

The first room we had on our first stay we couldn’t get wifi at all. Staff changed our rooms for our second stay a week later , the no problems. Rooms weren’t replenished with toilet paper, sugar etc on occasions, but front desk sorted it quickly. Quite expensive for an average hotel, but that’s Paris.

This is a charming hotel right next to the river and the train station and close the excellent restaurants. The rooms are clean and aesthetic, though a bit small. It also has a lift. The buffet breakfast is good for the price. If you want, there are plenty of breakfast options nearby also. It is a great find at this price point at this awesome location. Highly recommended!

The location was excellent, being close to the river and just steps away from the metro. I was staying with my daughter, so we mainly used the room for sleeping, and it served us perfectly! we were really only in the room to sleep so it was great for us! We had a room with a window so it kept the room a good temperature.

It's not the best hotel for large groups, but it was perfect for my daughter and me. The walls are thin so I was trying to be mindful of my daughters noise level when we were in the room.
