Location, comfortable and clean, English speaking receptionist who were friendly and helpful.

Booking.com option selected was pay at the property however, 2 part payments to the value of the stay were taken before arrival as a security, then when you check out you are charged in full again. The security payment can take a week to be released from pending in your account!

The location was perfect. The staff was kind and spoke English well. I moved to this hotel after a terrible experience at a different place around the corner. The bed is more comfortable than most hotel beds

I could hear some noise from the street as to be expected with old buildings

Terrific location, close to the Chatelet Les Halles train station and many of the tourist attractions in Paris. Air conditioned rooms, modern bathrooms. Friendly front desk staff with good English. Some great nearby brasseries and bistros.

Typical small European hotel rooms that struggle to accommodate 2 x suitcases i.e. one each.

We came from London and this hotel was honestly like a pearl after that. We slept so good, the room was quiet and dark for the night. Also we were able to regulate the air-con temperature wise. Paris was super hot during our stay. And the location is just the best you can get in Paris! Also, the staff was super friendly. I would definitely not want to stay anywhere else after this hotel!

Fantastic location near to amenities like Prêt A Manger, malls, and landmarks, several restaurants nearby too. Very easy to find from the metro station Chatelet Les Halles - only a short walk. Bathroom and toilet were extremely clean - this is very appreciated!

I was staying at the level where the housekeeping items were often kept, so the walkway outside the room is often very narrow, and as the door and walls are not very soundproof, sometimes I hear a lot of noise and talking outside of my room. But this is not a huge deal for me because I understand that it is an old and narrow building, I can tolerate it.

Clean room, comfortable bed and had all amenities. Sufficient place to keep belongings and suitcases. We stayed for 2 nights and they did their housekeeping daily and provided fresh towels for each day. Staff was nice and helpful. There was always someone at the reception. The location is great as well with many restaurants nearby and metro station at few minutes walk.

Room is not really soundproof as we could hear people speaking from the corridor but it did not really disturb us. Small issue with the lift but receptionist was nice enough to help in getting lift to the ground floor so that we can carry our suitcases up.

Hotel's location. The hotel is a short walk from the Louve. The area is very lively at night. There's a lot of food options around the hotel. Also, I've checked-in late at night and there is a night receptionist that's very helpful. Thank you for the help.

The room. It is a bit stuffy. Just need to open the curtain and toilet door to get some cold air in.

What I liked the most is that the hotel is in a great location, in a quite busy street, however, the rooms are very quiet so I was very surprised. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good too.

The bedroom is pretty small but it was ok for us as we were outside all the time.

It was small but very comfortable. The location was very good. Lots of restaurants and bistros nearby and well located for the other tourist sights of Parris

Some of the fixtures in the bathroom needed attention. The toilet roll holder was not securely fixed to the wall. The shower faucet was also loose from the wall

The location was superb, close to Le Louvre, Pompidou Centre and Ìle de la Cité and also to transport links at Châtlet Les Halles. Excellent facilities, tea and coffee making in the room which is unusual for European hotels.

The room and bathroom were quite small though adequate – I guess if you want to stay in this location you’re going to have to pay a lot for a bigger room!
