Fantastic location. Close to many key sights as well as some fantastic & easy restaurants. Beautifully set up apartment. Good WiFi. Lovely welcome pack that felt like a proper and generous treat. We felt we could have stayed for a month. It felt like we were living in Paris for our time.

A few glitches. I had to clean out the overhead shower so it cascaded properly. The door on the smaller bathroom was almost impossible to move if it was fully pushed back & then wouldn’t close fully as it’s dragging. The toilet seat on the separate loo was broken. The tv controllers had all been mixed up which took us some effort to figure out (best if labelled in future). Bedroom was a little on the small side but manageable given the rest of the space.

The location was amazing, in the middle of an area with plentiful of restaurants and shops. We walked every morning to get breakfast from Bo&Mie. The beds are extra comfortable. It was great to have access to a washing machine during our 7-day stay. There was a self service luggage storage for us to drop off our luggage before our check in time, which made it very convenient. The 2BR/2BA was spacious for two couples.

When we tried to unlock the luggage storage room with our key code, they didn’t activate until 9am. This was not clear to us since we asked to have access to the storage at 8am. The staff didn’t respond to our queries until 9a as well, so we were not sure what was happening. One bathroom had a very slow drainage issue (sink and shower).

Absolutely stunning apartment in an even better location. So close to the Lourve and with restaurants directly below the apartment. Only a few minutes walk to shopping and metro. We were blown away with how lovely the apartment was with its styling and character. Perfect for our family of 4 and with two teens the pull out couch in the lounge was the perfect 3rd bed. Having two bathrooms and one with a separate toilet was also a bonus!

Given its location above restaurants it was noisy at night and into the wee hours in one of the bedrooms, especially towards the end of the weekend. The check in online process was also horrible as it didn’t work on my mobile phone which was the only device I had, the website was clunky and doesn’t work on all browsers. I’ve seen reviews regarding the stairs and tiny lift, we were on the second floor so it wasn’t a major for us and I wouldn’t let it put you off staying here.

Great central location and lovely one bedroom apartment. Well fitted out with everything you could need. the staff were there during the day and helped us out several times with small issues.

The small lift is a challenge with getting your suitcases up to your apartment. Also the use of a QR code to enter the building and your apartment is very tricky. Sometimes didn't work but the staff helped us out. Be aware that these apartments are located above several cafes which operate from about 5.30am(setting up and bottle supplies being delivered) to sometimes 2am. Therefore it's very noisy and sleep can be a challenge..

We stayed at this lovely apartment in Paris and were truly impressed. Unlike many other places in the Paris, this apartment was incredibly spacious, with a large lounge area and a separated dinning area with kitchen. The queen-size bed was super comfy, and what we appreciated most was the air conditioning — it worked perfectly and kept us cool throughout our stay, which was such a relief in the summer heat. Another big plus was that the bathroom and toilet were separated, which made things much more convenient for us. We had a lot of luggage, but there was still plenty of room to move around and settle in comfortably. The quick responses throughout our stay and the thoughtful gesture of storing our luggage for free after check-out, to accommodate our late flight, were truly touching. One of the biggest highlights was definitely the shower — no overflowing water at all! It’s something we’ve often struggled with in other Paris accommodations, so we were truly impressed and relieved. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a spacious and well-equipped apartment in Paris.

Amazing place! I couldn’t be happier about my stay in Paris! Everything about My Maison was exceptional! Excellent location, easy access to public transport, walking distance to some of the main attractions, good restaurants downstairs. Most definitely felt at home- enough high quality appliances in the apartment, washing machine,dishwasher, toaster, juicer etc. This place can satisfy single traveler and a family- very thoughtfully equipped. I can’t praise enough the staff!My very special thanks are going to Rachel and Joy! We had some initial issues with my apartment and everything was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Thank you so much!

Perfect location. Super easy to get from CDG airport. We left via Montparnasse station and that was easy to get to too. 10 min walk to the Louvre and 15 min walk to Pont Neuf for the Seine cruise which we would recommend! Apartment is fairly compact but has everything you need. We were 2 adults and a 12 year old and it was fine. Sofa bed comfortable and easy to pull in and out. Fixtures and fittings high quality and stylish. Love the street it’s on. Plenty of restaurants and a nice vibe. Yes there is a bit of street noise but nothing ridiculous, I always carry earplugs anyway. And you are in the centre of Paris after all! Didn’t hear anyone else from within the apartment. Efficient communication with staff and no problems with the QR code to get in. Although we were only here 2 nights, we would stay here again and for longer.

It’s not a major issue but the lift is the tiniest we have ever seen! But better that then no lift though.

Did not use the breakfast, we would go over to the local boulangerie. Excellent location - very accessible from Gare du Nord, and comfortable walking to shops, restaurants and several sites of tourist interest. Staff were also very helpful over whatsapp with fairly quick response times.

Nothing specific that was a negative - however, luggage room / toilets (on the first floor) were not clearly marked, and the elevator was very small - so needed several trips to get the luggage and ourselves up to the 6th floor. Not really a huge problem for us.

This apartment has been the highlight of our Europe adventure to date. It was a beautiful, clean, big with masterful decor. The beds were very comfortable including the sofa bed which was all set up when pulled out. The shower in particular was wonderful. Excellent size for our family to enjoy and so close to everything you need, restaurants, train station and attractions. Check-in process was stress free and the managers communication was excellent.

Can be a little noisy at night with all the restaurants nearby but it is Paris so wouldn’t expect any less. Otherwise the apartment is perfection.

The apartment was extremely well-located, exceptionally clean and very, very comfortable. Although on the smaller size (by some U.S. standards) it was cozy and comfortable for four adults. The kitchen was a bit narrow, but was absolutely fine for our short stay as we enjoyed most meals at restaurants...it's Paris! Coffee in the morning, and wine and snacks later in the day were all that we needed. Other reviews mentioned excessive street / cafe noise, but we didn't hear anything out of the ordinary - as in any vibrant city, we expect (and enjoy) the energy of the neighborhood. The bedrooms were solid: not a lot of storage space, but enough for a short stay. The beds were very, very comfortable and the linens were perfect. The living room / dining area combo was comfortable, light-filled and had lovely views of the street, stores and cafes.

The kitchen was pretty narrow and would have been difficult to use if we were preparing a full meal, although it wasn't an issue for us. We have tall people in our family (+6 ft) and they had to mind the lights in the hallway - again, not a big deal. If you're a basketball team on tour, this might not be your place - everyone else will be fine.
