The apartament (mondetour) is outstanding and close to many metro stations. Many attractions in a walkable distance, many great restaurants around.

When we arrived, we couldn’t open the apartment door. We contacted the support, as written in the instructions left for us, and the girl just said to us to contact booking and try to relocate. It was 10pm and she didn’t even tried to help us. Someone that was staying in the building helped us. So, if you need any kind of support of the renters, unfortunately I should say you wouldn’t have it.

This accommodation exceeded my expectations. I was a bit nervous because I had read reviews mentioning a strange smell coming from the bathroom and similar issues, but we didn’t experience anything like that. Our apartment was on the top floor and spread over two levels. Downstairs there was a small living room/kitchen area with a pull-out sofa and a small toilet. The pull-out sofa was very comfortable. Upstairs there was a double bed and a bathroom. The bathroom was narrow, but there was enough space in the shower. The apartment was very bright, and the windows offered a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. There was a very small elevator going up, so with larger luggage you might need to make several trips, but the elevator was very much appreciated—walking up to the 8th floor after a long day of walking would not have been pleasant. The apartment is located right next to the Les Halles shopping center, which also has a metro station. There are many cafés and places to eat/get drinks nearby. Also it’s a 5–10 minute walk to the river and Notre Dame is very close-by. We arrived in Paris in the morning, but check-in was only in the afternoon. I had written in advance to ask if we could leave our luggage somewhere, and they responded very kindly, allowing us to leave our things at their office. Whether by chance or not, everything went very smoothly. We arrived just as the rooms were apparently being cleaned and the laundry van was in front of the building, with staff handling the bed linens, so we were able to place all our belongings right there in that same room and later collect them.

The staircase inside the apartment is quite steep and creaky, and there are also a few steps after the elevator, right outside the apartment door. I wouldn’t recommend it for people with mobility or balance issues. Also, the elevator is really tiny—larger individuals might not even fit inside. That said, we managed to squeeze in all three of us at once :). The kitchen could use a cutting board, but otherwise everything was provided.

This apartment is in an excellent location—right next to the RER/metro station and within walking distance of major attractions like Notre Dame and the Louvre. We also enjoyed a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower from the apartment, which was a delightful bonus. The neighborhood is lively and full of cafés and restaurants. While there was a bit of noise in the evenings, it didn’t disturb our sleep. Overall, a great place to stay for a Paris visit!

Everything really. Obviously the room has been done recently so very clean, everything new, the bed was comfortable. Enough space for such a convenient location in Paris. I had seen in one of the reviews before we went there that there was no clothes airer but there was one in the room.

Lift was out of order for 24 hours. Our room was on the 6th floor but the lift was not working when I self-checked in. No one to ask so we had to use stairs all the way up. Reported the fault via message, we went out, did stairs as it was still not working. We had to climb up the stairs, three times that day. The next morning, I saw cleaners so told them it wasn’t working. When we came back that evening, it was working.

Everything was perfect, hotel is at the heart of the city. You can walk to louvre, notre dame aprx. 15 min. There are so many alternatives for eating and drinking around the hotel. I stayed 5 night and it was very comfortable. If I go to Paris again, I definitely stay at the same place.

The bathroom stank! We tried pouring water regularly into the bathroom sink and the shower, but that only helped for á short period each time. This really affected our stay, Í am sorry to say, as the smell was awful.

Great location, lots of metro stations to pick for wherever you need to go. Quality restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and spacious with everything we needed.

Like other reviews we didn’t know what apartment we were getting as it’s not listed. We had a pull out sofa bed that by 5 nights became uncomfortable.

Great location that worked in our favour. This. Is a great part of Paris away from the crowds and in amongst the locals. Walk out of the apartment, turn right and take your first left. Amazing street with every conceivable eatery imaginable.

When I originally booked it was for the apartment in the thick of it next to all the tourist attractions. I was a little disappointed to find out we where 5km or so from where I thought we would be. As mentioned this apartment is great and much better suited to a family.

Incredible location, near multiple metro stations, on the doorstep of Les Halles and many great restaurants and wine bars. A short walk from Le Marais and the Louvre - was the perfect compact space to base ourselves while exploring Paris. Contactless check in was seamless, which is exactly what you want when arriving at midnight.

Only has a sofa bed which wasn’t super comfortable, but very manageable if you’re only staying a few nights.

The Location is great and there is a view on the eiffel tower because the apartament is on the 8th floor.

The elevator to get to the apartament is really small. Every night there was a horrible smeel, like rooten eggs, for a couple off hours. Probably comming from the seewage.
