The apartament (mondetour) is outstanding and close to many metro stations. Many attractions in a walkable distance, many great restaurants around.

When we arrived, we couldn’t open the apartment door. We contacted the support, as written in the instructions left for us, and the girl just said to us to contact booking and try to relocate. It was 10pm and she didn’t even tried to help us. Someone that was staying in the building helped us. So, if you need any kind of support of the renters, unfortunately I should say you wouldn’t have it.

The location is excellent, directly next to the metro station to quickly move around Paris and or visit the major shopping centre right outside. The apartment itself is spacious enough for one or two people, with amenities and utensils required for basic cooking such a microwave, hob, and an oven, provided. Overall, very clean. Easy self check-in, and check-out.

Although it can't be helped, due to the summer heat, it became really hot inside, despite keeping the windows and blinds closed as temperatures rose. Luckily, there was a fan provided, but the single window receives the afternoon light, reducing the ability to keep the room cool. I'm unsure if it was something I did, but the bathroom tap would run boiling water after a few seconds of usage, despite being on cool.

Excellent location - next to the metro, restaurants, shops and the Pompidou Center within a 5-minute walk. I also really liked the 8th floor (despite the fact that the elevator is so small that there is enough space for 1 person and a suitcase, but the elevator is there and that's the main thing :)) from which you could see the Eiffel Tower on one side and the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur on the other. The rooms are small (the toilet is miniature; it's basically a closet with a pot :D), but everything you need is provided, and it's clean and tidy.

There was a slight unpleasant smell in the room on the last day, but since we were already leaving, it didn't bother us much.

We stayed at Bridgestreet Le Marais - Les Halles - République for three nights and had a great experience. The property uses a self check-in system, and they provided very clear and detailed instructions on how to retrieve the keys, which made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. We were lucky to get a room on the 8th floor, the very top of the building which offered a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower right from our window. Don’t worry about the height; the building is equipped with a lift. It’s small (fits two adults or one adult with luggage), but it works well and makes access easy. We booked a one-bedroom apartment. Upon entering, there’s a spacious living area with a sofa bed, TV, pantry, and a separate toilet. The bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs, giving a nice separation of space. The apartment felt quite roomy and could comfortably accommodate up to four people. It was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a stove, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, washing machine, and all necessary kitchen utensils, glassware, plates, and cutlery. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the metro (with a direct line from the airport), supermarkets, a shopping mall, public parks, and a variety of restaurants, cafés, and bars. Everything we needed was nearby. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely love to come back here the next time we visit Paris!

We couldn’t figure out how to operate the AC since there was no manual provided, but it wasn’t a big issue. We simply opened the window, and luckily the weather was pleasant, the fresh air circulated nicely and kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

This accommodation exceeded my expectations. I was a bit nervous because I had read reviews mentioning a strange smell coming from the bathroom and similar issues, but we didn’t experience anything like that. Our apartment was on the top floor and spread over two levels. Downstairs there was a small living room/kitchen area with a pull-out sofa and a small toilet. The pull-out sofa was very comfortable. Upstairs there was a double bed and a bathroom. The bathroom was narrow, but there was enough space in the shower. The apartment was very bright, and the windows offered a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. There was a very small elevator going up, so with larger luggage you might need to make several trips, but the elevator was very much appreciated—walking up to the 8th floor after a long day of walking would not have been pleasant. The apartment is located right next to the Les Halles shopping center, which also has a metro station. There are many cafés and places to eat/get drinks nearby. Also it’s a 5–10 minute walk to the river and Notre Dame is very close-by. We arrived in Paris in the morning, but check-in was only in the afternoon. I had written in advance to ask if we could leave our luggage somewhere, and they responded very kindly, allowing us to leave our things at their office. Whether by chance or not, everything went very smoothly. We arrived just as the rooms were apparently being cleaned and the laundry van was in front of the building, with staff handling the bed linens, so we were able to place all our belongings right there in that same room and later collect them.

The staircase inside the apartment is quite steep and creaky, and there are also a few steps after the elevator, right outside the apartment door. I wouldn’t recommend it for people with mobility or balance issues. Also, the elevator is really tiny—larger individuals might not even fit inside. That said, we managed to squeeze in all three of us at once :). The kitchen could use a cutting board, but otherwise everything was provided.

The only thing I’ll note which isn’t bad at all is that sometimes depending which part of the world you come from it could be a little tricky working out the front door lock. You have to really turn the lock to the right and almost feel like the key will break off but the door will open. Took me a couple goes to get the hang of it as my locks turn left in my country. Just a minor note for anyone struggling to get it open but does not at all effect the property or stay.

Location was amazing, a few steps from Chatelet-Les Halles, with RER B taking us to the airport. Very quiet building, despite being located in a lively neighborhood. Loved the neighborhood. Everything at close distance. Felt safe. Washer and dryer were great to have. Beautiful view from the windows (8th floor), including the Eiffel Tower. Staff very kind, answer the phone.

Not a major issue, but tiny extras such as salt/pepper/coffee would have been a plus.

This apartment is in an excellent location—right next to the RER/metro station and within walking distance of major attractions like Notre Dame and the Louvre. We also enjoyed a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower from the apartment, which was a delightful bonus. The neighborhood is lively and full of cafés and restaurants. While there was a bit of noise in the evenings, it didn’t disturb our sleep. Overall, a great place to stay for a Paris visit!

Stairs to the higher floors were for me at age 76, but there was a tiny elevator which worked perfectly (adult + 20 kg suitcase) Aircon would be greatl particularly in the summer months.

Everything was perfect, hotel is at the heart of the city. You can walk to louvre, notre dame aprx. 15 min. There are so many alternatives for eating and drinking around the hotel. I stayed 5 night and it was very comfortable. If I go to Paris again, I definitely stay at the same place.
