The rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean as was the whole hotel. The staff were so friendly, pleasant and helpful. The location was great. Loads of restaurants, patisseries etc on our street. It had an array of food shops as used to be a market. Walking distance to Louvre, Mussee D'Orsay and Place de la Concorde. Beds were so comfortable and the pillows were excellent quality. Rooms are not huge as some people prefer but plenty of room for us and our luggage. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel

The location couldn’t have been better being on a very lively street with easy access to transport and only 10 mins from the Louvre on foot. The staff were fantastic and really made the effort to make us feel at home. The food was good and the waitresses did a good job of serving promptly and efficiently. The room was serviced daily and was clean and nicely presented. Being on a busy street was not a problem and our room was very quiet and restful, despite being next to the lift!

The only niggle was with the breakfast room. On the last couple of days of our stay three or four sets of guests tried to get breakfast at a similar time and it became very crowded.

Location walking distant to two Metros line 3 and 4. The restaurants are on this street. I did not take any photos at the hotel but I have some photos that I visited in Paris when I stayed at this hotel. I like this hotel and come to stay here every year. This year I stayed twice.

This is my second time at the hotel. The location is great, you are a minute walking from Des Halles, metro and train station. You have plenty of options for restaurants, bars and quick foods in the same street. You are walking distance from everywhere. The rooms are big enough for 2 people, bathroom is really good, and super clean, Breakfast is OK. This time I prefer not to have it, but only because I want to taste different breakfast around,

The only thing, is that rooms that overview the street, might be a little bit noisy because of the Street Night life you have there... not a big deal.

amazing location, 5 minutes away from metro and train station. on a lovely street full of cafes, restaurants and really good shops. 10 minutes walk from river/ Louvre/ pont neuf. hotel itself really nice. comfortable rooms, great bathroom with complementary toiletries. staff very friendly and extremely helpful.

our room was on the front of the property and although it was on a very popular street that meant that it was extremely noisy late at night because of all the cafes and restaurants. Saturday was the noisiest obviously, other nights not so bad. Great if you are a night owl but not so good for family trying to get to sleep after a day walking around Paris. Ear plugs helped a lot. we booked a room for 3. it was really just a double room as not very large. the 3rd camp bed was squeezed right up against the double bed leaving very little room for anything else. in all fairness we only slept in the room so it didn’t really matter that much. also there was no duvet for the 3rd bed, just a thin cover

The hotel was lovely and the location was wonderful-bakeries and restaurants galore!

Our rooms were facing the street and people were still milling around after 1, 2 in the morning. That being said, we were exhausted from sightseeing and walking about it was easy to fall back asleep.

Great hotel, well located in centre of Paris with many restaurants and cafes nearby. Short walk to the Metro, Seine and the Louvre. The room was very clean and had air conditioning. There is a lift that is big enough for 2 people and bags.

Well preserved and well maintained building. It is centrally located with a walking distance to the Louvre, Latin Quarter etc. There are a lot of nice restaurants and cafes on the same street. Nearby is Les Halles underground transport hub: metro, RER trains.

I cant really complain, but the bed and pillows could be more comfortable.

After booking in a rush, and during a summer heat wave…we were a bit concerned based on a couple of other recent reviews. However we had a fantastic experience at Victoires Opéra and would not hesitate to recommend it. It’s not a Fairmont or Four Seasons, but it’s a very nice hotel, wonderful location, clean rooms, crisp linens, and more than anything… extremely friendly and attentive staff. We stayed in two adjoining rooms on the top floor (501/502) which are actually up half a storey from rest of the 5th floor and I think the highest rooms in the building. I would say that does make a difference as both our rooms were quiet. The one at rear of building was dead silent, while the one at the front was fine, but could still hear some white noise of the bustle of the cafes and restaurants on Rue Montorgueil below. I think if you were on the front of the building on perhaps the 3rd floor or below…it WOULD be quite loud until about midnight. But for us was perfect and silent The elevator is tiny but never had to wait much for it. The dark brown carpets throughout the halls and the suites is getting a bit worn but otherwise the hotel was nicely appointed. The bathrooms were spotless, the bedding and linens immaculate, and lobby area very nice and always staffed. The location in the Bonne Nouvelle/ Sentier neighbourhoods is fantastic whether traveling by foot, metro, or taxi/Uber. Lastly, as I note above (and as I’ve noticed in other reviews) the staff were great. The gentlemen at the front desk were always friendly and helpful (especially one who always had a high five or a petit madeleine for our little guy, making his day), they asked us about and arranged our taxi to airport which arrived early on our departure day, room service staff were friendly, and housekeeping excellent. Our housekeeper set up/posed our son's stuffies on his bed every day which he thought was hilarious.

Again, everything was fine for us, but definitely lower floor rooms at the front would have been to loud at night. Also...could use another power outlet or two in the rooms. There were none beside the beds.

Very friendly staff. Great location for getting to mass transit (metro,train) and easy walking to many shopping and restaurant opportunities.

I kept walking by the hotel entrance. Not easy access to electrical outlets for phone charging etc
