The location couldn’t be better—close to great cafés, restaurants, and metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. Despite its cozy size, the apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and local tips. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and well-located place in Paris, I highly recommend this apartment. Would definitely stay here again!

Small for 4 persons and no elevator (as expected for Paris). Staircases at the absolute minimum width. You can't have it all...

The communication prior to arrival was quick and efficient. Warlito met us to let us drop our luggage off early and was very nice. The location was perfect and near all the metro lines. It was a one bedroom apartment and It had fans that we could directly blow on us to sleep at night and mini kitchenette, plus laundry which we used. We were 4 people, 2 parents, 2 teens on the sofa bed and it was a tiny apartment but met our needs completely. Would definitely stay there again. Just have reasonable expectations, this is a Paris tiny apartment, not the states. For 2 people this is an ideal set up, with 4 it was hard to get around the luggage on the floor. The service from the company was professional and very responsive!

The cafe downstairs was loud until 2 am each night and it was so hot, in the 90's, so we had no choice but to have the windows open. At the same time we were so tired, and with the fans we were able to sleep over the cafe noise.

Very good location, very close to the Louvre Museum and the Pont Neuf. The centre of Paris can be visited by walking. The street where the location is located is a typical Parisian one. Living space not very large but very well organised. Well equipped cooking area. Staff very friendly and dealt with requests promptly. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, very busy in the evening. The restaurant's cheerfulness can be annoying on lower floors, but we stayed on the 4th floor and it didn't bother us. We were pleased with the location and the Edgar Suites chain and would happily return.

The building has a narrow staircase without windows. Access to upper floors may be a problem for people with health issues.

We really liked the locality as it was close to Louvre and not too far of a walk from the main attractions. The locality seemed safe. The staff was excellent and we were offered to check in early and check out later which was massive help. Many shops, bakeries and shopping centre close by. Perfect when not with toddlers.

It was very loud at nighttime as there is a bar right below the windows. If you are a light sleeper this is not ideal as it will keep you awake till around 2 o’clock in the morning. The toddler in a cot bed has to sleep in the room closest to the street with the bar on therefore it is quite loud and if your toddler is sensitive to noise this will not be the place for you.

Perfect location with a lot of shops, bars and restaurants around. In proximity of metro stations but also a walking distance to many attractions. It's a tiny apartment (it is Paris) for 4, but very well quipped, with confortable bed. WiFi works perfectly. Owner/manager is very reponsive and check-is easy (you get all the info in advance).

There's a bar in the adjoining house and it gets noisy during the weekend (it didn't bother us). One of the windows was hard to close completely.

Excellent convenient location for seeing Paris. Convenient to shops, restaurants, banks and transportation. The apartment had great amenities, especially the clothes washer! Espresso machine was particularly nice to have. The fans were necessary to keep apartment at a bearable temperature, especially at night.

The bar on the street level was loud until midnight or later every night so it was difficult to sleep. We had to leave the windows open to be cool enough, but the mosquitoes were horrible and I had a lot of bites. There are no window screens or netting in Europe, so there was no option but to close the windows at night which made it too hot to sleep. The mattress on the sleeper couch needs replacing, it is stained and the fabric is pilling.

Excellent location close to shops and transit. The communication was great for the most part. Place had everything you need. Shower products were really nice happy Budda. Nice that it had laundry as well.

Main bed was a bit sunken in the middle, suite manual was incorrectly described that it had dryer when in fact there was no drier, which resulted in having to pack damp clothes in suitcase. Also stairs were double of what we expected. Suite is really on a 3rd floor not second.

Amazing location (close to many RER/metro stations) and near main attractions such as the Louvre, Seine River, Opera, Pompidou, etc. We felt very safe walking on the beautiful streets around the property. The apartment is small (as most are in Paris), but despite being a group of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers), we stayed for 8 days without any issues. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the apartment, in general, was clean. The staff from Edgar Suites were friendly and very helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Paris.

Stairs are steep and narrow, can be difficult to navigate with heavy suitcases. Apartments are right above a popular bar, and it's noisy at night, which can be annoying if it's hot and you need to have the window open - there's no AC

Exceptionally clean and comfortable place! Fully equipped kitchen. Communication with the host was a breeze. Perfect location, close to main attractions, transport stations and loads of cute places to grab a bite or have a drink nearby. The building staircase was a bit tricky to walk up and down but we actually found it to be a charming addition to the old Parisian architecture especially since the flat managers kindly helped us with our luggage :) Highly recommend!
