Very comfortable bed. Great location for getting around Paris if you love to walk as we do. 5th floor with an elevator if you want. Not too big while not too small. Cozy for a couple. We spent 9 days there and felt as though we lived there. Paris is beautiful and there is so much incredible history. Numerous great tours to take from there via bus, train or walking. It was a very good vacation and the host met with us to show us around upon our arrival as we had several flight delays and last minute changes. It met our expectations.

Paris can be a bit pricey and it can also seem crowded at times. It can be a little challenging walking among so, any bikes, e bikes, scooters, motorcycles and vehicles. I know that really has nothing to do with the apartment, just saying. Go there and enjoy.

Great experience, very clean and smartly appointed. Heated towel bar, washing machine, drying rack, and Nespresso machine were all greatly appreciated. Fantastic views from this 5th floor unit overlooking beautiful historic architecture. Close walk to the Louvre, Galerie Vivienne, and many bistros.

We thought coming in May that we’d side step the heat and though the Dyson cool/hot fan was able to cool down the room eventually with the windows open we didn’t feel comfortable leaving them open when we left the room due to rain concerns. Luckily it was cool enough at night that we could cool the room down before going to bed.

This is the first place I been in 40 years of coming to Paris that I would be happy to return to. Despite arriving pretty late, the people waiting for me with the key were friendly and helpful. The owner is clearly also a traveler as the apartment had everything you would need to be comfortable. The bed linen/towels are high quality, there are a few treats in the fridge, you can get all the platforms on the telly and the wifi was good enough for me to work from there. The building is really nice, there are lots of bars and restaurants close by but the best thing of all, at night it was quiet - a miracle.

It's really hard to fault - maybe fix the left hand window so it can open on a sunny day?

The apartment was very well located enjoying the benefits of a public square, cafes, restaurants and shops nearby as well as a short walk to a Metro station. It was accessed by lift and being on the 5th floor had a lovely aspect of the tops of the nearby buildings. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had good amenities. Vincent was helpful with suggestions before our visit and was very responsive during our stay.

Lovely apartment with space to relax. Equipped with kitchen: refrigerator, washer, induction burner, dishes and sink. Bath with tiled walk in shower. Elevator all the way from street level to apartment. AC for the very warm Paris summer. Responsive landlord. Close to metro.

Typical of Paris architecture, there is a 6 inch threshold coming in off the street.

Absolutely amazing little apartment with a beautiful view. Located in a quiet area but just steps away from everything.

Very comfortable, quiet, centrally located. Has elevator, heat, kitchen, nespresso machine. Grocery store nearby and lots of restaurant. Right next to Gallerie Vivienne. Fridge was stocked with champagne, orange and apple juice, Evian and some dark chocolate and coffee pods/tea, very nice touch!

The view. Very central. Good boulangerie close by. Very quiet even with widows open. Perfect bed. Nice shower Lift to 5th floor. Justher who booked us in and out was very helpful and accommodating. And oh the complimentary bottle of champagne was a nice touch

This apartment is a great value for a couple traveling to Paris for sight-seeing and shopping. The location is amazing, the building is very private and gives a feel of what it might feel to live in the Paris city center. The apartment is on the 5th floor overlooking some beautiful old buildings in great condition. The nearby buildings are partially used for offices, so in the evening you won't have to worry about privacy and keeping the window shades closed, as no-one is actually looking into these windows. The reasons we think this apartment is a great value, are 1) the location; 2) kitchen facilities; 3) the privacy and 4) temperature adjustments. 1) The location is, as it says in the name, close to the Louvre. From there you can reach all the major touristic attractions at a similar distance and walking time. Apart from Louvre, there is a beautiful park Palais-Royal Garden, which I suggest you use each time going in that direction, as it's much nicer and quieter to pass than the narrow streets. There are several wonderful bistros at reasonable prices and good quality of food and services. There are several great options for shopping very close to the building. 2) Although we didn't really cook in the kitchen, it was so much better to have those facilities compared to a hotel. Storing some food, making tea, washing simple dishes, it gives a much broader sense of freedom than living in a hotel. We felt that the kitchen had all the necessities needed for cooking, if we wanted to. 3) The privacy in the building was great - no noise, we didn't even see many neighbors. You could go up and down using the lift several times, if you decided to change the clothes or forgot something upstairs, without the need to talk to the concierge or someone else in the hotel. 4) The apartment is equipped with adjustable electrical heating units in the bathroom and the living room, which allows for cooler sleeping at night and warmer stay during the day/evening.

Don't expect this apartment to be new - there are several small things that you will notice in the apartment, which are not perceivable on the photos. There is some noise coming from the boiler, although it's not a real problem. The bathroom is also not new, although the cleanliness is generally good and the functionality sufficient. There is no floor heating in the bathroom, though again the heating unit can heat the bathroom enough not to be bothered by the cooler floor. I thought obliged to mention these things, although all in all nothing could detract from the 5 out of 5 rating of this property.
