The size of the room was great, three of us happily coexisted for two nights. My son enjoyed his bed under the eaves as it felt like a little den. There was a nice view out of the window. The staff were really helpful, giving us directions, booking us a taxi and explaining the metro system. There were drinks available from the little kitchen - no kettle or coffee machine in the room - including hot and cold drinks. There was air conditioning in the lobby and kitchen/breakfast area.

We went during a heatwave, it was 34 degrees outside. Our room was on the 6th floor and the air conditioning didn't work! Two fans had been placed in our room and we were recompensed for the lack of air con. There needed to be more information on the website for how to get to the hotel by public transport. The closest metro station is "Bourse" pronounced "Boss" in an English accent! It's only five minutes' walk away.

All was good, except breakfast. I was expecting more cooked food. Most importantly no bottled water was available. Just tap.

Very recommended! 7th floor is very quite, seems like windows are soundproof. Bed is very comfortable and the duvet is big thick and soft. Heating radiator was not working but with ac heating mode it was absolutely fine (anyway housemasters we’re really trying to repair it every day). Same with elevator but I saw they we’re trying to repair it whole the day. Simple but good quality breakfast and coffee. Big plus that coffee/tea/water/croissants are available 24h. Finally, the staff were very very nice and helpful!

The curtains were sprayed with some refreshing chemicals and that could be very disturbing especially for allergic person

The location was brilliant for Gare du Nord, lots of eateries, with bus stops and metro close by. It was really hot, but our room was kept cool by big fans which meant we slept well. There was a kitchen just near reception rather thn in-room facilities, but that suited us fine

We needed to report a problem with the shower door, which was accepted and I'm sure they'll deal with it.

Check in was smooth, easy to access the hotel with a taxi/uber and it was central to most places. Hotel was staffed 24/7 which provided additional security. View from my room was of the back of another building, but I wasn't too fussed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was also nice and hot. Breakfast was filling as well.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. This is probably the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in in Paris. We had a triple, had a good size double bed, plus a single, a sofa, loads of floor space, a massive bathroom with a corner bath and a separate shower. The beds were very comfortable and it was all very clean. We didn't have the breakfast as we prefer to explore and find cafes. Plenty of eating options in the area and a couple of minutes walk from the nearest metro.

Nothing really. It is pretty basic in terms of what you get, nothing remotely fancy. It was all very clean but if you look in the corners, the place is showing its age.

it was very convenient location to reach many restaurant, bakery and even subway. the room is small but very efficient room structure and the space of bed was enough and comfy. the quality of mattress and pillow also very high quality. As well, I like their cleanness all facilities in the room. I also like to give a extra scores for the space of the shower. Great!

Not really for here.

The location was perfect, close to everything by walking, and if you didn't want to walk that much, you could take the metro that was very close. The room was huge, so comfortable, perfect for up to 4 people, really great. The breakfast was good and it was really peaceful and with a great family vibe.

The shower lacked depth, making it very easy for water to spill everywhere, and we had to stop showering for it to drain and/or dry the floors with towels afterward.

The staff- friendly and helpful staff. She gave me a lot of nice tips on the places to visit in Paris Flexibility to hold the luggage after check out - I find it really really helpful as there is no way I can explore Paris on my last day carrying around my big luggage Location- close to the Louvre, metro and bus stations. Makes the commuting much easier

Internet connection: I couldn’t get connected to the Wi-Fi in my room and also the reception for my mobile data was very unstable as well. So I wasn’t connected most of the time in the room. Tho, the staff helps to escalate it to the team, I was already check out by then

Very comfortable bed and clean peaceful room that was cleaned every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they all spoke English. The breakfeast was delicious with the croissants, pastries, jams and baguette. I liked it that you could have the breakfeast when ever you wanted. Great location, only 1 km from Louvre and Seine 😍 bars and restaurants very close too.

For me, everything was very good. The only problem was that the tv in the room didn't work. But I didn't have time to watch tv so I didn't report it. I didn't come to Paris to watch tv 😂
