I stayed at room NO 501 on the 5'th floor. This room has been renovated recently. Everything was brand new! This room features a beautiful spacious balcony. Hotel is placed on the back road which is actually excellent, as there no noise coming through from a busy street nearby. Location is phenomenal. Metro just a few steps from the Hotel, 20 min walk to Luwr museum, 5 min walk to Lafayette gallery - Definitely worth to see it inside!!! Main street just behind the corner full of different very affordable restaurants. Pita witch chicken for 10 EUR, I didn't like the breakfast at this hotel but the room and location is 10/10

Breakfast - chipped plates, scrambled eggs looks like a soup. Most of the baskets with food were empty, and we had to wait when someone will refill them (with sausages/ baguettes etc). The selection of food was on absolute minimal level.

the walls are super thin and you can hear people from other rooms. When someone is walking or talking on the hall it feels like there is no door between you and them.

The newly refurbished rooms. Nice and clean rooms, bed linen, towels and comfortable bed.

The 2 steps down into the Reception area. The lift was busy, so I walked down to breakfast from 4th floor. I managed to not see the 2 steps, missed them and fell into Reception floor! Lovely kitchen staff helped me up n gave me an iced towel and helped me up. I think a handrail would be a good idea for those 2 steps. Very painful and luckily didn't break my arm or leg.

Excellent location near metro and the bus station so you can go wherever you want and explore beautiful Paris. Small but cosy room, comfortable bed with very good pillows. Heating was excellent 👌 Quite room, with good windows and isolation. Nice and professional staff - many thanks to receptionist from Serbia for warm welcome. Across the hotel is traditional, old and famous restaurant Chartier. You will wait for hour or half an hour to get the table but it is worth it. Delicious, interesting, traditional food e.g. snails... In general very nice experience in magical Paris especially during the Christmas and New Year...

The great Central location. Lovely upgraded lobby area and breakfast room. Fabulous breakfasts! Room had seen upgrades also. Quite large. The staff were so helpful and charming! Tons of cafes, stuff to see and do within a few blocks of the hotel. ie: Charming Covered Passageway-Gallerias (art galleries,bistrots, bookstores etc). Palais Garnier, Theatres, Galleries Lafayette, Musee Grevin and more. My 3rd time in Paris. Got to see stuff I'd never seen before. Can hardly wait to go back!!

Hallway on my floor had water damaged, moldy carpet. In dire need of replacement. Was my only complaint.

Overall great stay. Nice modern rooms with great amenities. Good hotel staff.

The radiators made a very loud eerie noise all night. The location was good however taxis and bolt/uber didn’t pick up from directly outside the hotel as it’s on a small side road which meant we had to walk a few streets over which felt very dangerous at night as there was suspicious men loitering outside the hotel at points. There was also dust in rooms.

I think that I have to start with describing the stuff. Every person that was at the reception desk was really kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and well served. The rooms were neat and cosy! I mean, what else do you need ;)

The only con that I have in mind is the fact that during February the hotel is not heated up so even tho we had an opportunity to take a warm shower, temperature in the room was pretty low.

Good location tucked away in the 9th, down a historical alleyway that contained just hotels and apartments. The archway led onto a main street, where there were lots of cafes, takeaways and a City Carrefour supermarket. A two minute walk around the corner was the Metro station and from here, you could travel all over Paris quite easily. Hotel room was very chic with a decent bathroom and a nice view of the city of rooftops.

In a hotel with the qualities like the Mondial, it is very dissapointing that the loadspeakerr on the TV is so low that it is immpossibnle to hear what is said, hence regarded as unusable. This so much that not a single channel used English as language, in particular there were no news in another language than French.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and cooperative. The location is excellent—conveniently situated in a well-connected area while still being quiet and safe. The breakfast was satisfying and sufficient for our sports team.

The double room with a big bed was smaller than twin-bed rooms. But we survived ;)
