The location: myriad cafes, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. A supermarket on the corner made it easy to acquire breakfast pastries and other daily goods. Close to metro and bus routes so easy to get around the city. Alexis was extremely helpful and friendly staying around to welcome us for a late check-in. The apartment itself was comfortable and clean. A good shower, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, electric hob (no oven) and a couple of pedestal fans which were essential in the hot weather we enjoyed/endured. The apartment one of many in an old building with character.

The location is perfect, it is a traditional Parisian apartment with modern furnishings. I know Paris well and always travel with ear plugs! The staff were so helpful and communicated clearly. Plenty of washing tablets, dishwasher tablets and a lovely touch leaving plenty of Nespresso pods for us. Even an umbrella! The shower was great!

It was extremely noisy between apartments. Because of the traditional parkay flooring, even tiptoeing on the floor will make a loud noise below! When the people above us used the loo in the night it sounded as though they were walking in our apartment! Even with ear plugs. I don’t think there is much that an be done about this tbh.

First off the location was fantastic. Easy directions on how to enter the property and the apartment. Nice clean comfortable room with a lift . It was quiet and very secluded. We used the laundry facility which was greatly appreciated. Check in and out was fast and easy.

Honestly there wasn't a thing we didn't like.

The property was very attractive and well laid out for our use. It was well situated to get around Paris and as it was overlooking a courtyard it was quiet at night.

We loved everything! We had a very last minute booking after being let down by another booking. We arrived 30 mins after book. Lovely man met us and helped us with our bags and escorted me to the underground parking. He helped us with our bags to a beautiful apartment. It was spotlessly clean and impressively decorated. The kitchen and bathroom were beautiful. Beds so comfortable. Location was great as well, lovely bakery 30 seconds walk. We staying in apartment 11L. We would highly recommend this apartment. The hosts were fantastic too.

Clean, spacious 1 br apartment in the city center. New kitchen and bathroom, everything was working and no issues during the stay.

The location of this apartment was excellent...very central with easy access to loads of restaurants, cafes, and brasseries. (We took advantage of some of the close-by suggestions provided and were very happy with all). It was very large for Paris, comfortable, and also quiet for sleeping as the windows face the interior courtyard. The couch was a little "tired", but the bed was good, the bathroom large, and the kitchen had a door to separate it from the rest of the studio. The apartment was tasteful and clean, even if it lacked a little bit of character. But the building and courtyard are oh-so-Paris. Our check-in was easy, and the host was very quick to respond to our communications when we were delayed in arriving due to a metro strike that day. He was also quick to address a problem with a breaker in the panel as soon as we brought it to his attention.

The only thing lacking here was a more substantial blanket/duvet for the bed. What was there was a little thin, and I was worried we would feel chilly sleeping. It ended up being adequate, but we were lucky with some extremely pleasant November weather. I would have wanted more to cozy up into if the weather outside were less inviting.

This is a real gem of an apartment, right within the heart of Central Paris! Clean, spacious and quiet, and the lovely Jean - was wonderful at the meet & greet! I will definitely stay here again on my next business trip!

Very clean! Very well equipped in kitchen. Bathroom was nice. Good storage and hanging space. Alexis was extremely helpful.

Nothing I did not like. It was very hot which made the sleeping difficult but that is not the fault of the facility. Fans were provided which helped a bit.

The apartments- we had the "Deluxe 2 Chambres" are in a very convenient and lively location. As all the windows of our apartment gave to a courtyard, it was also very quiet. Nice old wooden floors, high ceilings with decorative plaster mouldings and a very cosy, tasteful decoration make this apartment feel like a home away from home. (One word of warning for the travellers with truck-sized suitcases: there is no elevator.). The apartment looks in realty as nice as it does on the fotos (which is why I don't ad any to this review even if I took many). If you feel like wasting your time cooking in Paris, you will find everything you need in the small but well equipped kitchen. Last but not least, the check-in and -out was smooth, efficient and very friendly. To sum it up: highly recommended

The bed (in the large bedroom) was too soft for me, but I must admit that I'm 100 kg. Lighter people might not have the same problem. My daughter (in the small bedroom) found her bed comfortable. I solved my problem by putting one of the numerous cushions under the mattress.
