Although the room was tiny, it was very comfy and you do not need more in my opinion for a city trip in Paris. The design of the room was also very nice and the little details such as the L'Occitane products were a big plus. The location was perfect for me, very close to the main metro lines and there are many good restaurants and coffeeshops around the corner.

I did not like the fact that anyone could just come in the building and easily go up the stairs to the rooms. I also came back to the hotel at 4am and the doors were just open with one security person just sitting on the couch on his phone, he just said "hi" but did not ask to see my room key for example. There should be a bit more security for that such as the need to pass your room key in order to enter after midnight or to go upstairs/take the elevator.

Staff were friendly, and spoke good English, for those like me whose French is very rusty. Hotel is in busy area, but in a quiet side street, so I didn't find it too noisy. There is a metro stop a very short walk away, and the hotel is very convenient for sights and museums. Good selection buffet breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean, and cleaned every day. A little on the small side, but this is central Paris, so to be expected. Free mineral water provided every day - which for me was a plus.

Would have liked a better selection of tea and coffee in the room. No milk provided for tea or coffee (normal for France, I guess, but this Brit would have appreciated this). No fridge in my room either, so no opportunity to buy some and keep in the room.

I loved Leonardo! It has one of the best locations in Paris, in a safe area surrounded by cool bars and mouth-watering restaurants (for example, check Ramdam Le Comtoir or Passionne for fancier vibes). It is close to the Les Grands Magasins, and is only 20 minutes by walk from the Place Vendome, etc. The breakfast was pretty decent, too. I stayed for a week and didn't get bored with it, even though the variety was limited. The rooms and the bathrooms are rather small and, in my opinion, would not be convenient for more than 1 person. Another con is a very tiny elevator (I could hardly fit in with my large suitcase), which is used not only by the guests but also by the staff, so it may get busy and you may have to wait for it to do a couple of rounds before being able to use it. So I encourage everyone to take the stairs (good for burning all the delicious croissants and macarons you consume while in Paris) :) Thank you to the Leonardo team, will absolutely book it for my next trip to the city of love!

Location of the hotel is perfect, very easy reach to all central locations in Paris, either by foot (always nice having a walk in Paris weather permitting), and 2 minute walk from the Metro. Although central, the hotel is located in a small allye which is extremely quite, allowing me to leave the window open for the night and get some fresh air. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, although they are small as are most hotels in central Paris, but well arranged which makes up for this. Staff are extremely friendly, especially MS Alvarez and Rida who where always available and ready to help at the front desk.

Room slightly small, but well arranged. Was fine for a single person, but might feel slightly crowded for a couple staying in such room

The staff is nice and friendly. I had been in Paris many times and some weird staff at other places. The breakfast menu is good and tasty. The location is fairly close to the Seine where all the main attractions are.

The room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon. Usually the rooms get ready before people's check-in times but there were couple days that my room wasn't cleaned after I came back from my one-day tours. The towels were little damp. But it wasn't stinky or anything like that. Just need little more attention to the details of the room.

The staff at the reception was very helpful and was willing to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Our suite was spacious and very comfortable for a family of 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). The room was clean and everyday we had new bottles of water, free of charge. The hotel is located very close to Grands Boulevards metro station (2 minutes walking distance).

There was no fridge in the room but there were so many options of cafés and restaurants in the area, which at the end of the day this was not an issue.

Location cannot be beat! Its near line 8 and 9 metro lines which easily take you across the city. Its in an area that is quite because its off the main street by a few meters, yet so close to restaurants and lively streets. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are comfy, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were so friendly and kind, however on the days we asked the room not to be cleaned, it was difficult to get towels and water. A couple times we made the request for towels and water and they never came. Other times we just went downstairs and picked them ourselves. Its not a massive issue, just something that would have made the stay more comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Leonardo Boutique Hotel. The location is excellent, within walking distance to almost everything, just a 20-minute walk from Gare du Nord and a metro station right around the corner. The surrounding area is charming, with plenty of restaurants, boulangeries, and brasseries nearby. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and professional throughout. A massive thank you to the team for all their assistance! Our room, while small, was spotless and beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated the maid’s attention to detail in thoroughly cleaning the room every day - thank you! Having complimentary water and a tea/coffee maker in the room was a nice touch. Although we didn’t try the hotel breakfast, the delicious smells each morning were very tempting. We would return!

The only minor downside was that, as we slept with the windows open due to the heat, we occasionally heard street noise at night - people shouting, cars honking, and bins being moved around late at night. However, this didn’t detract much from our overall experience.

I requested a room with a view and they gave me a room on the top floor with a lovely view. All the staff were incredibly nice to us and made us feel right at home. I fell in love with Paris and the staff members represented the city so well! I also appreciated that there was fresh water and coffee after every cleaning.

I paid extra to receive breakfast, and it was not included. This has happened to me multiple times through Booking.com, so I feel that it is directly related to the website and not the respective hotels.

The hotel is very nice, with a modern design. The room was small, but comfortable and the space organized well. It is located on an alley, so it is very quite, because there are no shops, nor cars on the street. At the same time the metro station is just a short walk, and there is a small supermarket open until 11pm.

The only two minor concerns are the A/C and the size of the bathroom. The A/C pretty much doesn't work, the room was very warm (23-25C?) and even setting the A/C at 16C didn't had any effect. I had to keep the window open to cool the room. The other is the very small size of the bathroom, probably ~2mq, very tiny and just the bare minimum to move around. I didn't had breakfast, but 15€ sound expensive, considering that there are different good boulangerie at short distance where you can have breakfast for 5€ or less.
