The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores, and it’s also close to the metro. The room felt cosy and offered a lovely view of a typical Parisian street. It was great to have bottles of water provided. The bed was big and comfortable, and the room itself was fairly spacious by Paris standards. It was also quite clean. Having an iron and ironing board in the room was very convenient, and the bathroom was large and recently updated.

The elevator was out of order. While it wasn’t a problem for us, it could be challenging for guests with large luggage or mobility issues. The biggest issue, however, was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. It’s likely due to the older structure of the building, despite the bathroom itself being newly renovated. We didn’t spend much time in the room and were able to air it out thanks to the warm weather, but this could be a real issue during colder months or for guests staying indoors longer. Also, the street outside is quite busy, which can make it noisy at night. No mini fridge.

Location, comfort, accessibility, lovely reception staff, different every day but all helpful and accommodating Coffee pods in the room only in the first morning but very good coffee in the reception- only the lift wasn’t working so we were starting our days working out up and down the stairs every morning. There was an extra elevator but only worked from first floor and up to 5th floor.

The worst thing about this hotel is the online check in app which needs doing if you arrive after 8pm as there is no reception staff later in the day. But the hotel helped through the booking app which was OK but still quite disrupting. If you arrive after 8pm do not even start the online check in as reception will help on your arrival.

The staff is super friendly and ready to help and explain all the unclear issues. Location is perfect, close to the city centre with all the famous places for sightseeing and shopping (15min from Galery Lafayette, Printemps, etc.), working distance to Monmartre, Marais, ile de la Cite. Metro station is very close to the hotel. No breakfast in this hotel is served but you are in the centre of Paris, it is not a problem to have breakfast. I recommend the place Kozy Kanopé, 1 min walk from hotel, very good breakfast place.room is really newly renovated and rather big for Paris. So would recommend to stay and will have it in mind for next trips, very reasonable value for its money

Beautiful boutique hotel in a chic neighbourhood ! Paris sights within walking distance ! The rooms are very clean, the windows and the shower are sparkling, also the rooms have large balconies with a beautiful view ! The rooms are equipped with everything you need ! In the hotel lobby you can drink tea, coffee, homemade lemonade around the clock and all this is absolutely free! But the most important decoration of this hotel is the staff! Check-in to the hotel is at 16:00 , but we arrived at 12:00 and the nice girl and guy at the reception offered us croissants and coffee , while we had breakfast they called the cleaning lady and prepared our room literally in 15 minutes , and after our nice dialogue , made us an upgrade to a better room ! Also you can always leave your luggage in the lobby in a separate secured room ! Many thanks to the staff for their excellent work ! I will definitely come back here again and will recommend this hotel to my friends !

Hotel that I will be coming back to! Great team, receptionist was always professional and helpful throughout my stay, beautiful clean room with the best views of Paris! Got a Superior Double Room which had balcony all around the room with chairs , truly exceptional attention to the details, I truly enjoyed having breakfast in the balcony with stunning views of Paris! Great location with two different metro stations nearby so you can get access to the city on different lines. Lots of great restaurants and bar nearby, truly a gem in Paris! I will be coming back to this hotel for sure!

I loved everything!

It was a good location nearby restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. The metro was just down the street as well! Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. Easy access with room code when entering the hotel after the reception was closed at 20:00.

Our room was located on the 4th floor. One window was broken and was partially open which didn’t help with the noise from the street and the heating in the room. Also the windows were very thin so we could literally hear every person outside talk as if they were standing right in the room with us - mind you we were on the 4th floor. The shower doesn’t have a shower curtain/door and is located on a higher level than the bathroom floor which was very strange. The water would just go flying everywhere without some type of cover. The room’s heating was ok, but there should be a second radiator in the room instead of only one in the bathroom going at 32 degrees 24/7.

The property is in a wonderful location close to Grands Boulevard Metro station. It is surrounded by many beautiful restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. We travelled to all of the main sites in Paris with ease using the metro nearby and felt very safe returning at night. The staff at both reception and the restaurant were exceptional and couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome, Especially our breakfast server! The room was wonderful, we had a lovely 2 storey apartment with views of the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur. Slippers and a coffee machine also made us feel at home.

The location of the hotel was really great, I didn't knew there were so many restaurants and cool things to see.

I requested for a baby crib and didn't get any response nor a comment about it. One thing it wasn't mentioned in the room description but I noticed in the pictures is that the Suite Deluxe does have the second bed upstairs, witch was a complication for me that have a 2 year child. The stairs have small steps and with no grip, and caused my wife felt down with my kid in her arms.

Location is awesome, close to metro and all major attractions. Relatively small property, not too much people. Comfortable bed, different types of pillows, coffee machine and teapot in the room. Ability to leave luggage in the storage after checkout.

The elevator was broken- not an issue for me, but could be for others. A bit strange smell in the room on arrival. Soundproofing is not that great.

The place has amazing location and we had a small but well-spaced room. The bathroom and shower are nice, and the staff at the front desk is lovely. However, the elevator is not working, which can be inconvenient. There are great food and shopping options nearby, so it’s worth the price for the location and convenience.

Nothing I didn’t like - great place for the location and convenience of being in the heart of the city.
