Location Staff was friendly

AC wasn’t working most of the nights and the days we stayed in Paris were very hot. The reception wasn’t able to help much with it! Nigjts we’re a little noisy in the neighborhood

There was an issue with our room and the Residence and the staff was gracious and moved us to a room in the Hotel. So I can tell you more about the Hotel...In short the Hotel and restaurant and staff were exceptional. The breakfast was ahhhmazing and we had lunch there one day and the food was sooo good. Fresh and healthy and very tasty! Even though it was not what we booked, the hotel staff did everything in their power to make sure that our stay was exceptional and I highly recommend this hotel group. They are kind and create a welcoming and lovely environment. I will definitely visit again. Thank you to the team at the Hotel. My mother had a lovely birthday celebration.

Great location and amazing staff. The rooms were quite spacious and clean. We stayed here with our 2 children aged 10 and 8 and we walked everywhere.

Very helpful staff, good location, comfortable bed, spacious enough rooms, enough dishes in the kitchen, air conditioning, many bars, restaurants, bakeries, etc. nearby.

A few things that are visible because you pay a high price for rent. The curtains in the living room are torn, the bathroom door hardly closes/does not open fully, the window in the bathroom does not close, the bathroom is cold, the walls are peeling, the photo when booking the room doesn't match the actual one

there is no privacy between living and bedroom , the door doesnt lock, the noise from cafe under the hotel. very low level (1st floor) i prefer high level to see the city much better away from noise too.

Really cute, clean, comfortable space, friendly staff, felt very safe, comfortable for the 1 night we stayed, small grocery store near by and restaurants (especially nice brunch spots and east Asian food). Very nice bathroom with a large bathtub and lots of amenities, slightly higher price than other places but we split between a few people so it was okay 👍

Beautiful apartment and staff. Location was magic and central. Loved layout of the room. Had booked and paid for another apartment where I did not feel comfortable at all and decided to book alternate accommodation. So happy I chose you.

Could not connect to the TV. We are savvy and have had no problems anywhere else. Not a major as kept busy :-)

Nell's is the perfect place for a longer stay. It is located in the 9th arrondissement. It is within walking distance from the Opera House and Galleries Lafayette shopping. We purchased a Navigo card for the week and easily traversed the city via subway trains. Notre Dame de Lorette is a beautiful cathedral with a subway station beside it. We used this station quite a bit. It is 3- 5 minutes from Nell's. There is an amazing Fromagerie and Chocolatier across the street. Delicious! Our favorite spot was the wonderful Bistro Faubourg. It is next door and the perfect way to begin and end our day. Breakfast is spectacular and dinner fabulous. We began our day with a latte and ended it with a carafe! The staff were all very friendly and helped us along with our minimal French. They made us feel welcome. From Nell's we easily took off for day trips to Versailles and Loire Valley. The staff at Nell's were amazing. Yuri and Christel took great care of us! This was our very first trip to Europe. we knew very little French or how to navigate. It felt safe to know that they were our home base. When it was time to go, Yuri had already checked on a taxi and determined the right time to head for the airport. In other words, he anticipates needs superbly. Christel is so sweet and very fastidious about taking care of your needs. We would stay here again. :)

Great location with local food shops bars and restaurants just few steps away. Kitchen is not suitable to cooking as it is really small and no preparation space. Nice to have a living room and small table where you can eat local produce such as cheese and bread from nearby shops. Our flight meant we did not get to hotel till about 10pm so it was great to have someone at reception to help us with bags etc. Would return.

Great location with everything you need in walking distance. Rooms were spacious (the apartment fit 4 people comfortably).

This is more personal preferences, feather than against the hotel: windows were thin and there was a lot of noise from the street, coffee/teas were only provided for one day and random plugswould switch off during the night.
