Tucked away on a quiet street, it had a quaint, contemporary Parisian feel with cozy, well-kept and decorated rooms and friendly staff. The spacious walk-in shower was a major plus. The hotel's restaurant served incredibly delicious breakfast and coffees and the young staff were incredibly friendly and engaging. The new spa was not yet open when we stayed, but I imagine it will be inviting to try next time. Despite its central location—just a short walk from major sights and cafés—the rates were surprisingly affordable, making it an ideal place to enjoy the city without breaking the bank.

Nothing could have been better.

Very cosy, clean and modern hotel with decently sized rooms (remebers its Paris). The bed was lovely and the bathroom was state of the art. The staff was very welcoming and hospitable, there was lermon water and some bakery items at the reception, and a welcome piece of chocolate in the room. Also all the toiletteries provided are of great quality. The hotel also provided bathrobes and slippers. Location is just perfect, walking distance from major attractions (if you like walking) and the street is not noisy at all as well. We enjoyed our stay alot.

Some of the power sockets and the pocket for the card with switches on the light in the room were falling off. I was also confused by the information provided on booking.com - which mentiones fitness center which does not exist, which is fine but why to mention it.

Super new boutique hotel that has great AC, mostly soundproof, extremely clean/cozy and with very nice staff who I felt went the extra mile for a nice stay. Nice touches like a small note upon arrival in your room, champagne and a little chocolate box. Nice touches like a little cake and water in the lobby. I also had some butter and macarons I was hoping to keep cool— while there isn’t a fridge in the room they very kindly stored them in the freezer and fridge respectively overnight!

Very minor; a small iron and mini fridge in room would be nice but wasn’t a huge issue.

Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff. Answered every question and helped us with everything. There was a welcome note in the room when we arrived. So thoughtful. The rooms are mostly small in Paris, not this one. There was space for our suitcase in the corridor of the room, two closets with hangers next to the bed. Comfortable bed and stunning bathroom. And the breakfast? Incredible! The service was amazing. I can’t not stop bragging about this hotel. Location is also very good. The metro station is like 400m away. We will be visiting again, that’s for sure. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The hotel was in an excellent location, the room was clean, very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, and everything looked new. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Most importantly, the service from the hotel staff was excellent — they helped us a lot with every question we had. In particular, Yosser’s service was outstanding; she was very kind, helped us with all our transportation needs, and answered every question we had. We didn’t notice that our room didn’t have a minibar — this is something to pay attention to when making a reservation. However, even in this case, the hotel’s kind staff agreed to store the items we bought in the hotel café’s refrigerator.

In the last days of our stay, they didn’t replenish the hand soap in the bathroom.

The staff at the hotel is wonderful, besides being very friendly and helpful, they delivered extraordinary service. Two anecdotes that illustrate how they creared a great experience for us. Our flight from the US arrived very early, hours before our room would be ready, so they offered a temporary room for us to change and get organized. Later that day we couldn't buy train tickets because our bank kept refusing the transaction suspecting fraud, the receptionist picked up the phone with the SNCF and bought us the tickets with his personal credit card. We later reimbursed him. The young crew runing this hotel is first class!

Surrounded by historic covered passages, elegant art galleries, and charming bistros, we found ourselves immersed in the quintessential Parisian experience.   Hôtel Madame Drouot seamlessly combines timeless elegance with modern comforts, offering an unparalleled retreat in Paris. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and look forward to returning without hesitation.

A discovery online led to one of my favorite stays in Paris in recent memory. Look no further than this exceptional intimate and gorgeously appointed hotel. I feel so fortunate to have stayed here in its first month of operation as I am sure it will be fully booked from now on! Every detail in design and service has been thoughtfully considered. It may look like a conventional hotel from outside but it eclipses in service and attention than any other place. My room was on an upper floor and could not be better in terms of amenities and comfort. Truly the best breakfast ever--an unmatched selection of the freshest foods with superb waitstaff. Having stayed across the city over the years, I will only stay (hopefully) here from now on. A true pleasure for all: an eden close to everything.

Wonderful new hotel with friendly and attentive staff. All our requests were fulfilled promptly. Our rooms were impeccably clean, and despite the hotel being located in a lively area, it was very quiet inside the room. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable – we had a great night’s sleep every night. We especially appreciated that the hotel uses Clarins toiletries – after a shower, the entire room was filled with a delightful fragrance that we will now forever associate with Paris. Breakfasts were also a highlight: service was quick and welcoming, and the Eggs Benedict were delicious. Highly recommended!

The place is really wonderful, the hotel overall was incredibly clean and everything was new. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were very kind and lovely (especially the blonde gentleman in the breakfast area, he was very patient with me and explained everything with kindness and detail even though I don't wake up full of mental energy! - Thank you from the guy who went to Disneyland with his girlfriend on her birthday) The location is also great, very close to metro stations, supermarkets, restaurants, etc... Definitely recommended.

The only negative part was that there wasn't a minibar at our room, which made some basic needs a bit difficult, such as keeping water cold, etc... For a new hotel that's designed which such detail, I'd expect the rooms to have at least a small minibar to keep things cool (for example, we were planning to buy some ham & cheese to take back home, and since there was no minibar we had no other option but to buy them on our last day and we were leaving on a Sunday so many of the shops were closed, etc...)
