Breakfast was good and clean

For the reservation on Booking it said no payment with credit card until you are at Hotel...the hotel charged us the amount of hotel room and reseved it..by check in at hotel we paid 90 Euros just for a Deposit. We had a double charge on our debit card after we payed for the hotel room on our last day because the credit card machine did not work the first time but after trying again it worked. After all this headache...I have to say...at the Reception desk and in the book keeping dept. the employees were very helpfull to solve the problem. After many emails and calls from us we received after 1 week all our money back.

Location was perfect, at the heart of La Fayette and reachable via metro easily. You can also walk to the very nice tourist attractions. The room was cozy, spacy and clean. And the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a very nice welcoming in our room: some nicely decorated fruits and a postcard to my name.

The air-conditioning was a bit noisy and the child bed was not as comfortable as ours (there were apertures on both sides of the bed that we needed to put pillows to prevent our kid falling). But not a big deal for short stays.

Nice hotel and lovely room

Lift very slow only one small serving 5 floors and I was on the top floor (quiet but slow to get there) Breakfast over crowded in small room and hard to find things like milk Tried to join rewards program - app said reception would sort out and they didn't In fact didn't get points as didn't book direct with hotel and booking direct with hotel more expensive and against work policy to pay more for room just to get points

Friendly/helpful staff. Great location, close to 3 metros and walking distance to the Opera, Louvre, Galleries Lafayette. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The balcony with table for 2 was a lovely extra touch.

The rooms are a little small but to be expected in Paris.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Easy walk from Rue de Nord and centrally located to all major attractions. Plenty of dining options nearby. Our room was on a corner location with a small balcony. Really comfortable bed and room was compact but well equipped.

Lift not working.

Getting to level -1 during breakfast/checkout time can be challenging. One elevator for so many rooms is not an uncommon issue in Euro hotels. I learned to use the stairs as an option.

Just the elevator scenario

Very spacious room where we could stay 3 people and a dog feeling super comfortable. Walking distance to the Louvre, very close to 3 metro stations (3 lines). Fantastic breakfast with varieties of options ( eggs, pancakes, pastries, yogurts, fruits etc). Nothing to complain about!

The only thing is that there was not enough place in the bathroom to hang wet towels. Every day it was a challenge where to put a used bathroom which you would like to use again.

Great location for exploring Paris. All the major tourist attractions are close by & the Gare du nord train station was just a 15 min walk. Plenty of places to eat & drink in the area as well.

The hotel is cute! and the location was perfect for us. 10 mins walk to Galeries Lafayette was a plus bright pathway with restaurants and shops along the way so I don't feel unsafe walking around the hotel. Even though the room i booked was a little small but the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom is huge. you can open the balcony door and have a little balcony space even if you didn't book the room with balcony. The view from the street side is cute. Perfect stay!

there's only one lift for the front wing and it's very old. As i said, the room was small, but i guess this is better than most hotel in Paris.
