Location was perfect, at the heart of La Fayette and reachable via metro easily. You can also walk to the very nice tourist attractions. The room was cozy, spacy and clean. And the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a very nice welcoming in our room: some nicely decorated fruits and a postcard to my name.

The air-conditioning was a bit noisy and the child bed was not as comfortable as ours (there were apertures on both sides of the bed that we needed to put pillows to prevent our kid falling). But not a big deal for short stays.

Breakfast was good and clean

For the reservation on Booking it said no payment with credit card until you are at Hotel...the hotel charged us the amount of hotel room and reseved it..by check in at hotel we paid 90 Euros just for a Deposit. We had a double charge on our debit card after we payed for the hotel room on our last day because the credit card machine did not work the first time but after trying again it worked. After all this headache...I have to say...at the Reception desk and in the book keeping dept. the employees were very helpfull to solve the problem. After many emails and calls from us we received after 1 week all our money back.

Location is excellent, very close to a metro stop and perfect walking distance of multiple nice restaurants, bars, shops and tourist attractions. The hotel is also easily reachable by car with multiple parking garages in the close vicinity. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help you with any request you might have.

The double bed is actually 2 single beds that are moved together. Because of this, you cannot really sleep in the middle of the bed. Furthermore my AC unit in the room was not cooling due to a central AC problem. I believe this is due to their current renovation that is going on.

Lift very slow only one small serving 5 floors and I was on the top floor (quiet but slow to get there) Breakfast over crowded in small room and hard to find things like milk Tried to join rewards program - app said reception would sort out and they didn't In fact didn't get points as didn't book direct with hotel and booking direct with hotel more expensive and against work policy to pay more for room just to get points

Friendly/helpful staff. Great location, close to 3 metros and walking distance to the Opera, Louvre, Galleries Lafayette. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The balcony with table for 2 was a lovely extra touch.

The rooms are a little small but to be expected in Paris.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Easy walk from Rue de Nord and centrally located to all major attractions. Plenty of dining options nearby. Our room was on a corner location with a small balcony. Really comfortable bed and room was compact but well equipped.

Nothing disappointed us!

Paterson from reception was such a sweetheart! He gaves us a free upgrade to a suite, where everything was put in place to make our stay extra special. All of the people working at the hotel do so with so much service-mindedness, they're all very kind! The hotel lobby seems to have just been remodeled, and has a little coffee, sweets and refreshments station that is a very thoughtful touch. Our room (a suite) had a lot of space and a very big and comfy bed.

The breakfast buffet was good, but I would have preferred a fried egg option as well (not a bad thing, just a tiny thing they could add :))

Getting to level -1 during breakfast/checkout time can be challenging. One elevator for so many rooms is not an uncommon issue in Euro hotels. I learned to use the stairs as an option.

Great location for exploring Paris. All the major tourist attractions are close by & the Gare du nord train station was just a 15 min walk. Plenty of places to eat & drink in the area as well.
