Rooms were a fairly good size, acknowledging that my expectation was that they would be tiny as a result of being in central Paris. Very clean and everything worked. Check in staff were superb and so friendly with our children and family. Didn't try the breakfast but the district is excellent with many cafes and a bakery within a 2 minute walk. Slight street noise on 2nd floor at night, but it was just conversation/background not loud music and shouting hence didn't affect sleep for any of us. Overall. I would go back tomorrow if I could!

Really minor gripes and a lot of this is just personal preference; a few more coat hangers might have been nice - living out of a suitcase for 3 nights for 4 people was tricky with only 5-6 hangers. The double doors on Room 201 are just a bit annoying - you couldn't hear someone knocking outside as it was insulated by an "airlock". Probably a good reason they are there but it would be 1% nicer if the inner door was removed. A TV that you could screencast to would be nice - I hate BBC News 24 - this did stop us watching TV though which was welcome! I'm really struggling for other stuff though - it was an excellent place to stay.

Excellent location, close to restaurants, supermarkets, and a metro station, and just a 10-15 minute walk from the Opera and Galeries Lafayette. The entire staff was very polite—at the reception, the housekeeping team, everyone. On the other hand, the thin lady with glasses, who was probably also a housekeeper, was extremely polite. The day she was there for breakfast, she greeted us multiple times, wishing us a good meal and a pleasant trip. The room could have been a bit cleaner, as there was dust and lint under the bed. Walking barefoot, we noticed that the floor was not perfectly clean. The hotel was under construction, with some work happening near the reception area, which unfortunately caused a lot of noise. We were not informed about this in advance, and since we were staying on the first floor, we could hear everything. Overall, though, it’s a decent choice for Paris.

except for one lady who was at breakfast for two days. (Unfortunately, to clarify who I mean, I have to mention that she had dark skin.) She did not clean the tables properly, simply pushing the breadcrumbs off with her hand instead of using a cloth. She did not refill the buffet; she would walk by, see empty trays, and leave them as they were. She was constantly on her phone and, unfortunately, didn’t seem interested in even saying bojour or good morning.

The hotel location was great. The staff was very helpful with providing directions to places of interests and restaurants in the area.

We were disappointed that the hotel was contacted several months in advance informing them of us celebrating our 30+ years of marriage. They didn’t respond at all to the message. There was a second message sent without a response from the hotel. We were anticipating some small decorations for our room.

This hotel was ideal for a short stay in Paris. A few minutes walk brought us to the Metro station, allowing us access to the entire city without having to stay right in the centre. The staff were pleasant and the hotel was very clean. The rooms were quite small, although as we didn't spend much time in the hotel it wasn't a big issue for us. There were plenty of bakeries and restaurants within walking distance which was useful.

The rooms were a bit small, but fine if you just want a place to lay your head after exploring the city!

Location was excellent for all main sights of Right Bank; walkable to Montmartre, Opera Garnier and Palais Royal and good metro links for Camps Elysées and Trocadero ( for Eiffel Tower). The continental breakfast was satisfactory with a selection of cereal, bread, preserves, cold meats etc and good coffee machine. Our family room was quite spacious, comfortable and clean. All of the staff on reception were extremely helpful and informative. Generally , the ambiance in the area was nice with a good choice of bars and places to eat.

The bathroom light was flickery and the shower didn’t drain brilliantly. If late to breakfast the choice was more limited as not everything was replenished.

I recently stayed at BW htl Opera Drouot, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The receptionists were excellent—always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist with any queries or requests. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was well-appointed and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy. The location of the hotel is superb. It’s situated in a convenient area with easy access to major attractions, public transportation, and dining options.

The staff was very friendly and helped me managing a cancelled booking, city taxes and staying in the same room for my two bookings. The room was on the small size, but well thought out. Also, the safe was big enough to house my laptop which was a big plus.

The room was too cosy at times. For example, I wished I had a bigger desk or the bed was a bit on the small side for two persons.

The variety of the breakfast was very good, but the lady at the breakfast was quite rude, she spoke zero English (she even had a problem with numbers in English), and she was very rude in case anybody asked for something, and if you arrive later (e.g. 9 am) the breakfast area is already dirty and there is way less variety of food than for example at 7am.

The hotel is very central and close to a subway stop. Very convenient. The staff was very nice and polite.

The queen-sized bed had two separate toppers instead of a single one, and they shifted during the night, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The walls are not well soundproofed... you can hear a lot of noise, including the flushing of toilets and guests coming and going from their rooms.

The room was super comfy. Next time I'll hang the "Do not disturb" sign outside before I head to bed, which will prevent the cleaning staff from waking me to enquire if they could clean the room. My bad. Lesson learned. ;-) I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. The location and the friendly staff are definitely a plus.
