A small but very charming hotel. The rooms are compact, yet very well equipped, with the available space used cleverly. The staff deserve special mention: consistently attentive, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Thanks to the smooth communication in advance, even a (paid) upgrade to twin beds was possible. We also really appreciated the luggage storage before and after check-in, which allowed us to make the most of our stay. The location is another plus: metro and train connections are just a few minutes’ walk away. Overall, this hotel left us with a very positive impression – we would happily recommend it.

Excellent location in the city center. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The room is relatively small, but it is designed in a way that it includes absolutely everything you need. Breakfast was excellent – a smaller selection, but everything was perfectly prepared. Truly praiseworthy, and I would definitely come back here.

One small thing I didn’t like was the elevator – it’s extremely small. At first, it seemed a bit scary, but you get used to it or simply take the stairs, so I don’t really see it as a downside.

Firstly, the staff (especially Sofia), were extremely friendly and helpful in every way. They talked us through the check in/out process and it was very smooth. The room was lovely, very clean and we had a lovely skylight which brought in lots of natural light. We both said it was one of the best sleeps we had in a long time. The bed and pillows were very comfy and we even tried looking at the brand to see if we could buy some of the pillows for our own house! The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the Metro station which can take you all over the city which was fantastic, but also the location allows you to walk and explore the beautiful city, with most places being within 10-30 minutes walking distance.

So yes, the lift is extremely small and does not fit more than one person at a time, or maybe 2 small children...so wouldn't be suitable for you if you are claustrophobic. But we actually found it very quirky and funny and it gave us a good laugh at the same time. That would be the only negative.

The hotel is perfectly located with metro stations (line 9 and 7) some few meters away. The personnel professional, helpful and friendly. My son and I arrived earlier than the planned check in: at the reception, in order to accommodate us, they gave us a room immediately by also upgrading it for fee to a superior one.

Nothing really shocking that we did not like. If I really need to highlight something, it is related to the fact that our room (4th floor) was attached to other 2 rooms separated by doors that must be locked on both sides of the rooms. This is very useful when you are more than two people as you can communicate and share the rooms, but could be annoying if you don’t know your neighbours and if they are noisy.

The location was excellent, and the staff was very helpful. The onsite upgrade was a nice bonus.

The room was a bit small but still spacious for Paris. It was cold inside since the A/C couldn’t go above a set temperature. There were two locked connecting doors between our room and the next, which didn’t provide much soundproofing—noise from neighbours was easily heard.

This is a small hotel but a bit of a gem. Location, great staff, very nice well-appointed rooms, interconnecting for family, price. All terrific. Our rooms were small but the cleanliness and the fixtures and fittings were excellent and the rooms on higher floors are bigger. The building has a lot of old character too and has been very carefully and faithfully restored. The staff were all excellent and incredibly helpful without exception.

The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment so the breakfast area was not quite completed. However with the imminent completion of the eating area, this becomes irrelevant. The staircases have been terrifically restored but are quite narrow and probably would not suit anyone with mobility or balance issues. The elevator is very small and used for transporting baggage only so the staircase is the mode of access to the floors above where the rooms are located.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The stuff is extremely friendly and attentive. We were able to enter our room well before the check-in, without prior notice, and got an upgrade to bigger room, which a huge plus in Paris. The hotel has a great location. Despite very central location, it was very calm and silent during the night.

The elevator is small even for Paris standards so it might be difficult to get in with a bigger suitcase or child.

Everything was perfect, the location of the hotel is very good next to Lafayette and the main Boulevard Haussmann. The staff members are very nice and very helpful. They have some parking places to rent out just next to the hotel and glued to the police station. The rooms are literally the same as on the picture 📸 so no surprise. Beautiful Haussmannien architecture building dating back if I recall it correctly to more than 200 years.

There is nothing everything was perfect

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and quiet, making it easy to relax. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a great impression. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which added an extra touch to my experience. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. There’s also a lovely Lactem Café nearby that serves an amazing pumpkin latte — definitely worth a try!

Nothing

There were so many amazing things about the hotel. First of all, everything was spotless and clean and new! It was beautifully decorated, with plugs next to both beds and reading lights as well. The location of hotel is superb, unbeatable. Close to metro and bus stations and walkable to most attractions in under 10 minutes. To top it off, the manager of the hotel - Paul Jotish Chandra was an absolute godsend. He was able to accommodate to our requests (several), and was incredibly patient and understanding.
