Funny sewage smell in our room every day, so we had to open the windows to air it out every time we came back in to the room. Mattress could have been newer as we could feel springs

It was clean, beds and pillows very comfortable, towels nice and soft, soap and shower gel good brands, shower was comfortable. In summary small but compact room that meets the needs. Very central location.

Staff was friendly and accomodating. The refillable water bottle was a plus! Good restaurants nearby as well as a metro station. Walkable to many areas of interest.

The A/C was not keeping the room cool. The hallways were much cooler. I don't care for the room being as cool as the other areas but it was still too warm in the room and stuffy. WiFi was weak in the room.

Big room, filtered water station along the corridor to fill up our water bottles. We walked to the Lourve from the hotel

There was mold in the toilet, and the bed seems to be a portable one. It keeps flipping up whenever you sit on the edge.

I liked the room, it’s small but cozy. The breakfast had very good products. Also liked the sustainable initiatives .

The lift is only one and very small and slow. The tea in the room wasn’t refilled .
