I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Maison Favart and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the level of service and hospitality provided by the staff. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process, making me feel valued as a guest. They were not only efficient but also took the time to provide useful information prior to our arrival about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Throughout my stay, the entire staff exhibited a remarkable level of professionalism and friendliness. The housekeeping team kept my room impeccably clean, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Any request or inquiry was met with prompt and courteous responses, showcasing a commitment to guest satisfaction that truly sets this hotel apart. Nestled on a serene and tranquil street, the hotel proved to be an oasis of calm in the midst of the city. Despite its proximity to all amenities, the peaceful atmosphere allowed for a restful stay, undisturbed by city noise. The strategic location strikes the perfect balance, offering convenience without compromising on the tranquility that made my stay exceptionally pleasant. Stayed in suite so was very spacious. I suggest spending the extra money for the suite because you get much more space. Bed is very comfortable. Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice wellness/pool area, which was great for a peaceful moment after busy days. Definitely recommend!

It was my first visit to Paris and I wanted to be in a location where I could walk to a lot of attractions, and the location of La Maison Favart was excellent for that! Located right next to the Opéra Comique, there are so much to do within a 20 mins walk radius around La Maison Favart: Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, Musée du Louvre, and Palais Garnier just to name a few. It was very close to the Richelieu-Drouot train station. There were a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel room was beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay at La Maison Favart!

The elevator was a bit slow at times, and the stairs were a bit tight to walk for my taste. Stairs like that are fairly common in Paris so it is not unique to the hotel. Other than that, everything was great!

Very very nice staff, best i have ever met. Always smiling and ready to help! Very cozy free spa - with automatic massage bed and pool. So cool to get there after having walked 20000 steps. Nice small breakfast.

Take rooms with opera view because others are almost without windows and too tiny. Sometimes boys are playing football in front of opera comique stairs.

Your concierge Freddy was professional and really took care of me during my stay. The staff overall was lovely and attentive to my comfort. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. Other things i liked the turn down service, the spa, the honesty bar, breakfast and your location being so central to everything. And one of Paris's I really had a great stay in your boutique hotel. I'll return as well!

These are minor things but everything was so well managed it stood out. The cleaning crew left a bottle of cleaning fluid in my room accidentally after cleaning. I twice had to grab tea bags from the lobby because none were replaced in my room, and tea is what i drink, not coffee. Though tea was readily available downstairs i wasn't compelled to complain.

Room was a good size for two and had an amazing view of the beautiful Opera (Comedique) outside. Because we travelled in the off season (early September), the road was peaceful and we got great sleep. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The hotel was within easy walking distance to the Metro and major shops, but as we are good walkers, we also enjoyed walking long distances knowing we could come to the comfort of the hotel. The gym was perfectly sized and well equipped with machines and the little pool / spa was a hidden treasure waiting to be discovered. The staff were friendly and helpful and generous with my mistakes when trying to speak French!

- Very welcoming & friendly staff. - The room was so quiet, you wouldn’t realise how central you are! (We had a courtyard one) - Amazing pool and sauna. Super relaxing, I hadn’t realised I needed it that much! Just book in when there and you have it to yourself. - Location. 10-15 mins drive from the train station. 15 min walk to the Louvre, everything else is a tad further. Surrounded by food places with some authentic French bistros. 10 min drive from Moulin Rouge. - Balcony on the room, so nice to have fresh air in a hotel! Most of the ones in England barely let you open a window. This was a nice change.

- While our room was the perfect size for us, we happened to have an upgrade. If you’re going for the most basic room then expect it to be quite small. - You’re a tad far from the Metro line for the Eiffel Tower. Same for Moulin Rouge. You can ask reception to book a taxi, or just book via Uber. - It is quite pricey but it was a great hotel.

The location was brilliant and the beds were extremely comfortable!! Slept well every night of the trip. Hairdryer was powerful, which is rare in hotels. Staff were helpful.

We received an upgrade via Booking which gave us a balcony, but the balcony looked out onto the tiniest courtyard and mostly a white wall - if we’d paid for that I’d be very disappointed so just a word of warning! Also just to note that there are no robes in the rooms as advertised unless you use the spa, at which point you can request them, and our room was advertised as having a walk in shower but it was an over the bath shower (which seemed to be leaking from the rainfall part). The spa is pleasant enough, but the water in the pool is cold and you might need to go down ten mins before you want to use it to turn on the sauna, which we weren’t warned about.

Great hotel, with good location and helpful staff. Also gave us a breakfast for free even though we optioned for not purchasing it when booking. The only downside to this hotel was our room being located next to a building under construction, which we were not aware of nor notified by the hotel. So during weekdays you could hear the construction work from 9am onwards, which is not ideal. Other than that the stay was great.

reat Hotel Experience! We loved everything about this hotel. Housed in a beautifully remodeled old building, it perfectly combines historic charm with modern comforts. The staff were exceptionally friendly—thank you, Boris, for arranging earlier check in as we were so tired after 10-hour flight. The location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants nearby offering gluten-free options. We also enjoyed the pool area, which, though a bit small, provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!
