The hotel is located so close to many attractions in Paris. It’s a short 5-7 min walk to Opera Garnier and Galley Lafayette. It’s 3 min walk from the Paradox Museum. The staff are friendly and extremely courteous. They have us great tips re places to explore The hotel seeks to have hosted some of the local chess tournaments after the name drew attraction from travellers & chess enthusiasts. There is a chest board at the reception on the first floor, so why not start the day with a game of chess, if you are really into it?

The room was spacious for Paris and the hotel very well situated on a quiet street. The room and bathroom were very clean and were serviced every day. I also liked the fact that they provided body lotion, shower caps and towelling robes and slippers - making our stay comfortable. Hotel was also very responsive prior to our stay with queries etc. There are loads of restaurants and bars nearby and it was also a good location to walk to other areas. We walked everywhere

These are minor gripes. I didn't feel there was much to the bar area and personally I would have preferred a kettle to a coffee machine I couldn't work :) I thought it was expensive (for us it worked out just over £200 p.n) for what it actually was but it's Paris in September in a central location so it is what it is.

I liked the room being very clean, large enough and comfortable. A big plus for all the personnel, who was very friendly and polite, addressing any questions immediately. A big plus also for ths pre-boarding questionnaire sent via email and for room customization as required.

The room was a littlw bit too cold.

Very central location, it is super easy to get to all the main attractions on foot and there is a very convenient connection to the airport (CDG) with the bus. I considered the neighborhood to be very safe due to the proximity to the city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were small, but very clean with a beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed.

Nothing, it was a very nice stay

To explain we had a very big issue due to the air traffic controllers strike which nearly stopped the whole event! Thankfully the staff at the hotel were absolutely fabulous and ensured we felt safe enough to send our girls on ahead with the knowledge that they would be greeted well and would feel safe for their late arrival. nothing was too much trouble wonderful team. Mohamed and Michael specifically helped the girls.

it’s a city break so it’s noisy not so much at night but during the day it wasn’t possible to keep a window open. not that we were there in the day time!! hard to criticise in all honesty.

The hotel was in a prime location and not too far from the concert I was attending. Plus it was within walking distance to the shopping centre. The metro was also very accessible. The bed was very comfortable, surprisingly I had a good nights sleep.

The only feedback is to be more responsive to faults reported. We had a problem with one of the bed lamp that wouldn't turn off. Reported to reception but I don't believe anyone came to look at it. I had to take out the key from the socket that controls the light before going to bed.

We had a very nice room in the 4th floor with a little balcony which offered us a nice view thru the roofs of Paris. The room was (especially for Paris ;-)) quite big, enough space and a big shower in the bathroom. Our concierge at the reception was very kind and helpful, the hotel is new and modern. Furthermore, for my taste, perfectly located. I already recommended it to friends. :-)

A very nice hotel in an excellent location for transport, Louvre, shopping etc. We were a bit put off by the entrance to the hotel, which is. just a corridor leading to a lift which takes you to reception on the first floor. However, once there it is like a conventional hotel - very well decorated and furnished to a very good standard. The room was good size and extremely comfortable. The staff were excellent. Really friendly, all spoke English - exceptional service. They couldn't have been more helpful.

It has a perfect location, many metro stations around and it’s too easy to move every part in the city. The rooms are ok, they have anything you need to have a nice stay.

The price of the partnership they have with the gun is too expensive and all around there are gyms cheaper. Maybe the rooms are too smal.

The staff were exceptionally polite and kind, the room was lovely and light, and the shower was amazing. Beds comfortable too!

The superior twin room had beds that were right next to each other rather than space in between, would have preferred a little more personal space. Also would have been good to have a dressing table mirror to do makeup.
