Staff were thoughtful and checked in a few times asking if I needed anything or new towels or sheets. The location is great - a few minutes to the metro and easy to walk places from the apartment. I loved the beautiful windows that opened up into the courtyard (not a particularly beautiful view or anything but it was nice and quiet and I enjoyed that you could see some of the sky and outdoors). The apartment is small but efficiently decorated, there's a ceiling fan for some air floor. Comfy bed. Cute old building. Felt very safe there. Many restaurants nearby. Mini fridge in the room which I was really happy to have. Overall a fantastic experience!

Excellent location, carpet in stairs need to be renew ,building inside needs to be in cleaner condition, apartment its very good, and clean, wifi socks, it did not work, tried to reach several times to host by email, whats up and she never respond on time, she respond after we check out third day after, excellent Locatio, elevatornever work.

Wifi does not work, elevator never work with us and inside of building need to be clean, it looks like they don't give maintenance to the inside of the building. Tried to reach host they never answer.

Brilliant location and a great place to stay with close family. Felt very safe in the middle of the city. The apartment was cozy but had all we needed and the most comfortable beds. The communication was excellent and when we had a minor issue, they provided complimentary breakfast which was more than substantial. Overall a very enjoyable and smooth stay in Paris

The place was very cozy, so you need to know the people well as the bathroom is technically in the one bedroom. Maybe a bit more space so the bed didn’t become the chair

Everything was perfect! The check-in was very easy, the location is super central and incredibly convenient. The bakery right next to the place is wonderful, and there’s a nice market just across the street. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the room was very clean. We decided to stay 3 days more. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Paris, don’t look any further — definitely choose this one!

Across the street from La Fayette! the location cannot be better. Surrounded by shops and restaurant and two minutes away from the opera and several metro stations. The place has two beds/rooms a small kitchenette and small bathroom.

The place is small so can get stuffy if you stay in the room for long and the elevator is tiny, a stroller can barely fit.

The property had everything we needed as a family for a short stay in Paris. The location is exceptional in the Opera district. Far less police and sirens than around the more touristy areas such as the Louvre and Eiffel Tower during our stay. Good restaurants very close and excellent shopping with Galeries Lafayette and Printemps vey close. We loved being able to cook our evening meals.

It was fine for 3 nights but any longer and it would have felt too small as we didn’t have much space for our baggage. The bunk bed was very noisy.

Everything you need in a mini version! Very compact but well equipped. Cleverly organised. Great location, everything on the doorstep or in close proximity - metro stations, shops, restaurants, walking distance to sightseeing.

No complaints.

Great communication (very friendly, proactive and helpful via email and on the phone). Provided recommendations for the local area for storing bags etc. Extremely safe apartment with multiple door codes and unassuming entrance. Fantastic location. Very clean and well-equipped. It is VERY compact, but somehow it works (has been designed to maximize the utility of the small space).

There is not any real common space for hanging out in the apartment but we didn't spend much time there outside of getting ready and sleeping so it didn't bother us at all.

Rooms was really Clean and updated

building entrance is creepy bs after u open the principal door with the code u don’t see anything but a yard, I arrived at night & I didn’t find the lights, I did’t even see the elevator, which is old but worked ok. At first I thought was a scam but once I found my room I relax. On front to your right is supermarket and to the left the public transportation direct to most famous places.

The location was great; the apartment was smaller than I expected according to the pictures.

The hallway lighting could be improved; the second floor motion light was active; the ground and 3rd floor hallways were pitch black at night. We had to use our cell phone lights to see; this is a dangerous situation where we could trip and fall or run into something causing an injury. The refrigerator did not work well because it needs to be defrosted. We could have been provided with extra towels for our 4 night stay.
