very poor breakfast

We always stayed here since the location was exceptional. There are 2 train stations nearby so you can easily get to all key sites. Perfect for shopping as well since you are close to 2 major dept stores (G. Lagayette & Au Printemps) plus there are numerous boutiques nearby. You will also be spoilt for choice for food and drinks with plenty of F&B spots around the area. The hotel is also clean and comfortable and despite being there for quite some time, they have maintained the charming look and cleanliness of the hotel premises and the rooms.

There was a problem with the sink (water not going down) but was solved after a few days.

The hotel is situated very close to Galleries Lafayette and Opera, as you can also walk to a number of central bus stations. The hotel itself is very clean and has nice common areas. The room was fairly spacious, the bed and mattress very comfortable and the bathroom included a bathtub and free toiletries/bathrobes/hairdryer. There was a water bottle for each person free of charge every day in the room as well as free tea sachets and a coffee machine, with capsules that were renewed daily. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. I would recommend this boutique hotel to anyone!

If your room is overlooking the road, then it might be slightly noisy from people outside, especially on weekdays early in the morning.

Hôtel Hélios Opéra was a wonderful base for exploring Paris. The location is ideal — close to the Opéra, metro stations, and great shopping. The room was stylish, quiet, and very comfortable. The highlight of my stay was enjoying breakfast on the balcony — a peaceful, delicious start to the day with a lovely Parisian view. A big thank you to the staff for making that moment extra special. Highly recommended for a cozy, elegant stay in the heart of the city!

The room was cosy and the bed linen, towels and toiletries were of a good quality. Convenient location within walking distance of the Les Grand Magasins and close to the Metro. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful.

There wasn't a mini bar and the storage in the room was inadequate. The standard in general was not what what one would expect of a four star hotel so the rating is misleading.

The location of the hotel was very good. Felt safe even at night with many restaurant around. Easy access to metro and other public transport. The breakfast was good with many choices. The room was of good size.

My room was close to a lift and I could hear operating - during the night the lift wasn't used that much, but starting from 7 am, it was quite noisy. Not a big deal for me. Probably could ask to change the room, if it bothered me a lot.

Everything. The room although a little small, was very comfortable and beautifully furnished and decorated. Beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Loved the little balcony. Would highly recommend for a couple.

Would have been nice to have a little bar fridge to keep our drinks cold.

We were greeted with a friendly staff that the hotel reception. They managed to get our rooms next to each other as requested. Rooms were cleaned daily. The location of the hotel is excellent. Firstly, very convenient to a halal kebab shop ( esp so when it is quite difficult to get halal food in Paris). 2ndly, its a mere 5 min walk to Galleries Lafayette ( safe to just walk back to the hotel with your purchases) 3rdly, stretegic location to anywhere around Paris if you are used to walking for about 15 to 30mins. 15mins walk to the Big Bus station to purchase the hop on / off tour bus.

Centrally located and safe area. Excellent staff- responsive and helpful and goes the extra step. Bathroom is better than most European hotels as in it’s not a closet! It’s quiet and comfortable.

Rooms are rather small. The room key is attached to a stuffed bird! They ask you to leave the key when you leave with them and you only get one key. Not convenient on both counts

Cozy little hotel in the Opera area, just around the corner from Galeries Lafayette. I walked everywhere during this trip, so the location was perfect! Staff were all super lovely (and good looking 😉). Would stay here again.

Room was tiny but it’s too be an expected for Paris.
