The location is excellent, very close to Opera which means just a few mins walk after getting off Airport Bus or if coming from Paris Disney basically you don't need to change train. It is not a hotel type building but you may experience like living in a real Paris residential building. The room itself is nicely decorated, and staff were very nice and helpful. The continental breakfast was good save us time to look for breakfast on the street

The only thing that I found not convenient for me was that I always like some cold drinks and there was no refrigerator in the room. You may walk a few mins to get them from supermarket though.

This supposed to be the original boutique-hotel concept, I assume. In a regular resident building, individual studios within a large apartment. It's clean, it's cozy, it's really comfortable.Warm welcome by the helpful staff. Breakfast served individually in the "living room", having all you might need for a typical french breakfast. There is also small common tea-kitched offered with free coffee and tea. The studio is comfortable for two persons, all functions in the same room, except the toilet. Much better experience than stay in a big, crowded hotel. And for those who are kenn on that: Galeries Lafayette just on the corner...

You are in the heart of the city with all what you brings you. Sometimes a bit noisy streen in the morning as well. But this is not a seashore hideaway, so just close the window. :)

Comfortable and well-appointed room in a great location. Great breakfast. As described in other reviews, everything is managed remotely so you get the codes to access the building, hotel, and your room. We were fine with that, but those perhaps needing the reassurance of on site staff need to be aware. The kitchen area with coffee machine was a bonus.

The reception area was where breakfast took place, and there were staff on duty during the breakfast hours. On the first morning there was a young american girl who was really friendly and welcoming (I didn't get her name); however on the other 2 mornings there was an older man who was not at all friendly - it felt a bit weird sitting eating breakfast in front of him! This is a very small point though, overall we really liked the hotel and would stay again.

A beautiful room with lovely decor and nice little touches throughout the room of mini hand soaps, tote bag, reusable water bottle. The breakfast included was lovely also. The location is superb and 2 min walk away from galleria lyfaette it also has lovely sushis restaurants and cafes in the street.

It is noisy at night but could be that we had a front facing room and should not let it put you off, just bring some earplugs.

It was a really comfort experience staying in here. Location was great and only a few minutes from a lot of attractions, also metro station. I generally don't like hotel breakfasts, but the breakfast in 1er Etage Opéra was very delicious, a fully balanced breakfast with everything. 1er Etage Opéra exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay this place again on my next trip to Paris.

There was a problem with the wireless internet connection, but since I had my own mobile internet, it wasn't much of a problem for us.

Absolutely fantastic place, very client and detail oriented! Great experience with Parisian breakfast prepared by nice and still smiling lady. Young receptionist is a real welcoming professionalist! Clean room and sooo comfortable bed! We were delighted. Thank you so much.

We particularly liked the small surprise at arrival with the welcome gift. The flexibility of the staff with late check-in was very appreciated. The served breakfast at your table is very thoughtful. The quality of the breakfast is great (fresh hand made fruit salad, natural yoghurt, cheese and charcuterie, viennoiserie, fresh coffee, etc.).

Nothing we didn’t like!

Great location, great service. Clean and charming. You could feel women's charm and sense for esthetics in every corner of the hotel, room as well as living room. Stylish decorated and practical at the same time.

The hotel is on the first floor and there are no complaints about it. The ground floor is in some kind of renovation and the lift is a bit tight - room hardly for two with small suitcases.

Great place, lovely people. Great facilities and general design/layout of the room. The housekeeping lady cleaned the room every day (we stayed for 6 nights) and replaced the various towels without us asking so it was like the day we arrived every day! Decent continental breakfast, also bagged for us so we could eat on train when we had to head out early. Supe convenient location, you can get anywhere to all the main tourist destinations such as eiffel Tower, disneyland, louvre by a single train/metro or just walking. Also large shopping centres in it's doorstep, couldn't ask for better location.

Beautiful, clean hotel with nice vibe at a great central location in Paris. Second time that I booked a room here. We were staying in a room in front of the hotel and even though this is the center of Paris, it was super quiet at night. Could even sleep with the window open during this warm night. Breakfast also good, personally served. Small scaled hotel so you have to like that.

There is no personal check-in. For is not a problem but good to know.
