The hotel is a wonderful value and experience. The kitchenette was fully equipped. Perfect for morning coffee and a snack, while still in your bathrobe. The bathroom was updated and quite modern. The bed was very comfortable. There is a large supermarket 100 yards away, and you can fully stock your kitchen, should you occasionally feel like having a relaxing meal in your apartment. I am an experience world voyager, and have visited Paris more than twenty times. I will definitely stay here the next time that I am in Paris.

I did not like the nasty negative reviews that I read, after I had already booked Residhome Paris. I have to admit that after reading them, I was concerned about my choice. Apparently there are negative people, that have unreasonable expectations, and imagine that they will be staying at the Ritz. Of course from time to time there may be a glitch, but that is life. Quit complaining, and enjoy yourself. You are in the most perfect location, in the heart of the most magnificent city in the world.....enjoy yourself. Absorb the ambiance, and fall in love.

I have been to this hotel multiple times. Staff is friendly, the location is perfect, in the middle of everything, and most importantly you have access to the RER E next door. There is a supermarket less than 50 meters away, I am very familiar with the neighborhood and feel at home in this hotel. The kitchen is tiny, do not expect to cook a full meal, but it works for basic needs. The bathroom has a tub and there is lots of natural lighting

I would prefer to have liquid dish soap rather than the pods for the dishwasher, however it is not a big deal. Also the room is TINY. Have this in mind and be prepared for it. Nothing we can do about this, it is paris after all

The location is optimal. The hotel faces a side street where there are some type of warehouses for neighboring Pritemps or Galeries Lafayette. There is noise from deliveries in the early morning. There are also homeless people living within close distance because a neighboring church provides hot meals at night. We received no annoyance from them.

We had a problem with the plumbing in our room the first night and were promptly moved. The second room also had a minor problem but by this time it was just too much a hassle to move again. We were awarded a one night credit for the inconvenience. I would stay here again. Hotel was clean, beds comfortable.

Superb location and responsive staff ( especially the reception personnel).

Facilities are tired, adjacent elevator did not work. Furniture and ventilation to be repaired.

Great location, close to two huge department stores, steps away from a monoprix with a decent variety of foods and restaurants. I have already stayed at another time and hotel is just as good as the first time!

I wish they could let you get new towels every few days. Having the same towels for 3 nights does not seem very sanitary to me. Also cleaning service is paid if you do not stay over 8 nights I think, and they have a fee for trash. Throwing the trash everyday would be useful for both the hotel and the guest.

We booked two apartments (5 + 4 people) and both were very good. The beds were super comfy! They had enough utensils, bathrobes and a safe as well. The receptionists were very friendly, could speak English very well and could help us with all our requests. The hotel is also located very well in Paris, you can reach any destination easily with the Metro, Busses and RER! Next time we will definitely be booking this hotel for sure, we really enjoyed our stay here! Disneyland is also only about 45-50min away from here when you take the RER A from the Auber station. Oh and the Galerie La Fayette is only 3min by foot and we definitely recommend going to the rooftop for that amazing view, the access is free.

The building is right next to a RER station and hence it always smells like piss in the street, which also goes to the lobby, but not in the apartments. There are also homeless people sleeping a few meters away from the hotel, but no one ever disturbed us and even at night it was quiet. The apartments are also a bit small, I’m 190cm and had to be careful in the shower and stairs not to hit my head. There is a dishwasher, but no soap for it, so we just washed the plates by hand, maybe they have it at the reception. We only ate once in the apartment, so we didn’t bother asking.

Front desk man ( the younger man on afternoon and evening shift — Juan? — not the older man who works the morning shift ) was surly snd not at all helpful — the women receptionists were great — we booked a one bedroom apartment and were told when checking in that he had given it to someone else because they turned up with an extra person and now no one bedroom apartment was available yet Juan tried to charge the full one bedroom rate — fortunately the woman next day corrected the account

Great location, near metro and RER. Good location for Roissy bus from CDG airport. Staff friendly. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Very happy with accommodation. Nice bar / brasserie around the corner.

Check in was slow and confusion regarding prepayment. Expensive to stay during the Olympics.

Location wise this was a very nice place to stay! Close to the metro station within 10 minutes you were at all the major touristic highlights. The room was not too big and as expected. The room was clean and staff was friendly.

The only "bad" thing about the room was that the shower pressure was not that great but you get used to it after a day.

Location is amazing. Huge breakfast that is worth the price. Very very quiet location in the center of a huge shopping area. Excellent staff.

Did not know apt had stairs, no problem for us but would have been for a person with mobility issues. The apt did not match the photos which is not uncommon.
