The room and shared amenities were sparkling clean, creating a comfortable and pleasant environment. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, featuring good quality food and friendly staff. This saved us a lot of time in the morning. They refilled everything very fast. The location is excellent, situated right beside a major train and metro station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation.

The reception staff were generally not very friendly. We interacted with four different gentlemen and a lady; while the lady was nice and friendly, the others were less so, especially the night staff. Additionally, the wifi was practically useless on the fifth floor, and we couldn't use it throughout our one-week stay. While we had a good data plan, this could be a significant issue for guests relying on wifi. They serve breakfast in room but the rooms are quite small, which is typical for Paris, making it uncomfortable to eat breakfast in the room. The breakfast room is also small, but arriving early meant we didn't have trouble finding a seat.

- the room extent was pretty small - we couldn't even fully close/ open the door to the bathroom without moving the bed - I could straight my hand in the shower because of the low ceiling - we had a room on the 1st floor so the morning street rush can be inconvenient - I advise maybe to use the space more effectively, put hangers on the back side of the doors and put some shelves on the empty wall spaces

The location is great (near st Lazare station), with many transport options (several lines of metro, train, bus etc). The area is safe and rather central, it's easy to reach several objectives on foot (e.g. the Opera, Orsay museum). The hotel had a nice feel. We had a room with a balcony, and a nice view of a square, the bed mattress was good, the bathroom was clean, we had a safe and a small wardrobe. We also had a nice breakfast every day, with good coffee and food options. The staff was very pleasant and helpful on every occasion.

Both the stairs and the elevator were quite narrow, it could easily get crowded. We've accepted that Paris is expensive, but for this price, the room was rather small, hard for two people to walk by the bed to get to the bathroom. The breakfast area (as confirmed by other comments) is small, and the tables as well, we felt crowded - but the hotel gives you the option to have your breakfast in the room. (we didn't try it, maybe next time). All in all, it was a good choice and would return for next trips.

The breakfast place was a beutiful little couzy place to eat, very clean and organize and very complete food. Location was perfect, you can walk or bus or train, very safe, amazing staff, kind and friendly. I love it!!!!!

We stayed here recently and overall had a good experience! The location is very central: close to a train station, grocery store and boulangerie. The area is quite touristy, so it can feel crowded. We were on the 6th floor, and the view from the window was lovely. It could get a bit noisy at night because of a café below, but it didn’t really affect our sleep. The room was small, but it fit me and my friend just fine. We really appreciated the air conditioning: a big plus in Paris! There was also a kettle with tea and coffee provided in the room, which was convenient. We didn’t get breakfast at the hotel, so can’t comment on that. The elevator is small, can get a bit claustrophobic, but manageable. Also, if you’re arriving by taxi, just be aware that the hotel is on a one-way street, so the driver may need to go a bit further to turn around. Overall, a comfortable and practical place to stay if you want to be in the middle of everything.

Great location, in the center of Paris. Nice area, a lot of restaurants and terraces nearby. Very well connected with public transport, metro and bus, which are a few steps away. The room is small, but very clean and well equipped with everything necessary. Breakfast good enough to start your day in a good way. Friendly staf. Conclusion: excellent price-quality ratio, I would love to come back here again and I definetely recommend this hotel.

The room was quite small, typical for Paris, but it was cozy and had everything you needed. The metro stop is conveniently right next to the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. If I were to visit Paris again, I would stay at this hotel again

Location was perfect. Right next to the Saint Lazare station which has so many stores and connecting train lines. We used the grocery store in that station often. Most tourist sites were 20-40 min walk too which was nice. The day we arrived we were so tired but were still able to explore Galeries Lafayette nearby. Also, this hotel has everything you need! Breakfast with the essentials and a good coffee machine, good quality rooms equipped with fridge, microwave and kettle. We arrived a couple hours before check in and our rooms were ready so that was great.

The shower is a bit small- worked perfectly for me but just a warning. Also the last day of our stay happened to be hot and that is when we tried to use our AC. The AC in my room did not blow out cold air but it was working in my other family’s room (we booked 2 rooms). If we came in the middle of summer, we would be disappointed with a non-functioning AC.

Great little hotel in the heart of Paris, right near Saint-Lazare station and an easy walk to main shopping areas (Printemps and Galleries Lafayette). The hotel has a deal with a parking garage just across the plaza making parking in Paris affordable (€51 for four days). The room was small, but a pretty decent size for Paris at the price. Breakfast was in the basement, and while the buffet was small, it was extensive for the size and quickly restocked as needed. Access to Saint-Lazare was literally just across the street. Loved the view of the plaza from our room!

The room would have been small for an extended stay, but for four nights it was okay. Compared to other similarly-priced hotels I've seen, it was comparable, if not a little bigger.

This hotel was amazing! We stayed for a week and let me tell you... If you looking for a bargain and can't be bothered with luxury, this is the hotel you looking for!! Amazing price with the best location, is just next door from the station. This station have links to most of trains and tube. There is a shopping centre inside the station, perfect for your shopping and a supermarket. The hotel is very calm, no noise from outside. It's clean and fresh! Breakfast it's the same everyday but it's all fresh and organised and for the price we paying we can't expect too much! The staff speaks English if you need and they was very friendly!

The rooms are a bit small but for what we pay it's perfect! Need some hooks in the wall for jackets.
