beautiful clean tidy flat, comfortable and everything we needed for a short stay in Paris. Staff were friendly, helpful and responsive.

noise was unfortunately a bit of an issue from adjacent flats (above and through the partition wall), but when we mentioned it to Edgar they were helpful in reminding guests about noise and issues improved significantly.

The apartment was clean and felt safe. It was well located. Beds, sofa and chairs were comfortable. The apartment has spacious rooms and a large kitchen table. The kitchen is well equipped (kettle, nespresso machine, fridge, toaster, stovetop, dishwasher, washer) and is stocked with some coffee pods, tea, sugar etc. The host and the flat manager Brando were super helpful and provided us with the information on local transportation. They even provided a reusable shopping tote which made our life much easier!

Everything was great! It would have been nice if the door had a deadbolt or chain to lock the apartment while inside instead of just the code - we traveled with a child and it make us feel better about him not being able to open the door so easily.

The decor was great. The ambience of the apartment. The beds were comfy. The location was great. We would definitely book the unit again for our next stay in Paris.

The bunk beds are a bit too short for me and I am only 5'4. You could have provided more clarifications on the fact that there was only 1 toilet in the apartment. Noise insulation was not great. We could hear people stomping from the floor above the whole night.

The location was perfect, 5 min by foot from central metro station. All major attractions just 10-15 min by metro. Nearby many cafes, restaurants as also bullangeries for breakfast options. The studio was fully equipped. We asked for 2 extra sheets and the manager responded immediately. The price might considered high but it was pick season and compared to smaller hotel rooms i think it was fair. Certainly recommended either for a family that needs extra space or for 2 couples that have no problem to share a bathroom.

The staff were very helpful. We were going to be later than the 10pm check-in curfew and they stayed back to accommodate this. When we got there, he explained everything clearly and also answered straight away when I contacted them about one of the codes. He also helped us with our cases. The rooms were perfect for what we needed, and felt very clean. We were also right next to some lovely bars and bakeries. I would definitely go back ☺️

We liked the hospitality, the way how the host was organizing our stay - we had a lot of useful information about the apartment and the neighbourhood, about the stores near by, about the metro stations etc. The apartment is equipt with everything you should need for your stay. Everything was super clean. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The metro stations were near. There were groceries and bakeries very close (1 min. walk).

The space is small for a family with 4 members. The bed in the living room is not so comfy. There was an unpleasent odor from the toilet.

Three comfortable bedrooms. Spacious sizes for 6 people. We were three people so we had plenty of space. The apartment seems to be proffesionally managed. We enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to Galleries Laffayette. One room had bunkbeds. Good quality amenities, we love the debuyer pans! The soaps and shampoo were also great RITUALS.

Super small lift ( better small than nothing)… One of us was woken up by a loud door knock next to our apartment… coming back past midnight. Other than that incident, everything was great. The communication was great.

The location was great! Very close to the metro and restaurants and patisseries.

The apartment and the entrance could use an update. The stairs and entrance were a little dingy and dusty. We only had 2 washcloths, no hand towels and no bath mats-even when we had paid for additional towels. They did deliver more towels but it was just big bath towels. The washing machine was nice but we had trouble operating it. Twice we had a load of clothes go thru an entire 2 hour cycle and never got wet.

The location of this property is very convenient, there are lots of shops, caffès, restaurants around that area. The metro is also close enough, within 10mins walk. It also has line14 train that is direct to the ORLY airport. The property is very tidy and clean, even gave us a cloth shopping bag with Pairs paint as a souvenir. The weather during we we stayed wasn’t nice, it was raining and snowing, but the property was warm enough, and didn’t hear too much noise either (maybe we chose a quiet time of the season). All in all, very good experience when stayed here.

There was a slight issue with the shower drainage, it was too slow, then made the bathroom flooded little bit. Other than that, our stay was really good.

This property was perfectly maintained and presented, and offered an excellent base for our family with two teenagers. Facilities were speak king clean and the apartment was very very quiet at night as it is nestled in a courtyard. Very lucky for the middle of Paris! A great and vibrant area - we walked absolutely everywhere. Multiple metros nearby. The hosts were extremely easy to contact and kept us updated always

The only suggestion I have - is maybe some hooks/coat stand to hand up coats and scarves when returning inside from the cold 😃
