beautiful clean tidy flat, comfortable and everything we needed for a short stay in Paris. Staff were friendly, helpful and responsive.

noise was unfortunately a bit of an issue from adjacent flats (above and through the partition wall), but when we mentioned it to Edgar they were helpful in reminding guests about noise and issues improved significantly.

The decor was great. The ambience of the apartment. The beds were comfy. The location was great. We would definitely book the unit again for our next stay in Paris.

The bunk beds are a bit too short for me and I am only 5'4. You could have provided more clarifications on the fact that there was only 1 toilet in the apartment. Noise insulation was not great. We could hear people stomping from the floor above the whole night.

We liked the hospitality, the way how the host was organizing our stay - we had a lot of useful information about the apartment and the neighbourhood, about the stores near by, about the metro stations etc. The apartment is equipt with everything you should need for your stay. Everything was super clean. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The metro stations were near. There were groceries and bakeries very close (1 min. walk).

The space is small for a family with 4 members. The bed in the living room is not so comfy. There was an unpleasent odor from the toilet.

Three comfortable bedrooms. Spacious sizes for 6 people. We were three people so we had plenty of space. The apartment seems to be proffesionally managed. We enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to Galleries Laffayette. One room had bunkbeds. Good quality amenities, we love the debuyer pans! The soaps and shampoo were also great RITUALS.

Super small lift ( better small than nothing)… One of us was woken up by a loud door knock next to our apartment… coming back past midnight. Other than that incident, everything was great. The communication was great.

The location of this property is very convenient, there are lots of shops, caffès, restaurants around that area. The metro is also close enough, within 10mins walk. It also has line14 train that is direct to the ORLY airport. The property is very tidy and clean, even gave us a cloth shopping bag with Pairs paint as a souvenir. The weather during we we stayed wasn’t nice, it was raining and snowing, but the property was warm enough, and didn’t hear too much noise either (maybe we chose a quiet time of the season). All in all, very good experience when stayed here.

There was a slight issue with the shower drainage, it was too slow, then made the bathroom flooded little bit. Other than that, our stay was really good.

This property was perfectly maintained and presented, and offered an excellent base for our family with two teenagers. Facilities were speak king clean and the apartment was very very quiet at night as it is nestled in a courtyard. Very lucky for the middle of Paris! A great and vibrant area - we walked absolutely everywhere. Multiple metros nearby. The hosts were extremely easy to contact and kept us updated always

The only suggestion I have - is maybe some hooks/coat stand to hand up coats and scarves when returning inside from the cold 😃

I am so happy with my choice of this apartment! From the very beginning, based on massages from Edgar & team I had a feeling that it would be a pleasant stay - and it absolutely met and exceeded expectations! Very stylish, yet cozy apartment, it had everything we needed: from the washing and coffee machines, to pretty plates to enjoy meals ✨ Great location, close to the Opera and public transport. Super friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this place, and hope to be back someday too!

Exactly the same as its photos, beautiful and comfortable. Perfect for small family of 4. Got everything you need for a short stay: washing machine , microwave, plates and cutlery, fridge, air-conditioning etc. plenty of space to open luggage. The location is quite convenient, near Saint Lazarre and Liege metro station.

As the apartment is on the 2nd floor of an old flat with no lift, you need to carry the luggage up and down. the public area is a bit old and shabby.

This two bedroom apartment was the perfect choice for our family vacation. The location is very good, it’s in the city center so most of the attractions are reachable by walking, but it’s also close to the metro, RER and train station. Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and pharmacy are also close, but the place is still not that loud or noisy. There’s elevator in the building. The apartment is very beautiful, comfortable and warm. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff was very nice, welcoming and helpful. I can only recommend this place.

Warm welcome by someone personally to let us into the house and show us around. The house itself is a little bit small for a family of 4, but has all the amenities and features one would need, including air conditioning, which was very useful in the Paris summers! Lift access is very useful for luggage. The location is great, just a 10 mins walk from one of the main train stations, and a 15 mins walk to the station from where we can get the RER A for Disneyland. Loads of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within a 5 mins walk from the house. Secure and safe.

A little small, opening the sofa bed takes up the entire living room. No parking possible around here.
