The hotel is only a few months old, so everything was still very clean and new! I love the modern design take on the interiors and the rooms themselves are super spacious and cozy all at once. the bathroom toiletries smell amazing and the room had ample room to leave open suitcases and not trip over everything. We had just come from another city where we did have a mini fridge so that was a bit difficult to not have here, but it is not advertised so it's not the hotel's fault haha. There is several restaurant options very close walking distance, a little corner store/grocer right around the corner, and metro stop a couple hundred meters away. Would stay here again!

The wifi connection was not that strong. I wonder if it was because we were on the top floor or not, but hopefully the hotel can improve on this the next time we visit!

One of the most beautiful rooms I have ever seen! Very cozy and comfortable. Breakfasts are quite satisfying (although not a very large selection of food, but for breakfast it is exactly what you need. There are scrambled eggs, sausages, granola or just fruit, etc.) I was extremely satisfied with my stay!

Don't expect a large hotel room. For two people it's great, but unfortunately there was no wardrobe where you can hang all the clothes from your suitcases

Nice quiet street, good bed and bathroom, plenty of space for single traveler. Good breakfast too, lovely staff. Really enjoyed the bath as well.

I didn’t like the connected rooms, you could hear everything your neighbors say or do. I also missed a place to hang my coat, or a closet in general. I wish the TV had international channels, everything was in French and could also not connect to my phone to stream. Controller for the room temperature/airconditioning stopped working after 1 night.

Freshly renovated small-chain boutique property. Compact but efficient rooms tastefully designed. Excellent location, close to St Lazare train station, metro and bus stops. Lovely neighbourhood hosts dozens of food, drink and entertainment options. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Generous breakfast buffet — I appreciate the baguette and selection of local cheeses. So decadently delicious!

All good. Good location - nice entry area - polite and helpful staff - had a room with two large windows overlooking the street - simply and modestly decorated and finished but nicely done - shower was good - the bed was large, comfortable and bedlinen very clean and welcoming - breakfast was good with plenty of choice and self-service coffee refills. All in all a very easy and good stay. Would stay here again.

Very clean, very nice staff, nice decor and close to les grand magasins. It's the cleanest hotel room i've had in paris. Excellent value for money.

Room was slightly small (we had a triple) and the bed was harder than i like, but that's usual in hotels. Also, my personal pov, i'm not a fan of windows in bathroom doors, as i like to keep the bathroom light on at night, but it really was a gem of a hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely pleasant. From the location—15 minutes on foot to reach the Opéra, 2 minutes from the Liège Metro station, and 6 minutes from the Saint-Lazare station—to the very friendly and efficient service at the reception. The hotel is new, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast pleasantly surprised us. Without a doubt, I would stay here again. Excellent value for money.

Comfortable, clean and calm (if your room faces the yard). Well situaded, close to a metro station.

The size of the "classic" room was perfect for myself. I guess it was a bit small for 2 but hey, this is Paris! They have larger rooms available, so if you are a couple, I'd recommend one of these.
