the hotel is beautiful, the decor is original, very cozy interior, comfortable lobby, coffee machine also available in the room, mineral water in glass, good quality tea, refreshments in the lobby, hot chocolate and coffee. room on the fourth floor with a view of the atmospheric Parisian street. elegant in the room, good accessories, bathrobes and slippers. comfortable shower and lighting. blackout curtains help to sleep. netflix on TV, great wifi. comfortable bed, warm and very clean in the room. exceptionally varied breakfasts - scrambled eggs, bread, fruit, vegetables. the service tries very hard, is nice and polite. the area around the hotel is full of cafes and bakeries, police station, shops and metro. I will gladly return to the hotel

Before check-in, the hotel debited my card with the amount of 170 euros, which I wanted to settle when paying for my stay, and after several emails with the justification, this happened.

Upon check in we were warmly greeted at the front desk by Viviane. As we arrived early, our room was not quite ready. Viviane graciously seated us in the lounge with a coffee and croissant to enjoy while we waited. Our room was sparkling clean, with a very comfortable bed. As we were on the fourth floor, the elevator was appreciated! Although we did not have breakfast in the hotel, it looked to be a very complete morning spread! The hotel is located on a quiet side street with a lively bar/restaurant Chez Papa on the corner. There is a coffee/patisserie and a grocery just up the street and around the corner. And if you’re looking for a wonderful meal try Bourgogne Sud, a short walk away. Their escargot and beef Bourgogne are superb! The metro is close by, which we used once. Found it a little confusing, so we ended up walking just about everywhere. 8-10 miles a day! It was a wonderful way to get a real feel for the city, which was lit up like a Christmas tree for the holidays! We fell in love with this city and will be returning as there is so much more to see and do. We would happily stay at Maison Nabis again. Viviane and the entire staff were all very friendly and helpful. A true credit to this hotel.

My second stay and the level of hospitality provided is very high. Each person we met was very professional,polite and helpful, met all our expectations and above. Location is perfect, close to everything,roughly to say in between the very center and Montmarte on a hill, one of the bakeries right in front of the hotel, just like restaurants and bars and other entertainment facilities are very close. Bathrooms are spotless clean, beds comfortable,blackout curtains heavy and black 😁,street is silent and safe.

“Buffet libre” and “free buffet” might be confusing and cause unpleasant surprise at the checkout for a guest,who doesn’t read his booking terms properly. Breakfast is for extra charge, just as it’s said here.

We had very very good experience. Both room and bathroom were beautifull, big and functional. We even got the bathroom with a shower, which, for me, is essential. Breakfast was not excellent but very good. Quality and selection of teas was perfect.

2 days before our arrival they took a Security deposit as well as full Payment. We had 3 rooms so they blocked 1 day's rent per room. This has NEVER happend to me on all of my travels The money became available to me only 16 days AFTER our return home! The biggest of the problems that created, was with the rent-a-car company, because I was the driver and only my credit card could be used for their Security deposit. But after that my limit was insufficient. At first I wanted to give them 4 or 5☆ because of that, but decided against it because of the stuff that did their job very well, and the stay was otherwise enjoyable.

Beautifully appointed boutique hotel in a great location of Paris. The deluxe room is considered big for Paris. Non deluxe rooms are likely too small for people who are used to North American hotel rooms.

Was celebrating my mother’s retirement and requested a balcony but it was not granted. There is no kettle in the room or anywhere on the property so we could not drink tea. They use Nespresso machines for hot water. This does not work for tea because the water will have coffee particles and smell. The hotel should get a kettle at least for the common area.

We loved staying for 5 days at this little but very nice hotel. Shout out to the amazing, welcoming and very kind staff. The location is great; nice neighborhood, lots of restaurants and cafes around, multiple metro stations and a big train station nearby with good conexion from both airports. Beds are comfy and rooms are very silent

The only downside for me was the breakfast. It was not great so I would stay again without taking the breakfast fare. Still 100% recommend

Stayed with my friend for her birthday in a double room with balcony. The balcony was perfect and actually reasonably sized with tables and chairs to sit on. Room was a little small but honestly it was never an issue at all actually. The staff had left out some towel elephants and balloons with a note, how sweet! 🥺 All the staff we encountered were friendly, warm and had a super calming aura. Tea/coffee facilities in the room, a small fridge, flat screen TV with Netflix and you can also connect your phone to use Spotify etc. Bathroom had lots of towels, more than enough for two people, shower gel, soap little essentials and hair dryer. Double bed was so comfy and actually surprisingly big. There was a small wardrobe with hangers and safe. Air con unit to heat or cool down. USB chargers and sockets. Desk area, robes and they left champagne glasses we requested in room :) Hotel itself was beautifully decorated with a unique vibe- when we checked in the man at reception gave us a little tour and showed us a section in reception where they have free help yourself fruit, little cakes, coffee etc which was really cool. Amazing stay would definitely return! A few supermarkets or shops in the area, some cafes and restaurants close by, a REALLY good takeaway Pizza place close by and Italian restaurant over the road. Moulin Rouge super close by. Metro is not far, there is an information point inside to buy a metro day card and metro will take you to Eiffel Tower in roughly 18 minutes I think (don't quote me). Gare du Nord is not far from the hotel either, took us roughly about 20 minutes in an Uber ride with traffic.

I would say the hotel itself is a little on the expensive side, even split between two people however, I think this is quite normal for Paris and of course a room with a balcony.

Location was perfect, easy access to the metro and multiple buses. The interior design was phenomenal and unique and had a cozy atmosphere to it. Staff were super friendly and helpful during our stay and gave us free chocolate and a lovely hand written postcard addressed to us. Amenities were great having unlimited access to free drinks and snacks. Provided us with slippersEven after we checked out, the hotel was kind enough to let us keep our bags as we have a day out and then return to collect them and have access to drinks and snacks at no extra cost. 100% worth the money and I would love to stay here again!

Not being able to directly choose which lights we wanted on in the room.

The property is giving Byzantine chic boutique hotel. Lovely interior a little dark. Compact but enough space. Just off the main road so easy to get around and a variety of shops nearby. The room was clean and presented well. Helpful staff.

The elevator is a little outdated and a bit scary to use. But understandable if in line with the style of the hotel. Our room was close to the elevator so was noisy, we could hear it moving, people talking inside and doors opening and closing.

Location is great, bedrooms are spacious, fun style, whether was, furniture, curtains, etc.., beds are decent (too bad a king bed is just two singles stuck together but that's Paris)

Bathroom door in the middle makes the bathroom very annoying to use, have to go down pick up water and utensils, room service doesn't clean or clear said utensils. Except for two mini bed side lights, there is only one master switch for all the lights, so we can't make is cozy
