Our hostess was very welcoming and extremely helpful regarding where to go and how to get there. Great breakfast every morning with fresh fruit, patisserie, tea, coffee and juice.

There is only one nightstand - there should be one on each side of the bed. An en suite toilet would also have been nice, along with better AC (it was very hot when we were there, in the 30s C).

Location (walking distance to Louvre, Montmartre, etc., close to metro stops and bus stops, and good restaurants in neighborhood), very quiet, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. Rosemary, our hostess, was very helpful. Before our trip, she sent an excellent booklet, in PDF format, full of practical and helpful information. She was always available to help and gave some excellent suggestions.

Deep bathtub made it more challenging for older visitors to get in and out.

Rosemary's apartment is beautiful and well designed. She is a wonderful host and the breakfasts are a great way to start the day in Paris. She is very helpful with information and making plans for restaurants and places to see. The neighborhood is great and we used the buses to go everywhere.

You live in the house of Rosemary, the hostess. You have your own bedroom and bathroom. And you may use her livingroom and kitchen. She is so kind. The breakfast is super, with a lot of fresh fruit and homemade yoghurt. And every morning different fresh bread ( baguette and croissants). She gives you a lot of good advise, so your visite in Paris will be very nice.

Rosemary was a great host. She was responsive and helpful before, during, and even after our trip. Breakfasts were always a treat - pastries, breads, fruits, and yogurts - all of which where hand delivered and introduced by Rosemary. The amenities were great and, for the location and size of space, a great value for Paris

The breakfast each morning was delicious with a wide variety of fruits, breads and pastries. Homemade yogurt was also a lovely touch. The apartment with the lovely balcony was wonderful. Rosemary was an absolute gem and fabulous host. She helped us plan our days and gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and shopping.

We are very go with the flow kind of people so sharing the apartment with Rosemary was not a big deal, though it would not be for everyone.

The stay absolutely exceeded our expectations, from host, food, location and views I must recommend the location as being one of our best stays ever. Take advantage of what’s available within the property especially all the recommendations and experience that’s shared before your stay.

Rosemary is a terrific host and her appartement is very comfortable, super clean and surprisingly quiet. Within walking distance of the Moulin Rouge and the Sacre Coeur. Wonderful location! Would highly recommend. Rosemary, thank you for all your help navigating the public transport payment system. You turned very complicated into easy peasy. 😊

We loved everything - our host, Rosemary was phenomenal - she took care of everything, from making sure we had a Parisian breakfast every morning with freshly baked items, fruit, yogurt, tea, juice, to answering all our questions about the city from a local's perspective as she's lived here 20+ years. The apartment is spacious and just right with a beautiful balcony, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. She was attentive to our every need and want even though she has her own life to attend to. Please take her up on her recommendations for restaurants and other cute places around Paris - read her guide! Very much book her if you're new to Europe/Paris as she can provide knowledge about the city.

I didnt like how I couldn't stay in Paris longer :(

I really recommend the Clichy B&B. It's located in a very nice, safe French neighborhood. It's very close to main attractions: to Louvre or to Montmartre. Rosemary is a wonderful host. Her French breakfasts on the balcony were 10/10.
