Lovely room and bathroom. Great coffee machine in the room and lovely toiletries to use. Bathrobes and slippers to use to go to the spa. The spa and pool were very relaxing. Julianne made excellent cocktails at the bar. Also the staff on reception Ahmed and Mark made us feel very welcome and provided great service. Nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou to all the team for making my birthday very special.

The room was a little bit hot at night as the air con wasn't on so we had the window open. The bar also closed at 11.30pm which was a bit disappointing when we returned just at 11.28 and could not get served.

Lovely neighbourhood location near Saint Lazare station with plenty of great bistros, cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms were beautifully decorated and as we had the balcony it was nice to sit outside with a coffee. Nice big bathroom.

The balcony had no view per se, just if other buildings so nothing special, still nice to have. If you're to use the pool, beware you have to use your bath towel which is inconvenient when you want to shower later. I asked for some new towels from housekeeping and was given a terribly rude and judgemental attitude from one person in particular which soured our stay. Also coffee pods and tea not refreshed everyday for some reason so when you're staying for 5 nights it seems either a bit cheap or forgetful. This hotel is not cheap so I would expect more.

The pool/spa area was really nice. A very welcome retreat and while it is a small space it was never too busy and was alway clean. The steam room floor has a slight issue with the drain but it did not spoil anything for me. After a busy day of exploring the city, it was a great place to go and relax and unwind. The staff were great and let us use the spa after we checked out which was so kind.

Nothing really, everything was great. Small issue with the drain in the steam room that made to water gather on the floor. It really is not a big problem.

The staff are key to the hospitality provided by the hotel. They seem to work as a team and everyone is dedicated to making sure you have all you need. The breakfast was extensive! English and continental provided. Sausages, nice fresh hot creamy scrambled eggs, beans & potatoes, plus the cold meats, cheeses and croissants. Fruits and crazy good coffee. The room was big and quiet. Shower worked well. The spa and pool was excellent and nice to have robe and slippers provided. Front desk made any local arrangements I needed, - Toot bus tickets, Louvre and taxis.

Only suggestion would be for bathroom door on 103 to have a latch. Door doesn’t close all the way.

A well-decorated hotel with cool furnishings and modern interiors. Located next to lots of patisseries, interesting little shops like antiques stores and a close walk to some cool bars and cabarets.

There were only few very minor faults for us: - Firstly, the spa area lacks lounging space and is quite small. It worked fine for us whilst we were there but it was tricky to ensure everyone had a place to sit when it was really busy. The sauna and steam room were also accidentally turned off by someone at one point so having a member of staff checking the spa is running properly every hour for so might be useful in future. - The hairdryers in the rooms are small and slow. They lack a covering at the back so if you have long hair (like me) your hair gets sucked into it and burns/gets stuck. - The Wi-Fi had intermittent signal and was slow. - The TV did not come with a guide of how to use it. - The room phone didn’t work to ring to reception.

The woman who prepared breakfast, the amazing people at the desk were kind, polite, Sam’s helped us with directions, suggestions, metro and taxi help and information. I can’t say enough to express my appreciation of their role in assuring us in what has been an unforgettable life experience for myself and my granddaughter. Merci! Merci Mille fois toutes le staff de Laz’ Hotel.

For the price it was marvelous. It was tricky having to keep the key card in the door to keep the lights on, andi had a hard time figuring out how the shower worked, but we managed that. We only spent a day Amanda a half in Paris this time, so we didn’t have time to try all the spa offerings, but for the time we were there it was a delightful experience and the lovely staff was among the best I’ve encountered in my 77 years. Bravo!

Location was good We used the very awesome and safe metro Takes a bit to figure out but it's totally the way to get around the city from end to end Breakfast at the hotel was good

Serve tea and coffee late into the evening in the lounge We were refused Not a big deal but we were a bit disappointed With the 8 hour time difference from Canada we found we were wide awake most nights until 3 am Like I said it was only 1 small incident Noy a big deal

The location of the hotel is excellent. Quiet and at the same time close to everything important. Good and various restaurants in the neighbourhood. Room was quite big with a adorable room design. Just perfect! The balcony is perfect too. Bed is comfortable. Personal is super friendly and helpful. Best Barkeeper in town!

Sauna was to cold, 50-60 degrees?! Breakfast starts a bit late. 6:30 am would be nice.

This place rocks!!! A little pricey but worth it. Great desk clerk…Pablo? from Argentina and bartender Julian who insisted on making us special cocktails on our first night. Right in the heart of Paris with a subway stop and all kinds of restaurants and shops nearby.

The pool was definitely small but we went in it anyway. Other than that it was almost perfect.

The property is really modern and beautiful. The staff were lovely and even kindly upgraded us, due to it being our anniversary.

The property itself was gorgeous - maybe slightly further away from where we wanted to be, however it’s all relative to where you want to be in paris. It’s also very close to a metro station and taxis are well priced, so it didn’t cause us any problems.
