Great hotel in the middle of Paris. Close to the sights, walking distance from the Sacre Couer, Opera, The Louvre, Jardin de Tuileries and the Champs Elysees. Plus only minutes away from the Gare St Lazare. The room was large, spotless and chix, included a seating area, bathroom, coffee machine, fridge and a comfortable double bed. Who knew shag pile carpets were still a thing! The staff were very welcoming, smiles from the moment we arrived until we left. The Continental breakfast set us up well for day 2 of sightseeing. We would definitely stay again. Thank you

The hotel is very close to the city centre (less than a 5 min walk), but still in a very quiet street. Staff is friendly and the rooms were clean and bigger than expected.

One of the elevators wasn’t working, which made it not so easy to move our luggage.

Good location, close to numerous restaurants and shops. Metro, bus, gare very close. For the parking they have a contract with a parking close by, it’s underground and secure, but of course you have to pay. For a weekend it was a good stay

The AC didn’t work, but they told us that after we pay for the check in. So they knew about the problem but they hide it from us, which is a bad thing. The breakfast is poor, and they have a small room, with couple of small tables. I don’t recommend to pay for breakfast !

The hotel was very central, clean , and the receptionist Justine was amazing and soo helpful. We were very grateful that there were lifts made carting our luggage so much easier. The house cleaning staff were very accommodating when asking for extra towels etc.

I thought the breakfast was not value for money, not any normal cereal, my husband asked for scrambled eggs and was handed a fried egg on a saucer, very unprofessional. Don’t waste your money as there are plenty of cafes around.

Executive room was spacious. Location was in a good spot close to plenty of cafes/bakeries and Gallery Layfette. Safe area.

No soap or shampoo/conditioner provided until day 3.

Our stay at Villathena was lovely - staff were very friendly and accommodating - nice wide variety of choices for breakfast - central location, close to buses, trains and shopping - would stay at Villathena again if i return to Paris

Great little hotel, well located near the metro. Very modern & clean - we had booked a deluxe room which I’d recommend, it was quite big for a Paris hotel room & with a large double bed. I’d also say it is very quiet…there were lots of other guests but heard nothing at all in terms of noise. The car park is a public car park just around the corner…I wouldn’t recommend driving to Paris (I needed to!) but if you do, this car park was convenient & the hotel gets preferential rates. Apparently there’s complimentary tea & coffee in the afternoon which wasn’t obvious but when we asked they made us tea & coffee. There’s a few lovely restaurants nearby too (Le Petit Romeo & L’Etincelle) which I’d recommend. Location is great, you can walk to the Louvre or Sacre Coeur in 30 mins but equally the metro is so near which is a blessing when you’ve walked miles already!

Breakfast was a disappointment….only one flavour of jam & only a fried egg - can’t be scrambled apparently! That’s our only ‘complaint’ - I’d definitely stay here again….I’m surprised this is only a 3 star hotel!

The location is in a really nice safe area and close by to several metro accesses with makes it easier to get around. But what I really loved about my stay at Villathéna is the staff, everyone was super helpful and friendly.

The size of the room is a but small and the bathroom functionality was not good. The glass shield for the bath had no purpose as it was on one side if the bath tub however the shower head itself was in the middle which made all the water to get out of the bath tub when you showered.

The staff are so kind and helpful..They treat everyone like family..very welcoming, very calm n kind, always smiling..it felt like home.Having to leave got me so emotional.
