Location is excellent. Close to metro station, Opera Garnier, and Galerie Lafayette. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Good cost benefit. Rooms are decent size and beds are comfortable. They offer breakfast for a fee and there’s always free coffee at the lounge.

Elevator is tiny only fitting up to 2-3 people. So if you have big luggage it might be a little tricky. I found the room to be a little chilly and I was not able to change the temperature in the thermostat in the room. We had a little bit of trouble turning on the hot water in the room as it would get cold all of the sudden.

We loved this charming little hotel in the opera district of Paris. The staff were so welcoming and kind, even letting us check in almost 3 hours before we were supposed to. They even helped us with some of our French! The rooms are small, however they have everything you could possibly need for your stay. The beds are very comfy! There is a breakfast buffet, while not included in the accommodation price, was delicious and offered plenty of variety to start our day. The location is excellent, because of where it’s situated in the city, you’re roughly a 20 minute metro ride from any popular site, such as Montmartre, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, the Louvre, Champs-Élysées, just to name a few! It felt like a very safe street too, lots of businesses and restaurants right down the road from the hotel.

It’s not a complaint, just a warning to anyone travelling with a group, the elevator only holds 2 people without suitcases, and one person with. So you may be waiting a little while. What we did most days is we took the stairs next to the elevator, in Paris standards it’s actually a very wide and spacious stairwell, and kinda pretty too! So I’d recommend that if you don’t mind taking stairs!

Great little hotel in a superb location. Some parts of it, like the staircase is a little tired but this was quickly forgotten by how nice our stay was. The staff were super friendly and couldn't do enough. Breakfast was great, fresh and regularly replenished. It's in a really nice central part of Paris making it easy to go anywhere. We had the bonus of a balcony which was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Very tiny corridors and lobby (typical to many french hotels in this range) but the rooms were huge (compartively). Nice selection of body wash and shampoo and very comfy big beds

We are deep sleepers so it doesn't bother us that much but you hear the traffic and the metro outside. We were there in July 2025 (peak season) but could sleep without any interruptions. The lift is TINY! and the corridors are narrow. But the room made up for the space

Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is small but clean and well maintained. Subway access was excellent and hotel is about one block from the “Notre Dame de Loretto” station. Very good access to all locations of interest. We used subway and RER train connections to visit all sites, including to/from Versailles and Airport. Can walk to many sites of interest. Excellent value all considered!

Rooms do not have microwave. Very small cooler unit but worked for us. Elevator is small but it works fine. Some people have complained about subway noise but we did not find it a problem.

The value for the price paid was great given the location near the center of the Paris Opéra district for a very acceptable, clean, comfortable and farly large (for central Paris) room. Apparently quite recently renovated and decorated room and shared areas - no great luxury, but completely acceptable and a good value for the price paid via booking.com. Didn't try the breakfast - being where it is, there are lots of cafés, pubs and restaurants within just a couple of blocks, so chose to go out locally for both a late dinner and breakfast the next day.

Really can't think of anything that didn't meet reasonable expectaions.

The hotel is in a great location - walking distance to all of the attractions. The staff were very helpful and available 24hrs. Rabia was particularly helpful and knowledgeable of the area - where to eat, how to best get to places etc, and her English is excellent. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. We particularly liked having a bath and the products in the bathroom (soap, body wash, shampoo) were excellent quality! We had one adult and two teenagers in the room and it was very comfortable and spacious considering the age of the building. The beds were lovely and the quality of the linen and towels was excellent. The lift is very small but this is understandable in an old building and it was very reliable and never let us down. There are several mini supermarkets within minutes which have a good range of products available and the metro is just a few steps away. Around the corner is a bakery with wonderful fresh baked goods Would definitely stay again.

The staff welcomed us with a bottle of champagne for our anniversary which was sooo nice 😊 The location is very convenient and we also loved our little balcony. We had breakfast in our room every day which was also amazing! Checking out we had the option to leave our luggage downstairs and come back later in the day to pick it up. Lastly, I think the kind staff completes the hotel, thank you!

About the room, only the sink in the bathroom is a bit hard to handle because of the two separate temperature ‘handles’ and a fridge would be a nice addition. Also, most of the days the breakfast we wrote didn’t come in our room correctly because of the continuous staff change in the reception and we had to go down and pick up the right things but we enjoyed it anyway.

Very pleased with the stay. As with most hotels in Paris, the rooms are on the small side. Despite my room facing onto the road, the soundproofing was really excellent and the slight noise did not bother me at all. The shower gel and shampoo were good quality and were in dispensers rather than environmentally unfriendly miniatures. There was a kettle and tea in the room and a small little desk. Excellent buffet breakfast with a great choice between croissants, fruits, yoghurts, deli meats, and hot traditional English breakfast. Nice lobby with chairs to sit and magazines and books to read. There were lots of restaurants and bars nearby as well as the shops around Galeries Lafayette which has a great view over Paris from the viewing terrace on the top floor or the restaurant and cafe on the level below. I like walking to better take in the sights and I could walk to the Louvre from the hotel in around 35 minutes. There's a nice square near the St Georges metro stop around five minutes from the hotel with a beautiful small park, square Alex Biscarre, and Norma the Bakery selling the tastiest sandwiches and patisseries I've tasted in years. I kept walking up past this area and reached Montmartre in about 15 minutes. It was a 25 minute walk to the Gare de l'Est. The hotel was able to store my luggage after I checked out and were very accommodating about it.

You have to leave the key at reception when leaving, but it was always very quick to retrieve when entering the hotel again

The staff was very friendly, our room was clean and cozy, the view was very Parisian 💖🥹 The Location is great too for this price. we loved this hotel, we ‘ll be back here for sure .

Our room had no closet, only a shelf, no slippers and no robes.
