The staff were very welcoming. The location was excellent with several Metro stations nearby and bus stops too. We choose this position because of its easy access to transport links. Travelling by Eurostar into Gard du Nord the bus only takes 20 minutes to nearby the hotel (No 43). The terminus is right beside the station. The stop is just at the top of Rue St Georges, a street within five minutes of the hotel. Room 203 overlooked a small courtyard which made it a very quiet room, although the street itself was not really a busy one. For a three star hotel it was perfectly good. As we were out all day, every day, we just wanted a clean, comfortable hotel to stay in and that is what we got.

Unfortunately, the lift was not working for the four nights we stayed. On arrival we did have assistance to take our bags up to our room on the second floor.

Wonderful staff who were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and exceptionally clean. The location is great with many famous landmarks within walking distance or only a short metro journey away. The staff were also happy to lock bags in their luggage room for an early arrival and late departure. Thank you to all the staff :)

The only thing that prevented me from giving this hotel full marks was due to the heat. With it around 26 degrees outside at night, we had to leave the door open (no aircon) so at times there were some loud noises that woke me so wish I had bought along some earplugs. Otherwise, it's actually in a quiet side street.

We stayed for 6 nights on the 3rd floor facing the inner courtyard and it was absolutely quiet at night. Thick curtains also blocked off the windows , A/C was working very well. Beds very comfortable except for the pillows but that’s a personal preference. There was a kettle in the room and coffee and tea was provided and replenished upon request. Excellent housekeeping , pretty fast WiFi , nice lighting in the room, overall would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Sometimes the elevator was out of order. Hard pillows. We got some cheap pillows from IKEA because it was impossible to use theirs.

Amazing location, very close to Opera house and Galleries Lafayette, shopping,metro etc...also close walking distance to Montmartre. Family of four (13 and 16yr olds) we all shared the family room. It was cosy but great facilities, tv, bathroom and comfy clean beds. Also staff very friendly and attentive and also stored our bags on the last day. AA+

The only downside side is that we missed the breakfast from 7-9.30 as we were so tired from walking around Paris.Would be great if it was extended an hour later.

The location is very central. The staff were very accommodating, and they were understanding of our 40-minute late checkout (as we know their hotel is fully booked). Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Paris.

Nothing really or maybe just a very minor one which is the AC that we don't know how to make it work since we cannot find the remote (also forgot to ask about it as we only had an overnight stay). We still managed to sleep comfortably.

Nice hotel, clean, quiet, comfortable beds. Quadruple room is quite comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. Everything worked properly, there are a kettle, cups, hair dryer, toiletries. You can have breakfast at the hotel, there is everything basic for breakfast - eggs, sausages, cheese, cereals, milk, pastries, canned fruits, yogurts, tea, coffee, juices. Breakfast can not be ordered in advance, pay at check-out. Good location, next to the Opera and a busy shopping street. You can walk to the Louvre in 20-30 minutes.

-You cannot pay with Pay Pass, only card or cash. -View from the window to the courtyard, opposite the window of other rooms / apartments. -The breakfast is quite average, but for 12 euros it's acceptable. All this did not spoil the impression. The hotel is good.

A nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Location is within 7-10 min walk to subway and 2 KM to two different train stations. There were no surprises. And being located on a back street saved us from noise associated with main streets. Room temperature can be controlled in A/C equipped rooms. 24/7 front desk.

Nothing to mention.

We were in a quad room, that had a queen size bed, and two twins. The beds were comfortable, there was a coffee maker and mini fridge in the room. We were located on the second floor, and it was actually very quiet. Our windows opened out into the inner courtyard of the building, and there was always a nice breeze that came in through the windows

Needing to carry our luggage up the staircase, great, but everything else about this day was what we had wanted it to be.

Breakfast was very nice with plenty to choose from at a very reasonable price. The Hotel is situated in an excellent location for travel via the Metro. The staff were so friendly and very helpful especially in giving us directions regarding travel. Our room was very clean and our bed very comfortable. We are going to stay there again in a few months .

- Quiet area and convenient location near metro stations and prominent landmarks. - The hotel resembles tiny parisian flats, but that's the whole point - I enjoyed staying there, it was pleasant!

- no botteled water (although there was a coffee/tea pot) - it's pretty tiny, but I had room for one person (1,5 would be to much)
