Good location. Walking distance from Galleries Lafayette and if you enjoy walking, can walk to Louvre Museum.

Our stay was pretty amazing. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious ( La grande sweetie ) Breakfast was also good, not too fancy but very decent options. Staff members Abraham and Ramona were fantastic in their service and made the overall stay very comfortable by being very responsive and helpful to our concerns. Reception and housekeeping are excellent in responding to any concerns. Also some special arrangements request which was done beautifully. Will definitely come back here. Location is brilliant as it is close to Louvre, galleries Lafayette and many key areas.

Excellent room with wonderful amenities, super comfortable beds with superb room decor. Loved that there was a fridge available to store cold drinks in which came in super handy on the hot days we visited Paris. I really must praise the hotels concierge and bar staff. They're wonderful! Very friendly and attentive with superb customer service skills. The housekeeping staff are wonderful too! the rooms were made up perfectly! Thanks so much! I absolutely loved our time at the M Social Hotel Paris Opera. We'll definitely be coming back and I'll be looking for M Social hotels to book with when I visit other places!

Breakfast was excellent with freshly baked goods on premises and eggs cooked to order. Delicious orange juice. Room was clean and comfortable. Water in the shower was hot and plentiful. A dinner at the restaurant was very good. Old and charming elevator that worked better than some newer elevators.

Tub was very hard to get in and out of. No grab bars in the tub. Door lock malfunctioned multiple times causing repeated trips to the front desk. A faulty alarm sounded early in the morning causing the need for all hotel guests to evacuate the hotel. Light over the bathroom mirror was burnt out.

Loved the location and proximity to different kinds of transport services. Loved that I had to do only a short walk to Galleries Lafayette and other stores I needed. Overall I loved my room so much. It exceeded my expectations. I was expecting it to just be okay, but I liked that immediately I got in, it was love at first sight. I loved the vibe of the neighborhood. I was looking for a vibrant arrondissement and I am glad I experienced just that.

I would have preferred if complimentary water was everyday as opposed to the day of check in only.

There was nothing wrong about staying at M Social Paris, except that they couldn't extend our stay! Not a budget hotel, but was worth every penny! From walking in, to leaving and everything in between. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Gorgeous Parisian decor. Two lifts, filled with character and a surprise "self-opening" door. Large room. Beautiful balcony you could actually step out to. Comfortably sized, modern bathroom with luxury products and fluffy towels, comfy slippers provided. Close to two metros and short walk to Galleries Lafayette. Would highly recommend and definitely return someday.

We couldn't extend our stay. There was some delay at the front desk that prevented us from cancelling our next booking, so we could extend to stay longer.

After a number of "worst value for money" experiences in Paris, M Social has been a wonderful experience for us. Exceptional location right at the subway station, which enables dropping off shopping bags, refreshing and going back to Paris streets during the day. Very clean and stylish rooms, coffee and tea available and always replenished. Lobby is a nice option to spend time in the evenings with comfortablr sofas and cozy atmosphere. The restaurant under the hotel is very good, has been a super opportunity to have a delicious dinner and drinks when we were tired to walk out for food. The hotel is surrounded by variety of cuisins, breakfast places and supermarkets. Walking distance to many teathers and cinemas. Definitely a place to go back for us.

Perfect location in the heart of Paris. Next to the opera and walking distance from the louvre to the marais, as well as most of the central theatres of the city. Perfect connection with lots of subway stations and subway lines to anywhere. Very pleasant lobby and restaurant. Great bedding and king beds were just perfect!

I would recommend to opt for a stay without breakfast (you can always add it on spot). Choice of breakfast buffet is interesting and of good quality, but the selection isn't huge, so you might want to try something different for brunch on a several day stay. We had breakfast on the first day and enjoyed it.
