The location was perfect! Many major sights within waking distance. The staff were all amazing and accommodating. Especially Claudia!! Can’t say enough about her and how helpful she was. We also loved that there was a restaurant on-site and that coffee and tea were complimentary. The food was AMAZING! We had read reviews that it could be loud because of the restaurant, but I requested a quiet room and had no issues. The Air Conditioning worked very well which was super important to us. The room was also very spacious with plenty of room for storage! (Esp for Paris) We would definitely stay again.

Choucchou hotel is a modern boutique hotel located close to the Palais Garnier. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms are compact but very modern and clean. I really liked the bedroom design, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great with a modern press button activation. Housekeeping did an amazing job making the room spotless. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a clean, modern boutique hotel in a fantastic location in the centre of Paris.

This is a personal preference but I would have liked a more lounge, comfortable feel in the main bar/restaurant. The benches, chairs didn’t seem to fit the modern, boutique vibe that was present everywhere else in the hotel. The drinks at the bar were also limited.

In general, this place was great. The room was small but comfortable enough. Clean, and I consider myself very picky. It was very cleaned. Staff very nice and always happy to help.

Just one time I went downstairs to the restaurant to have a drink, and my guess is that the servers were very busy. I asked if I was dining or drinks. I said drinks, and then I was totally ignored. I decided to stand up from the table and walked to the reception area and ordered a drink to be brought to my room.

It was the perfect hotel to stay in for our 2-day friendship getaway.... thank you to all the front desk staff for being so kind and the staff at the restaurant, for curating the best time!! It really was a party at every dinner and a great way to meet people.. A Big shout out to MESH for being the absolute best!! From helping me navigate the rainy day and sharing where to get hot tasty soup and dishes at odd hours. The rooms and bathroom were spotless!!! It's one of the cleanest bathrooms I've seen in Paris. ChouChou is so central, easy to navigate the transport system, and great for a nice walk around the city. I recommend it to anyone who is trying to have an authentic taste of Paris!! Bisou!!

Location was fantastic. Clean comfortable room albeit quite small, even for me as a solo person staying in a room. The lunch at the restaurant was surprisingly good and the staff was really pleasant.

It was much much smaller than I anticipated especially given that I was the only one in my room. Highly doubt I could’ve shared with anyone. Only real sore point was the confusion about room service for dinner which required ordering from the website. No one responded even after 2 days.

Everyone from front desk, bellmen, wait staff and housekeeping was helpful in every way and so generous with their time. The rooms are charming and full of character… and so clean! And the location is ideal for shopping and sightseeing but still quiet as it is tucked in on a little side street.

I did miss the convenience of having a coffee in my room but they will deliver and it is made to order in the restaurant for free. It is a small boutique hotel with quirky architecture…but the extra time needed to navigate through the corridors is so worth it!

What's not to like, the hotel staff and location is excellent! Highly recommend the junior suit!

The cost for the suit is the only thing I can think of as a negative. But I was aware of the cost when I booked it. And even though I thought it was high, I'm glad I booked the suit!

Absolutely lovely boutique hotel in the downtown opera area of Paris. Very kind and helpful staff, they graciously dealt with our poor French skills, and most spoke English well. The mattress on the bed was to die for, I would love to know what brand they use, I would honestly replace my own bed with one. Americans new to traveling in Europe should be prepared for smaller hotel rooms than you get even in NYC. The room was beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are in Paris, and would highly recommend to friends.

Not a thing

Rooms are very spacious and nice, bigger than majority of Paris hotel rooms. the bathroom was very big and well equipped, toilet and shower boasted very nice amenities. The staff are extremely kind and attentive. The hotel has a very nice restaurant/bar type of place with very good vibes, also had a DJ during one of the evening. overall, really nice place.

The bed and pillows were horrible, they were so stiff and uncomfortable that my neck actually hurt the morning after. Had we stayed for more than one night, I would request to move rooms as it was truly unbearable. Also, for some reason, they smushed two single beds together for us instead of having a proper queen sized bed and the gap was obviously noticeable. Lastly, this is very minor but the space itself could be far better utilized - for example, there was a nook behind the sitting area in the room that was entirely empty, that looked very odd. could easily fit a decent size desk in there.

Hotel was in a superb location, staff were super friendly, hotel was very clean, loved the little bar nighttime vibe. Really super and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Rooms are a little small, ideal for what we wanted though, as we were only in it for limited time each day, but they just aren’t very spacious.
