The location was perfect for sightseeing and shopping. Free coffee, hot chocolate and water was very useful. The beds were comfortable. The waterfall shower was excellent.

Lighting could have been better as it was difficult to apply makeup. The lift was laughably tiny but as we were on the 3rd floor the steps were fine. Overall, these are small points that didn’t detract from our experience but I suppose could be an issue for some.

Great location next to Opera Garnier, friendly staff on reception, available drinking water in the lobby with reusable glass bottles to take some water up to the room was a really nice touch. Good value for a room in the center of Paris. Roissy shuttle bus to CDG airport is located 6min walk from the hotel, which is very convenient and the reason I chose to stay here.

Upon arrival bathroom had very strong chlorine odor, which made it unpleasant to be in the room. It was hard to open the window to get some fresh air because of curtain placement. Hotel room was cold. I had sent a clarifying question to the hotel one day before check-in and received response only after check out, makes no sense to even reach out with question (sent via Booking.com). The room did not have a French balcony window as advised in respective room type photos when booking. I received a top floor room with tilted attic ceiling, which made it very uncomfortable getting around the bed to the window. It certainly wasn't a deal breaker staying just one night, but wouldn't choose for a longer stay because of this.

The location was amazing, super handy to metro and walkable to the local shops and designer shopping mall, the rooms were small but not unexpected. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms are super clean along with the bathroom. The lift is really only suitable for sending luggage up to your room its very small. we loved being able to start the day with Breakfast and at 12 euros per person we felt was good value - plenty of choice. The coffee machine is available 24/7 along with filtered water which is a real bonus. All the staff were very friendly and luggage storage is available for early check-in or late checkout- which is handy. we stayed for 4 nights and had 2 rooms. A lovely Boutique feel hotel. We would stay again when in Paris.

The staircase up to the rooms is quite narrow, and the patterned carpet was at times challenging as one step blended into the other! its a checkerboard design. Plays havoc with your eyes ...........The full length mirror in the bedroom was a smokey tone, so no good for doing make up or checking yourself out (lol) 3 women travelling! Loved everything else.

Great location, beautiful area with a lot of restaurants, shops and public transportation options. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast was really good, with a lot of options. Sparkling and regular water can be refilled at the reception. Staff was very friendly.

All these things are very usual at hotels in Paris so we were kind of prepared for it: - The room was very small -The elevator was tiny -You can hear the noise from all the rooms

Great location, nice room, good shower and fantastic staff! Thank you. Elise was very helpful and kind. It was my cousin's first trip to Paris and she was so excited.

Curtains on the window were coming off of the hooks. Beds were together - I stayed with my cousin, and we booked a room with two twin beds. The room had 2 twin beds pushed together like a king-sized bed. The hotel offered to push them apart, but that would only leave 2 feet between the beds. So, in the end, the room was a good size for one big bed, but not really big enough for 2 separate beds.

All staff were really friendly and accomodating, they made the stay on the whole! It was a good central location, with a main metro station located around a 10min walk from the hotel. Breakfast was good and our room was a generous size, kept very clean - with all facilities working as you'd expect.

The hotel can't exactly help it, but being in the centre of Paris, with a room on the street side; there was a fair amount of noise outside until relatively late at night (approx. 12am-1am). Noise then started up again from around 6 in the morning! So I'd recommend earplugs if your room is facing the street. On occasion some breakfast options were quite limited, and this seemed to vary each day, though we were never not able to have a good breakfast.

The location and design of the hotel, along with the complimentary breakfast and airy, modern rooms and fittings were excellent. The staff were friendly and warm and helpful in in terms of the welcome and as I wasn’t feeling well we’re very kind and trying to make me feel better and relax. The main Receptionist – atman - or a similar name was especially kind and helpful.

It’s a minor points, but the table lamps and light switches were further than the reach of my arms to easily access when I wanted to get out of bed or switch off the light or charge my phone. The plugs in the room were also not the usual European standard by the bedside, which meant I had to charge my phone away from the bed and get up to access it.

During our stay, Anta gave us lots of advice, such as how to get to our destinations by subway, booking a taxi to the airport, and storing our luggage after check-out. She speaks good English, is very friendly, and has a lovely smile. Even when we come back to the hotel exhausted after walking a lot during the day sightseeing, being greeted by Anta's lovely smile makes all our fatigue disappear in an instant. Thank you so much, Anta!!

Nothing special.

I would summarise it as "great value for money". The location was perfect, close to the Opera and the Galleries Lafayettes and to the subway. The hotel features rather small facilities but is wisely designed and organised so that everything is very convenient. The decoration is modern, the bedrooms are confortable and the breakfast is quite good. Also, I've seen the smallest lift ever!

The only element that could be improved is at the level of windows acoustic and thermal insulation
