The junior suite was spacious and comfortable and had all the necessary linen and bath products. The staff, especially Ishara, were helpful and assisted in all areas to make our stay an enjoyable one. The breakfast had an excellent selection of foods, fruits, juices etc. Enough to please all tastes.

Although central and the windows had secondary glazing, it was quite noisy at night and early morning. I had booked and paid for 1 junior suite with large bed and 1 twin double with 2 single beds. This was not available and my friend had to share a large double bed with her grandchild. Management tried to help but had no other rooms available.

The hotel was near the Opera and a 15-20 minute ride to the Louvre. It’s also near Gare du Nord if you’re taking the train. The breakfast was good and the staff were lovely. I’d book here again when I visit Paris again.

It was a bit noisy outside since my room is in front of the boulevard but I still managed to sleep. It’s a small price to pay if you’re on Boulevard Montmartre and in the 2nd arrondissement.

The staff is super friendly! Check-In was possible earlier than expected, we arrived around 11 a.m. The location is perfect, the metro station is right in front of the door and a lot of destinations can be reached by foot, as it is very central. Lots of cafés, restaurants, grocery stores etc. are nearby. Luggage service after check-out was a pleasant feature. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The rooms might need a renovation. The windows could not be closed tightly and the interior (doors etc) were a bit old, like the sink or paint was partly cracked. Wi-Fi was not really stable. Toilet brush was missing. All over, it was a bit pricey.

What a great find! So very pleased with the location firstly, short walk (15 mins) to Gare du Nord, the shops, Louvre, Seine plus so many bistros, brasseries, eateries in the location. Metro at the door for a hassle free ride virtually anywhere in Paris, we used it to get to Montmartre and walked back. The buffet breakfast has both cooked and continental choices for every palate. The room, small but well appointed and scrupulously clean. Lastly the staff are their asset, keen to please, smiley and when we did have a problem (safe wouldn't open) they did all they could and a bouquet for the inconvenience. Just WOW! Now look at the prices to stay here and you can see why we were pleased!

My daughter and I were presented with a bottle of cava and chocolates once we had checked in. This was a lovely surprise and well received. The room was well decorated and although it was front facing the secondary glazing was very good and cut out 90% of the work.

Stay was good. Location was great as we just walked everywhere. Metro is right in front which would be great if you used it (we just preferred walking). Rooms were super small but served their purpose. Would stay again.

It’s near metro and bakery and other shops.

They don’t give free water for drinking in the room. I don’t know if you have to ask. I am used to see bottled water inside the room.

Location was good, close to heaps of restaurants and cafes. Metro right there if you need. Family room was decent size and really great to have 2 separate rooms. Beds were comfortable and good pillows. Staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately our family room didn’t have a view. But that didn’t really bother us too much.
