The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The location was very central and close to Metro and shops. We were able to store our luggage as we arrived early. The bedroom was tidied and remade every day.

Although powerful and hot, the shower didn't drain away quickly and went onto the floor. In my friend's room, when the toilet flushed, the water came up to the top of the toilet and sometimes onto the floor.

The location and the value were great. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

It is a small room but I knew that going in, so I cannot complain. The alley where this hotel and many other hotels are used to be nice years ago, but now is very dirty, full of homeless and not very pleasant. Nothing to do with the hotel per se but you do have to deal with that when arriving, especially late at night.

We didn’t like the service provided by the hotel staff when we arrived at the hotel, because even though we had prepaid the hotel weeks before arrival, we were notified at the hotel about an extra guarantee amount of money we had to pay via credit card that would be paid back after departure. The staff also told us that if we did not accept to pay the guarantee we would have to leave the hotel even though we had a paid booking. Because of this pressure we were “made” to pay this guarantee. This was absurd and has never happened through Booking.com with any other hotel ESPECIALLY with a prepaid booking.

The location is excellent — it's within walking distance to many major attractions which made getting around really convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The only downsides were the lack of a microwave in the room and that the room was a bit small — though that’s understandable for Paris. Other than that, everything was great. I’d definitely consider staying here again

Everything. During my recent stay at Hôtel Aston Paris, I was thoroughly impressed by its exceptional location, comfort, and the delightful views it offered. The rooms, though cozy, are thoughtfully designed with modern décor. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, and some even feature charming balconies that offer delightful views of the Parisian streets. The hotel’s commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction is evident, with many guests praising the friendly and helpful staff. I look forward to returning on future visits to Paris.

The Small Double Room WITH Balcony was perfekt for me as a single traveler. The bed was very comfortable. It was wonderful to open the doors to the balcony, because it opened up the small room quite a bit. Even sitting on the balcony was relaxing ( one chair only. Its tiny). In the night, I was able to keep the balcony open and it was totally quiet. Shower was good with plenty of hot water. Breakfast is ok. Stuff was very friendly. Location is perfect.

Great location close to Grand Boulevard. Rooms small but well laid out with all amenities. Good Breakfast. Friendly staff.

A little expensive maybe, but it was during the Rugby World Cup.

Location great, close to metro, easy to walk to some main attractions, lots of lovely restaurants and shops. Lively area.

Better directions to the hotel when driving as it not easy to find using sat nav.
